Funeral services will be Thursday, October 25, 2001 at 2pm CDT at Harris Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Geraldine First Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Mel Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends at 5:30pm CDT on Wednesday, October 24, 2001 at the funeral home

Mr. James Bruce Stephenson age 56 of Geraldine, AL passed away Saturday, October 27, 2001 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 30, 2001 at 2pm CST at the Geraldine First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Dekalb Memorial Gardens
Rev. Mel Johnson and Chris Andrews will officiate. The family will receive friends at 6pm CST Monday, October 29, 2001 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jewel Wicks Bouldin age 75 of Pisgah, AL passed away Tuesday,
October 2, 2001 at Pisgah, AL. Mrs. Bouldin was born in Jackson County, AL., member of the New Home Baptist Church in Pisgah, AL. She was preceded in Death by her Husband; Herman Bouldin and Parents; Louis and Ida Freeman Wicks.

Burial will follow in the New Home Cemetery in Pisgah, AL
Visitation will be Thursday, October 4, 2001 from 3:30pm CDT until 9pm CDT and Friday, October 5, 2001 from 9am CDT until time of service.

Mr. Carl Rayburn Smith age 81 of Pisgah, AL passed away Saturday, October 13, 2001 at his residence. He was born in Dekalb County, AL
retired from 3MCorp.in Chattanooga, TN. A veteran of WWII having served in the U. S. Army. He was of Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Joseph H. and Minnie Bell Smith and a Brother; William F. Smith and a Sister; Dorothy Barrentine
Survivors include his Wife; Grace Ferguson Smith of Pisgah, AL
Brother; Raymond Smith of Fort Payne, AL

Funeral services will be Monday, October 16, 2001 at 1pm CDT at the Kerby Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Howard Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah Cemetery.

Mrs. Mary Frances Lackey age 83 of Henagar, AL passed away Saturday, October 13, 2001 at the BMC Dekalb Hospital in Fort Payne, AL
She was preceded in death by her Sisters; Evelyn Adams, Lua York, Elizabeth Robertson, and Margaret Bowman
Survivors includes her Husband; Robert F. Lackey of Henagar, AL
Daughters; Lillian Ruth Broyles of Cartersville, AL., and Christine Carter of Henagar, AL
Grandchildren; Timothy Carter, Crystal Wickerson, Jesolyne Broyles, and Nathan Broyles.

Mrs. Willie Mae Holloway age 85 of Pisgah, AL (Rosalie Community) passed away Sunday, October 14, 2001 at BMC Dekalb Hospital in Fort Payne, AL
She was born in Jackson County, AL and a member of the Freehill Baptist Church in Rosalie, AL
She was preceded in death by her Parents; James A. and Oder Heard Shrader and her Husband; J. A. Holloway

Mrs. Rena Lankster age 95 of Terre Haute, IN passed away Thursday, October 25, 2001. Visitation will be Sunday, October 28, 2001 from 2pm CST until 9pm CST. Graveside services will be 2pm CST Monday, October 29, 2001 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville, AL
Mrs. Velma (Thomas) Stevens age 85 of Henagar, AL passed away Monday, October 29, 2001 at Dade Health and Rehab in Trenton, GA. Born in Jackson County, AL and a member of the Henagar, Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; Joe and Lucy Walker Thomas.

Burial will follow in the Green haven Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Lester C. Reeves age 91 of Mt. Moriah Community passed away Thursday, October 4, 2001. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 6, 2001 at 2pm CDT at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Briggs King and Bro. David Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
Survivors include his Wife; Edra Dean Reeves of Mt. Moriah Community.
Step-Sons; Jack Miller and Van Miller both of Florida, Edward Dean and Billy Ray Dean both of Rainsville, AL
5 Step-Grandchildren; 7 Step-Great-Grandchildren and 1 Ste-Great-Great-Grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a Step-Grandson.
Mr. Reeves was a postmaster of Fyffe Masonic Lodge #697 of which he had been a member for over 50 years
He was also a Shriner.

Mrs. Peggy Bullock age 56 of Sylvania, AL passed away Friday, October 5, 2001 in the Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be Monday, October 8, 2001 at 3pm CDT at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Garner, Rev. Dewight Gorham, and Rev. Donnie Hilyer officiating.
Burial will follow in the Mt. View Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends Sunday, October 7, 2001 from 2 until 9pm CDT. Family is accepting flowers or
donations to the Ovarian Cancer Research.
