Lourenie Moyer Clark
Services for Lourenie Moyer Clark, 78, of Jasper, formerly of Cullman, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002 at Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Walker Memory Gardens.
Collins-Burke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Clark died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2001 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert M. Clark; parents, John and Emma Moyer; and four brothers, Jim Moyer, R.B. Moyer, Troy Moyer, Thomas Moyer.
Survivors include one daughter, Shirley Allen of Jasper; three sons, Charles M. Clark, Bobby J. Clark both of Parrish, Franklin L. Clark of Jasper; two sisters, Hattie Moyer of Cullman, Louella Sweatman of Logan; one brother, Coyal Moyer of Cullman; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chad Allen, David Clark, Ricky Clark, Darin Clark, Joey Clark and Barry O’Shields.
Visitation was Tuesday.

Bettye Jean Thompson
Services for Bettye Jean Thompson, 59, of Arab will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2002 at Arab Memorial Chapel, Aubra Goble officiating, with burial in Blue Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
Arab Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Thompson died Monday, Dec. 31, 2001 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born in Morgan County on Nov. 22, 1942 to William Oliver “Sam” and Omie Childers Coffman. She was a waitress at Nicki’s Seafood and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Charlene Thompson of Fairview; son, Ronnie D. Thompson of Arab; mother, Omie Coffman of Joppa; sister, Mary Hyatt of Union Grove; brother, Sammy E. Coffman of Joppa; and three grandchildren.

John Patrick Quinn
Services for John Patrick Quinn, 84, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m Friday, Jan. 4, 2002 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Cullman City Cemetery.
Moss Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Quinn died Tuesday, Jan. 1 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born in Illinois on Nov. 5, 1917 to John Joseph and Delia Carroll Quinn. He was a retired fireman for the city of Chicago and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his son, Martin Robert Quinn of Hoffman Estates, Ill.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday.

Mark Edward Carroll
Services for Mark Edward Carroll, 44, of Bremen will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2002, at Rices Chapel Baptist Church, the Rev. Clarence Stacks officiating, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Carroll died Tuesday, Jan. 1 in Cullman County.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Carroll; three daughters, Kelly Carroll of Bremen, Mandy Carroll and Tobi Hart, both of Anniston; a sister, Debby Mullinax of Anniston; and two granddaughters, Nicolette Hart and Laken Hart.

Frasier S. Adams
Services for Frasier S. Adams, 70, of Blountsville were Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002, at Blountsville Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Don Lassiter officiating, with burial in the Liberty Hill Cemetery.
Blountsville Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Adams died Tuesday, Jan. 1 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was born in Blount County to Iva and Eula Adams Adams. He was a retired sheet metal worker for PEMCO in Birmingham and was a member of the Christian Advent Church in Royal.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Vaughn Adams of Blountsville (Royal Community); four sons, Randy Adams, Ricky Adams, Russell Adams and Rodney Adams, all of Blountsville (Royal Community); a brother, Raymond Adams of Tarrant; three sisters, Alma Jane McConnell of Blountsville (Royal Community), Faye Chastain of Cleveland and Annie Jo Earl of Nashville, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Elwin Claude Sapp
Services for Elwin Claude Sapp, 74, of Hanceville will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2002 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Lawrence Normand officiating, with burial in Damascus Cemetery.
Moss Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Sapp died Wednesday, Jan. 2 at his residence. He was born Feb. 2, 1927 in Cullman County to William Claude and Gertie Harbison Sapp. He was a carman for the railroad.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Sanford Sapp of Hanceville; two daughters, Karen (Roger) Jones of Cullman and Kathy Smith of Hoover; a son, Keith (Debbie) Sapp of Gardendale; four grandchildren, Kim Brown of Clivie, Iowa, Kyle Sapp of Gardendale, April Tankersley and Jonathan Tankersley, both of Hanceville; and a nephew, Glenn Collins of Gardendale.
Visitation was Thursday.

Vera V. Love Pace
Services for Vera V. Love Pace, 85, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002 at Bethsadia Baptist Church, Autry Conn and Marvin Brock officiating, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
Moss Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Pace died Thursday, Jan. 3 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Dec. 10, 1916 to Oscar Lee and Nora Ida Howard Love. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James A. Pace; and two sisters, Evie Love Yeager and Irene Yeager.
Survivors include two sons, James D. (Carolyn) Pace of Alpharetta, Ga. and Bobby L. (Linda) Pace of Cullman; a sister, Jewel Love Pace of Vinemont; and five grandchildren, Monte Pace, Adrienne Pace, Shawna Pace, Clint Pace and Grant Pace.
Visitation will be at 6 p.m. today.

Doris Faye Wilson Graves
Services for Doris Faye Wilson Graves, 66, of Arley will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002 at Nichols Funeral Chapel, Gary Driver officiating, with burial in the Enmondfield Cemetery.
Nichols Funeral Home of Addison is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Graves died Wednesday, Jan. 2 at her residence.
Survivors include a son, Terrell Tidwell of Arley; a daughter, Terri James of Arley; three grandchildren; three brothers, Buddy Wilson of Pottsville, Ark., Wendell Wilson of Addison and Jerry Wilson of Michigan; and a sister, Ila Watts of Addison.

Elwin Claude Sapp
Services for Elwin Claude Sapp, 74, of Hanceville were Friday, Jan. 4, 2002 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Lawrence Normand officiating, with burial in Damascus Cemetery.

Services for Allen R. Springer, 88, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, 2002 at Sardis Baptist Church No. 2, Russ Fox and John White officiating, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Springer died Thursday, Jan. 3 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born July 21, 1913 in Lauderdale County to Lewis and Ella Mitchell Springer. He was a retired engineer for Good Year Rubber Company and a member of East Side Baptist Church and the Addison Masonic Lodge No. 463.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Paul Springer; and his sister, Verna Springer Ford.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel Cruce Springer of Cullman; a son, Timothy Allen (Anita) Springer of Maryland; a grandson, Shea Springer of Maryland; 11 nieces and nephews; 19 great-nieces and nephews; and six great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
