Jimmy Alexander
ATHENS - Jimmy Alexander, 60, died Tuesday at his home. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mr. Alexander was the senior partner in the law firm of Alexander, Corder, Plunk and Baker.

Corey L. Banks
Corey Lametrius Banks, infant son of Yasheka N. Banks and Corey L. Cook, both of Huntsville, died Saturday at his home. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Hope Community Church with Elder Charlie E. Rogers officiating.
Burial will be in Royal Cemetery in Madison with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Other survivors include grandparents, Bertha M. and Lindsey Schumake and Sallie A. and Kelvin Bee, all of Huntsville, and Lorenzo Booker and Leroy Smith, both of Atlanta.
His body will be at the church 30 minutes before the funeral.

Annie L. Elkins
Annie Lois Elkins, 100, of Huntsville died today at a local nursing home. The graveside service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Bill Cantrell officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home is in charge of burial.
Mrs. Elkins was a member of East Huntsville Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, A.L. Elkins of Centre; two daughters, Alta E. Collinsworth and M.L. Summerford, both of Huntsville; and nine grandchildren.

Sara P. George
Sara Patterson George, 81, of Huntsville died Tuesday at a local hospital. The graveside service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Greg Rogers officiating.
Laughlin Service Funeral Home is in charge of burial.
Survivors include one daughter, Helen James of Birmingham; one son, Tom Earl of Huntsville; one sister, Helen Shipley of Knoxville, Tenn.; and three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mary L. Hennington
Mary Lou Hennington, 87, of Huntsville died Sunday at her home. The funeral will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens with Laughlin Service Funeral Home in charge.
Mrs. Hennington was a charter member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Huntsville.
Survivors include her husband, B.J. Hennington Jr. of Huntsville; one daughter, Patricia Fowler of Titusville, Fla.; one son, Jud Hennington of Birmingham; and eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home with a vigil at 7 p.m.

Howard O. King
DAWSON - Howard Othell King, 69, of 4635 County Road 479 died Monday at a local hospital. The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Fellowship Church in Albertville.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in Boaz with Adams Funeral Home of Albertville in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Faye King; one daughter, Cindy Tougaw of Arab; two sons, Rick King of California and Jim King of Tennessee; three sisters, Lila Brock of Arab, Marjorie Perry of Warrior and Esther Robinson of Albertville; one brother, Charles King of Florida; and seven grandchildren.

Daniel T. Martin
ARDMORE, Ala. - Daniel T. Martin, 47, of Sweet Springs Road died Tuesday at his home. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Taylor-Ardmore Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Dale Mitchell officiating.
Burial will be in Elliott Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Daniel Gregory Martin of Hico, Texas; three brothers, James E. Martin of Denver, Colo., Jackie L. Martin of Ardmore, Tenn., and Randy Martin of Prospect, Tenn.; four sisters, Freida Edwards, Lana Aycock and Suzanne Pylant, all of Ardmore, Ala., and Mona Wortham of Elkmont; and two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

George W. Moore
FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - George W. Moore, 75, of 44 Plada Heights Drive died Monday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral was today at 10 a.m. at McCauley Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the Rev. Roger Holley officiating.
Mr. Moore was a native of Lincoln County, Tenn., and a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Moore of Fayetteville; three sons, George W. Moore Jr. of Fayetteville, Steven T. Moore of Boston, Mass., and John E. Moore of Shrewsbury, Pa.; and two sisters, Margie Roper of Las Vegas and Emogene Bankston of Alabama.

Curtis R. Parks
FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. - Curtis Randall Parks, 40, of Elmwood Drive died Friday at a Nashville hospital. The funeral was Monday at Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Bates and the Rev. Wayne Hollingsworth officiating.
Burial was in Prosperity Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Opal Parks of Fayetteville; five sisters, Peggy Chick and Rachel Taylor, both of Fayetteville, Yvonne Shelton of Douglasville, Ga., Janice Cothren of Holly Pond and Sammie Pigg of Huntsville; four brothers, Donnie Parks and Gary Parks, both of Fayetteville, Harrel Parks of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Dennis Parks of Douglasville, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.

William F. Pickett
William Frank Pickett, 65, of 2107 Acorn Circle in Huntsville died Saturday at his home. The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Union Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. McKinley Jones officiating.
Burial will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace with Royal Funeral Home in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Pickett of Huntsville; three sons, William D. Pickett and Gary Boyd, both of Huntsville, and Terry Boyd of Montgomery; one daughter, Fredia Jones of Huntsville; his mother, Carrie Pickett of Huntsville; three sisters, Katie Pickett of Huntsville, Mildred Gray of McMinnville, Tenn., and Cathrine Longs of White Plains, N.Y.; two brothers, Johnnie Pickett and Tom Pickett, both of Huntsville; and one grandchild.

Iris D. Walter
UNION GROVE - Iris Dayle Walter, 56, of 2282 Rescue Road died Monday at her home. The funeral was to be today at 3:30 p.m. at Rescue Methodist Church.
Burial was to be in the adjoining cemetery with Gober Funeral Home of Arab in charge.
Survivors include her mother, Iris C. Walter of Union Grove; one niece, Candace Whisenant of Union Grove; and three nephews, Matthew Walter and Daniel Walter, both of Somerville, and Mark Walter of Mobile.

W. Eugene West
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. - W. Eugene West, 69, died Tuesday at a local hospital. The graveside service will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Charity Cemetery in Hazel Green .
McCauley Funeral Home of Fayetteville, Tenn., is in charge of burial.
Mr. West was a native of Hazel Green and a retired self-employed painter. He was also a Korean War Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Helen J. West of Jeffersonville; three daughters, Tina M. Atchley of Fayetteville, Gina M. Moser of New Albany, Ind., and Anna H. Mitchell of Frankewing, Tenn.; two sons, Steven E. West of Knoxville, and E. Thomas West of Fayetteville; two brothers, Hubert West Jr. of Louisville, Ky., and Billy West of Hazel Green ; one sister, Reba Tanner of Kelso, Tenn.; and 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
