Frances M. Barclift
SOMERVILLE - Frances Mayo Lyle Barclift, 76, died Thursday at a Hartselle hospital. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home in Hartselle with the Rev. John Walker and the Rev. Earl Holt officiating.
Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery.
Mrs. Barclift was a member of Somerville United Methodist Church and owner of Barclift Beauty Supply for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe H. Barclift.
Survivors include a niece, Shirlene Lyle Rook of Marble Falls, Texas; and two great-nieces.

Jessica Boozer
BOAZ - Infant Jessica Boozer, 3 months old, daughter of David and Leona Boozer, died Thursday at Children's Hospital in Birmingham. The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ralph Johnson and Coach Cris Andrews officiating.
Besides her parents, survivors include her grandparents, Kenneth and Connie Jamison of Geraldine, David Boozer Sr. of Powell and Sherry Ann Markham of Indiana; and her great-grandparents, Jerry and John Boozer of Indiana and Polly Boozer of Powell.
Visitation will be today starting at 4:30 p.m.

Doris Burgett
GUNTERSVILLE - Doris Burgett, 78, died Thursday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be today at 4 p.m. at Arab Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Sweet Home Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, J.C. Burgett of Union Grove and James I. Burgett of Guntersville; five sisters, Eunice Forsythe, Ruby Lee, Lois Lee, Odessa Anderson and Mattie S. Permenter, all of Tennessee; two brothers, Woodrow Box and Walt Box Jr., both of Florida; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Christy Chapmon
VALDOSTA, Ga. - Christy Chapmon, 18, died June 7 in a traffic wreck in Lanier County, Ga. The funeral was Wednesday in Valdosta with Carson McLane Funeral Home directing.
Burial will be today in Brashiers Chapel Cemetery in Arab with Gober Funeral Home of Arab directing.
Miss Chapmon was a member of STARS (Students Taking a Right Stand) and a recent graduate of Lowndes County High School. She was a member of Morningside church.
Survivors include her parents, Mark and Sandra Chapmon of Valdosta; one sister, Jennifer Chapmon of Valdosta; and her grandmothers, Martha Chapmon and Ruby Grindle, both of Arab.

Raymond O. Goodman
CHATTANOOGA - Raymond O. Goodman Jr., 69, formerly of Huntsville, died Monday in Crystal River, Fla. The graveside service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at National Cemetery in Chattanooga.
The National Cremation Society will be in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Goodman, a native of Danville, Va., was a graduate of Virginia Tech. He was an Army veteran and was a sales engineer for the Trane Co. in Huntsville for 43 years.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis C. Goodman of Chattanooga; and one brother, Robert W. Goodman of Charlotte, N.C.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Citrus County, 3350 West Audubon Park Path, Lacanto, FL 34461.

Dora Marie Graham
PENSACOLA - Dora Marie Jones Bibles Graham, 91, formerly of Huntsville, died June 8 in Pensacola. The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Graham worked at Merrimack Manufacturing Mill, later known as Huntsville Manufacturing Co. She taught Sunday school at what is now called Huntsville Park Baptist Church. She and her first husband, Arthur L. Bibles, were charter members of Hillsboro Baptist Church. Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by Mr. Bibles and by her second husband, Noble V. Graham.
Survivors include one daughter Melrose Bibles Coleman of Pensacola; one brother, Maurice Jones of Manchester, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.

Joe A. Hamil Jr.
Joe A. Hamil Jr., 80, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local hospital. The memorial service will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at Valley United Methodist Church with the Rev. James C. Cotton officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hamil, an Auburn University graduate, served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. He retired from NASA after 27 years and was a founding member of Valley United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, William J. Hamil of Johnson City, Tenn., and John T. Hamil of Rockwall, Texas; one sister, Annie Clair Shepherd of Knoxville; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to Valley United Methodist Church.

Harry James Harris
Harry James Harris, 68, of Huntsville died Thursday at his home. The memorial service will be Sunday at 6 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel.
Mr. Harris was a Buffalo, N.Y., native and a Madison County resident for 40 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Virginia Elaine Gore of Huntsville, Angela Marie Bodine of Harvest and Elizabeth Anne Harris of Los Angeles; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5 to 6 p.m.

