April 26, 2001 at Rainsville, AL. Funeral services will be Sunday,
April 29, 2001 at 2pm CDT at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel
with Rev. Steve McFall and Daniel Lee officiating. Burial will
follow in the Rainsville Memorial Park. Family will receive friends
from 5 until 9pm CDT on Saturday, April 28, 2001 at the funeral home.

Father; Dennis Tureblood of Mobile, AL
Sister; Xitlalic of Rainsville, AL
Brother; Juan Carlos Escobedo of Albertville, AL

Mr. Roy Neeley age 78 of Sylvania, Al passed away Sunday,
April 29, 2001 at Vencore Hospital. Funeral services will be
Tuesday, May 1, 2001 at 2pm CDT at Rainsville Funeral
Home Chapel. with Rev. Doyle Shirey officiating. Burial
will follow in the Kirk Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include his Wife; Ruth Shirey Neeley of Sylvania, AL
Sons; Ronnie Neeley and Benny Neeley both of Sylvania, AL
Daughter; Shelia Neeley of Chattanooga, TN
Brothers; Oscar Neeley of Sylvania, AL., and Chester
Neeley of Dutton, AL
Sisters; Allene Mayhew of Dunlap, Il., and Leona Maness of
Section, AL
4 Grandchildren; Amiee Clines, Benjie Neeley, Monica Neeley, and
Amanda Neeley

Mrs. Katherine O. Wright of Fort Payne, AL passed away Thursday,
April 5, 2001. Mrs. Wright was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church
and Retired from Dessie's Restaurant in Mentone, AL She was the daughter of the
late Robert E. and Jessie Young Brown Sr.

Mrs.Wright is survived by her Husband; Johnny Wright and Daughter;
Judy Hawthorne both of Fort Payne, AL
Daughter; and Son-in-law; Linda and Melvin Mann of Lafayette, GA
Brothers; Charles Brown of Manchester, TN., Carl and Robert Brown Jr.
both of Marietta, GA
Sister; Dessie Newberry of Mentone, AL
Grandchildren; Kelly Hawthorne, Nancy Titus, mark Mann, Matthew Mann,
and 7 Great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2pm CDT Saturday, April 7, 2001 from the Wilson
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Griffin and Rev. Greg Titus officiating.
Burial will follow in the Fischer Cemetery.

Mr. Robert Lewis Hill age 73 of Fort Payne, AL passed away Thursday,
April 5, 2001 at his residence. Mr. Hill was born in Tennessee on May 16, 1927,
son of the late William and Jimmie Lee Dean Hill. He was a member of Mt. Carmel
Baptist Church, veteran and a member of the Fort Payne Masonic Lodge #437 F&AM,
and AlHambra Shrine Temple.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 7, 2001 at 4pm CDT from the
Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas Cagle officiating.
Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery. Pallbearers include;
William Lyons, Russell Hill, Jonathan Hill, Kelly Moses, Lank Hill,
and Randy Bynum. Honorary Pallbearers; Will be the Fort Payne
Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his Wife; Kathleen Chisenhall Hill
Sons and Daughter-in-laws; David (Gwen) Hill of Fort Payne, AL.,
Wade (Cindy) Hill of Fort Payne, AL., and Gary (Rita) Hill of
Fort Payne, AL
Daughter and Son-in-law; Linda Dianne (J. D.) Hill of Griffin, GA
7 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren

Mr. Billy G. Henderson Jr. age 83 of Chattanooga, TN formerly of Fort Payne, AL
passed away Saturday, April 8, 2001 at Life Care Center in Red bank, TN
Mr. Henderson was born on March 3, 1917 son of the late Billy G. Sr. and
Sara Emma Lankford Henderson. He as a member of Brainered United
Methodist Church in Chattanooga, TN Friendship Sunday School Class
and Georgia Sheriff's Department and retired from Servomation of Atlanta, GA

Funeral services will be 1:30pm CDT Monday, April 9, 2001 TN time
at the Brainered United Methodist Church in Chattanooa, TN with Burial
in the Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until
time of services The family is acccepting flowers or donations be made to
the Friendship Class at the church.

Survivors include his Daughter; Billie Ann Henderson Ferrrone
Step-Daughter; marlene Andrews
Grandchildren; P. David and Allison Ferrone, and Anna Marie Ferrone
Great-Grandchildren; April Elizabeth Ferrone and Phillip Johnson Ferrone.

Warren Hardy Freeman age 79 of Fort Payne, AL passed away Friday,
April 13, 2001 at Dekalb BMC Hospital. Mr. Freeman was born
November 9, 1921 in Dekalb County, son of the late Tom and Nina
Teague Freeman. He was a retired self employed brick mason, veteran of
WWII, member of the Moose Lodge #1802 and Mt. Carmel
Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Monday, April 16, 2001 at 11am CDT
from Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Manley and
Rev. Jimmy Graves officiating. Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 14, 2001 and Sunday, April 15, 2001
from 5pm CDT until 9pm CDT at the funeral home.

Survivors include his Daughter; Cathy Stiefel of Fort Payne, AL
Sons; Eddie Freeman of Fort Payne, AL., Bobby Freeman
of Valley Head AL.
Sisters; Marie Rider and Pauline Norrell both of Collinsville, AL
6 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren

Pallbearers will be Dale Steadley, Ronald Freeman, Robert Freeman,
Jimmy Woods, Arthur Freeman, and E. R. McMichen

Mr. Lewis Prater of Leesburg, AL passed away Thursday,
April 12, 2001 at his residence. Funeral services will be
Saturday, April 14, 2001 at 2pm CDT at Wilson
Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the
Walker's Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Curtis E. Martin age 81 of Fort Payne, AL formerly of Mobile, AL
passed away Thursday, April 19, 2001 at BMC Dekalb Hospital.
Mr. martin was born in Alabama, son of the late Jadie and Eva Jones Martin.
He was retired from Mobile Pulley Works in Mobile, AL. He was a Veteran
of WWII and a member o First Baptist Church of Fort Payne, AL and Mobile
Masonic Lodge.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 21, 2001 at 3pm CDT from
Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. McFadden officiating. The family
will receive friends Saturday, April 21, 2001 from 1:30pm CDT
until time of services. Graveside services will be Monday, April 23, 2001
at 2pm CDT at Mobile Memorial Gardens in Mobile, AL In Lieu of
flowers donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Fort Payne
Pipe Organ Fund.

Survivors include his Wife; Lee Dell Culver martin of Fort Payne, AL
Daughters and Son-in-law; Barbara and Conrad Freeman of Mobile, AL.,
Wanda and Glenn Sigler of Mobile, AL., Catherine and Lindy Cromartie of
Daphne, AL
Sons; Curtis Martin, Jr. of Loxley, AL., and David Russell Martin of
Birmingham, AL.
Brothers; Frank Martin of Fort Payne, AL and Thomas Martin of
Defuniak Springs., FL
8 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren
