Paul G. Byrams
ADDISON - Paul G. Byrams, 64, of 18 County Road 3723 died Sunday at a Cullman hospital. The funeral was today at 10 a.m. at Grant Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bros. Kerry Bryant and Frank Staggs officiating.
Burial will be in Panquin Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Frances Byrams of Addison; one son, Paul Byrams Jr. of Addison; one stepson, Bill Moore of Guntersville; nine daughters, Brenda Reeves of Hamilton, Ohio, Donna Priest of Snead, Sherry Dupre of Houma, La., Debbie Walker of Geraldine, Shelia Byrams, Tonya Morend and Christie Byrams Spears, all of Addison, Sue Black of Guntersville and Jennifer King of Cullman; four sisters, Jane Willbanks, Sicel Ann Byrams, Francis Pigg and Shirley Franks, and 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Elsie Conn
GUNTERSVILLE - Elsie Conn, 86, of 410 Conn Circle died Monday at her home. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Guntersville Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jimmie L. Draper Jr.
ST. PETERS, Mo. - Jimmie Lee Draper Jr., 52, died Sunday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Paul Funeral Home chapel in St. Charles, Mo.
Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Mr. Draper was formerly of Huntsville.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Draper of St. Peters; two daughters, Christina Draper of St. Peters and Tracey Foster of Killeen, Texas; four sons, Billy Mitchell and Cranston Mitchell, both of Huntsville, and Jimmie Draper Jr. and Michael Draper, both of St. Peters; his mother, Easter Scruggs of Huntsville; two brothers, Greg Draper of Huntsville and Hollis Draper of Louisville, Ky.; one sister, Elizabeth Hughes of Huntsville; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Oscar L. DuBoise
Oscar Leon DuBoise, 79, of Huntsville died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Brian Atwood officiating.
Burial will be in Kirkland Baptist Church Cemetery in Kirkland, Tenn.
Mr. DuBoise was a native of Madison County and a disabled World War II veteran who was stationed at Pearl Harbor. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Ruby Jean Boldin.
Survivors include his wife, Janey Pauline Mullins of Huntsville; one son, Daniel DuBoise of Huntsville; seven daughters, Vickey Price and Rita Riley, both of Toney, Janey DuBoise of Gurley, Mary Ladner of Nashville and Carolyn Spurgeon, Sherry Webb and Kathryn Ingram, all of Huntsville; and 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

William R. Evans
TANNER - William Randall Evans, 40, died Saturday in Limestone County. The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Maries County, Mo.
Limestone Chapel Funeral Home of Athens is in charge of local arrangements.
Mr. Evans worked for Boeing in Huntsville.
Survivors include one son, Gregory Michael Evans of Vinemont; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Evans of Lecoma, Mo.; one brother, Lewis Clark Evans of Springfield, Mo.; four sisters, Janet Kay Cooper of Lenox, Mo., Ruth Aline Givens of Decatur, Brenda Sue Jewell of Brandy Station, Va., and Tina Marie Davis of Rolla, Mo.; grandmothers, Irene Estes of Lebanon, Mo., and Henrietta Soppelsa of Versailles, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.

Louis R. Hendrix
DECATUR - Louis Roy Hendrix, 73, died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral was to be today at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. C.G. Reding officiating.
Burial was to be in Decatur City Cemetery.
Mr. Hendrix was a Navy veteran of World War II and was retired plant manager at North Alabama Fabricating.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Roy Hendrix and Phil Wayne Hendrix, both of Decatur; two sisters, Opal Isley of Power Springs, Ga., and Luna Isley of Hiram, Ga.; two brothers, Luther Hendrix of Decatur and Bernice C. ''Buddy Hendrix of San Luis Obispo, Calif.; and five grandchildren.

Roy L. Horton
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Roy Lee Horton, 55, died Sunday. A graveside service is today at 4 p.m. at Payne Gap Cemetery in the Shiloh community near Flat Rock with the Rev. Dwight Millican officiating.
Kerby Funeral Home of Henagar is in charge of burial.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Horton; one daughter, Leigh Horton of Jacksonville; two sisters, Irene West of Henagar and Betty Donovan of Chattanooga; and three brothers, Laron Horton of Ider and Herbert Horton and Leon Horton, both of Flat Rock.

Lorene H. Hughes
MADISON - Lorene Howell Hughes, 92, died Tuesday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral is today at 1 p.m. at Laughlin Service Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Robert F. Hendrix officiating.
Burial will be in Madison City Cemetery.
Mrs. Hughes was a lifelong Madison County resident and an Athens College graduate. She taught at Madison County schools 43 years and edited the school systems history. She worked for the Post Office 31 years and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Bob G. Hughes of Destin, Fla., and James G. Hughes of Madison; and four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Richard L. May
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Richard Lee May, 62, died Sunday at his home. The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Gober Funeral Home in Arab.
Burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Becky May; two daughters, Teresa Stevens of Colorado and Cynthia Sommer of Illinois; two sons, Scott May of Florida and Curtis May of Huntsville; mother, Bertha Becker of Nebraska; one sister, Sharron Edenbo of Colorado; two brothers, Gary May and James May, both of Colorado; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be today at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Lem R. Miller
ESTILL FORK - Lem R. Miller, 63, died Monday at his home. A graveside service is today at 2 p.m. at Skyline Cemetery with the Rev. Vernon Stephens and the Rev. Willis Brown officiating.
Burial is in Skyline Cemetery.
Mr. Miller was preceded in death by one son, Michael Rouse Miller.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Miller; two daughters, Diana Miller of Scottsboro and Melinda Letson of Skyline; one son, Rickey Miller of Skyline; and one sister, Mary Ellen Brewer of Skyline.

