Mary Blair
ATTALLA - Mary Blair, 90, of Attalla Health Care, formerly of Boaz, died Tuesday at a Gadsden hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Carr Funeral Home in Boaz.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mrs. Blair was a member of First Baptist Church of Boaz.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Blair of Attalla, formerly of Boaz.
Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Boaz.

Frances Burrows
FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - Frances Burrows, 72, of Howell Hill Road died Tuesday at her home. The funeral was today at 10 a.m. at Gallant Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Johnson officiating.
Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
Mrs. Burrows was a native of Lincoln County, Tenn., a retired waitress and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Rowdy Burrows.
Survivors include one son, Marvin Burrows of Fayetteville; one brother, Flemon Davis of Fayetteville; and three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Annie Carroll
Annie D. Garrett Carroll, 69, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Twickenham Funeral Home South.
Burial will be in Twickenham Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Carroll was a member of Friends of the Huntsville/Madison County Public Library, the North Alabama Railroad Museum, the Huntsville/Madison County Botanical Gardens, the Cahaba R.V. and the Marshall Shrine Club.
Survivors include her husband, Reuben Carroll of Huntsville; two sons, Harry Lynn Carroll of Vinemont and Robert Neil Carroll of Huntsville; one daughter, Rhonda Ritter of Huntsville; one brother, C.E. Poodle Garrett of Albertville; two sisters, Sheila Brown of Guntersville and Evelyn Green hill of Albertville; and seven grandchildren, one step-grandchild, one great-grandchild and one step-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to Cahaba Hospital Fund.

Arthur H. Carroll
Arthur H. Carroll, 93, of Huntsville died Sunday at a local nursing home. The graveside service was Tuesday at Maple Hill Cemetery with Rabbi Steven Jacobs officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home was in charge of burial.
Mr. Carroll was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Maxine Carroll, and one daughter, Betty Rosenburg.
Survivors include two daughters, Marcia Houchens of Huntsville and Donna Goakes of Arizona; and nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.

Clarence H. Carroll
Clarence Harvey Carroll, 92, of Huntsville died Tuesday at his home. The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Jackson Way Baptist Church with Drs. Dan Ireland and Jim Dorriety officiating.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Carroll was a native of Giles County, Tenn., but spent most his life in Madison County. He worked at Jackson Way Barber Shop for 70 years and was a member of Jackson Way Baptist Church for 64 years, where he was chairman of the deacons for 46 years. He was a member of the Rotary Club, Shriners and served on Burritt Museum and Parks board for many years.
Survivors include five nephews and eight nieces.
Visitation is today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
His body will be at the church Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the Jackson Way Baptist Church building fund.

Cressie Gray
RAINSVILLE - Cressie Gray, 91, died Tuesday at a Fort Payne hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Rainsville Funeral Home with the Revs. Steve McFall and Paul Long officiating.
Burial will be in Mountain View Memory Gardens.
Survivors include one son, Fred Gray of Rainsville; one grandson, George S. Moore of Rainsville; and two granddaughters, Susan Lewis of Rainsville and LeAnn Willoughby of Skirum; and eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Anthony J. Jattuso Sr.
Anthony John "Tony" Jattuso Sr., 68, of Huntsville died Tuesday at a local hospital. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mr. Jattuso was a member of American Legion, the Alabama Association of EMTs and Paramedics and the Central Volunteer Fire Department. He was given the first volunteer advanced life support unit award in the state. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Jane Giles Jattuso of Maysville; two sons, Anthony John Jattuso Jr. of Huntsville and Victor Joseph Jattuso of Atlanta; one daughter, Anita Buford of Maysville; one brother, Dominick Jattuso of Greenville, S.C.; two sisters, Mary Jattuso Olson and Madalena Jattuso Downing, both of Groveland, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to The Ark or a favorite charity.

James Kemp
James Kemp, 76, of 11008 Rockcliff Drive in Huntsville died Thursday at his home. The funeral will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Coles Funeral Home in Detroit.
Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery in Wayne, Mich., with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include two daughters, Alista Kemp Mabry of Huntsville and Cassandra Prentice of Maui.

Patricia Lyell
FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - Patricia Gail Lyell, 57, of 3328 Huntsville Highway died Monday at her home. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Langford officiating.
Burial will be in Flintville Cemetery.
Mrs. Lyell was a native of Lincoln County, a retired inspector for Amana Refrigeration and a Baptist.
Survivors include three daughters, Sandy Lancaster, Tammy Roland and Tera Haskins, all of Fayetteville; three sons, Greg Lyell, Wayne Lyell and Chris Lyell, all of Fayetteville; and 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Joy A. Mize
VALLEY HEAD - Joy Ann Mize, 58, died Monday at her home. The funeral was to be today at 3 p.m. at Rainsville Funeral Home with the Revs. Grady Whisenant and Bill Pace officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Pisgah Cemetery.
Survivors include three daughters, Shelia Brewster, Gina Russell and Michelle Timmons, all of Valley Head; two sons, Terry Russell of Scottsboro and Shannon Jackson of Valley Head; two sisters, Jeanette Guffey of Valley Head and Judy Sparks of Dallas, Ga.; and 13 grandchildren.

Spencer E. Moore
STEVENSON - Spencer Eugene Moore, 26, died Sunday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson with the Rev. Randy Jacks officiating.
Burial will be in Stevenson City Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Britney Moore of Stevenson; two sons, Spencer Moore III and Daris Moore, both of Stevenson; his parents, James and Minnie Spencer Matthews of Stevenson; three sisters, Stacy Matthews of Stevenson and Tammy Appleton and Brenda Fennell, both of Scottsboro; and one brother, Mike Hunter of Scottsboro.
Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Joseph E. Smith
PETERMAN - Joseph E. Smith died Sunday at a Mobile hospital. The funeral was today at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Peterman with the Revs. David Walsh and Terry Faulk officiating.
Burial was in Smith Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Monroeville in charge.
Mr. Smith was a aerospace engineer at Marshall Space Flight Center for 32 years.
Survivors include one son, Joseph Earl Smith Jr. of Peterman; one daughter, Tracy Elizabeth Smith Marshall of Harvest; and three grandchildren.

Jewel E. Taylor
Jewel Edith Taylor, 88, of Huntsville died Tuesday at a Lynchburg, Tenn., nursing home. Burial will be in Carlsbad, N.M.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer H. Taylor, and one son, Vernon M. Taylor.
Survivors include one son, Albien L. Taylor of Huntsville; and five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