Daisy R. Jones
Daisy R. Jones, 95, of 6019 Rickwood Drive died Thursday at a Montgomery Hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at noon at Bethany Seventh-day Adventist Church in Montgomery with Elder Frank L. Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Selma with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include two daughters, Jessye M. Bryant of Cleveland, Ohio, and Rosetta Winters of Montgomery; five sons, Frank L. Jones and Edward O. Jones, both of Huntsvlle, Noah Cartwright and James Cartwright, both of Cleveland, and Judd Jones of New York City; 28 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. at Royal Funeral Home.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

Rosa B. Limbaugh
MERIDIANVILLE - Rosa Bell Limbaugh, 85, died Thursday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. John Rutland officiating.
Burial will be in Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Limbaugh, a native of Texas, lived most her life in Madison County and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son, Larry Limbaugh of Gadsden; four daughters, Violet Lunney of Virginia, Wanda Palmer of Decatur, Bernice Huie of Oneonta and Victoria "Tobey" Avery of Meridianville; one brother, Vernon Brooks of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

George McCalep Sr.
George McCalep Sr., 93, of Huntsville died Thursday at a local nursing home. The funeral will be today at noon at Holy Cross/St. Christopher Episcopal Church with the Rev. Robert R. Cook officiating.
Burial will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. McCalep was born in Lawrence, Kan., and was a professor of geography at Alabama A&M University for 41 years. He was faculty manager for the Alabama A&M University football team and was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. Mr. McCalep served on the boards of the area Boy Scouts and the American Red Cross.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia M. McIntosh of Huntsville; one son, Dr. George McCalep Jr. of Atlanta; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today starting at 10:30 a.m.

Ola Mae Shoulders
Ola Mae Shoulders, 66, of 4703 Mastin Lake Road in Huntsville died recently at a local hospital. The funeral will be today at 1 p.m. at Douglas Tabernacle Primitive Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Rogers officiating.
Burial will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include her husband, Sam Shoulders of Huntsville; two daughters, Lynda Faye Edwards and Betty K. Ware, both of Huntsville; one son, Jerome N. Shoulders of Huntsville; one stepson, Fred D. Shoulders-McKellery of Huntsville; two sisters, Mattie Milton of Huntsville and Shirley Elliott of Flint, Mich.; two brothers, Ommie Hamlett of Chicago and John Hamlett of Huntsville; and nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Her body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

Nora C. Townson
RAINSVILLE - Nora C. Townson, 90, died Thursday in a DeKalb County hospital. The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Brother Bud Laney and Brother Edgar Brown officiating.
Burial will be in Beulah Cemetery in the Cartersville community.
Survivors include one daughter, Joyce Buttram of Rainsville; five sons, Luther Townson of Flat Rock, Billy Townson of Sylvania, James Townson of Ider and Ed Townson and Dennie Townson, both of Chattanooga; two sisters, Lara Gilbert and Glades Counner, both of Albertville; one brother, Benson Childress of Albertville; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

James W. Ulm
BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. - James W. Ulm, 59, formerly of Madison, died Thursday. The funeral and Burial will be Monday in Bay St. Louis.
While in Madison, he was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church. He worked at Rockwell International 35 years before retiring last year. He was involved with the space program from its beginnning and worked on all of NASAs major programs, including the space shuttle. He was a community leader and was a torchbearer for the 1996 Olympic Games.
Survivors include his wife, Dee Ulm; two daughters, Lorianne Ulm and Debra Ulm; one stepson Mark Morales; one brother and three sisters.

Jeffrey Weston
Jeffrey David Weston, 36, of Huntsville died June 6 at his home. The memorial service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Weatherly Road Assembly of God with Pastor Jerry W. Simms officiating.
Spry Funeral Home is directing.
Mr. Weston was a Washington, D.C., native.
Survivors include his mother, Thelma J. Tirri of Ohatchee.