Birdie E. Minor
CLANTON - Birdie E. Minor, 89, died Tuesday at an Alabaster hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at Refuge Baptist Church in Clanton with the Rev. Doug West officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery with Martin Funeral Home of Clanton in charge.
Mrs. Minor was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey W. Minor Sr.; and one son, Dewey Minor Jr.
Survivors include five sons, Lamar Minor of Brierfield, Winston Minor of Saco, Maine, and Bronson Minor, Jip Minor and Bernie Clyde Minor, all of Clanton; four daughters, Jo Ann Horton and Thelma Littleton, both of Clanton, Judy Easterling of Huntsville and Carol Jones of Montevallo; one sister, Essie Baker of Pell City; one half-brother, Jim Johnson of Sylacauga; and 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Nelda D. Morgan
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Nelda D. Morgan, 78, died Sunday in Florida. Laughlin Service Funeral Home will announce funeral arrangements.
Mrs. Morgan lived in Fort Myers 14 years and attended Cypress Lake Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include one son, William Brett Morgan of Enterprise; one daughter, Genie Rydberg of Huntsville; one sister, Sylvia Kelley of Inverness, Fla.; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Erskine Morrison
GRANT - Erskine Morrison, 70, of 4276 Merrill Mountain Road died Tuesday at his home. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Hebron Church of Christ with Bro. Bobby Starnes officiating.
Burial will be in Morris Cemetery with New Hope Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Morrison of Grant; three daughters, Debra Morrison of Grant, Anita Payne of New Hope and Rene Webb of Boaz; five sons, James Morrison of Tennessee, Gerald Morrison, Tony Morrison, Donald Morrison and Randy Morrison, all of Grant; five sisters, Gurtha Connally, Belle Dixon, Linda Kennedy and Catherine Madewell, all of Grant, and Olene Woody of New Hope; two brothers, Clyde Morrison and Lawrence Morrison, both of Grant; and 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
His body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

Lena P. Sanders
FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - Lena Payne Sanders, 75, of 754 Mimosa Road died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Higgins Funeral Home of Fayetteville with Bros. Charlie Brown and Joe Wayne McGee officiating.
Burial will be in Cedar Hills Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Sanders was a native of Lincoln County, had worked at Elk Cotton Mill and was a cook at Lincoln County High School. She was a member of Mimosa Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, John A. Sanders of Fayetteville; one daughter, Evelyn Sanders Gill of Fayetteville; two sons, Johnny Rex Sanders and Jimmy Mac Sanders, both of Fayetteville; and six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Annie B. Shelton
SCOTTSBORO - Annie B. Shelton, 77, died Monday. The funeral was today at noon at Rudder Funeral Home with the Rev. Dean Johnson officiating.
Burial was in Price Cemetery.
Ms. Shelton was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sisters, Elizabeth Miles of Scottsboro and Nell Thomas of Hollywood; and one brother, Carl Britton of Stevenson.

Bradley R. Smith
ALEXANDER CITY - Bradley Rushing Smith, 37, died Aug. 28. The memorial service was Aug. 30 at Christ Episcopal Church in Tuscaloosa with the Rev. Michael Wycoff and the Rev. Hoyt Winslett Jr. officiating.
Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Tuscaloosa.
Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Wrobel Smith of Tuscaloosa; two daughters, Catherine Bandy Smith and Stuart Elizabeth Smith, both of Tuscaloosa; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William David Smith II of Tuscaloosa; and two brothers, William David Smith III and Stuart Edwin Smith, both of Huntsville.
Memorial donations may be made to the Bradley R. Smith Memorial Fund in care of Doug Woods, Vice President, Dixie Pulp and Paper Inc., P.O. Box 20204, Tuscaloosa, 35402.

Annie L. Womack
SCOTTSBORO - Annie Lou Womack, 82, died Tuesday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Center Point Baptist Church in Scottsboro with Dr. Randy Atkinson officiating.
Burial will be in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens in Hollywood.
Mrs. Womack was a member of the Center Point Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Levi Womack Sr.
Survivors include six daughters, Helen Bell of Section, Jackie Johnson of Rainsville and Tommie Bradford, Martha Brandon, Katie Oliver and Rosa Sims, all of Scottsboro; three sons, William ''Shorty Womack of Huntsville and Rickey Guffey and Levi Womack Jr., both of Scottsboro; one sister, Rhoda James of Scottsboro; and 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
