Billy Ray Wambles, 61, of Lusk, Wyo., formerly of Opp, died Monday, Aug. 8, 2000, in the V.A. Hospital in Hot Springs, S.D. A veteran of 18 years in the U.S. Army, he will be buried in Fort Meade National Cemetery in Fort Meade, S.D.
