ATHENS -- Funeral for A.B. "Boots" Pugh, 63, of Elkmont will be Monday at noon at McConnell Funeral Home with Leamuel Green officiating.
Burial will be in Sandlin Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mr. Pugh died Friday, Dec. 10, 1999, at his home. He was born July 31, 1936, in Limestone County. He was retired from Limestone County Commission as an animal control officer. He was retired from Burgreen Construction. He was the brother of the late Thomas Pugh.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Ann Pugh; one daughter, Jennifer Craig of Elkmont; two brothers, David Pugh and Franklin Brooks, both of Athens; and one sister, Cindy Siniard of Athens.
Pallbearers will be Mark Coffman, Charlie Coffman, Larry Coffman, Johnny Coffman, Buddy Coffman and Gary Coffman.

MOULTON -- Funeral for Carlton Warren, 64, of Moulton will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home with Amos Hood officiating.

Mr. Warren died Friday, Dec. 10, 1999, at Lawrence Baptist Medical Center. He was born Dec. 13, 1934, in Lawrence County to James Luney and Clara Warren. He was a retired carpenter and a member of Owens Chapel Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army. He was the brother of the late Clark Warren and Wendell Warren.
He is survived by his wife, Iva Warren; three sons, Tim Warren of Moulton, Lynn Warren Lomoro and Johnny Warren Lomoro, both of Birmingham; one daughter, Linda Warren of Moulton; one stepdaughter, Brenda Naylor of Moulton; four brothers, Shirley Wayne Warren of Moulton, Lennis Warren of South Carolina, Bulit Warren of Decatur and Kelley Warren of Georgia; seven sisters, Mable Spears of Phil Campbell, Carrie B. Blankenship, Irene Spears, Ruth Coan, Neil Hill, all of Moulton, Ethel Flannigan of Haleyville and Sue Parker of Houston; and five grandchildren.
Nephews will be pallbearers.

Ms. Cribbs died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999, in Madison County. She was born Jan. 15, 1973, in Athens. A member of Capshaw Church of Christ, she attended Ardmore High School and was a student at Calhoun Community College.
She is survived by her parents, Granville and Kathy Cribbs of Harvest; one brother, Neal Cribbs of Harvest; one sister, Christy Hall of Harvest; and her grandmothers, Virgie Cribbs Leonard and Ester M. Laxson, both of Athens.
Pallbearers were to be George Burks, Levi Cawthorne, Melvin Laxson, Larry Parvin, Mack Cribbs and Jimmy Cribbs.

Mrs. Miller died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 1999, at Athens Convalescent Center. She was born Aug. 15, 1909, in McMinnville, Tenn. She was a homemaker and a member of Corinth Church of Christ. She was the widow of Horace David Miller and the mother of the late Horace Delano "Peevine" Miller.
She is survived by one daughter, Eva Miller LeCroix of Athens; two brothers, Edward Pitman and Robert Pitman, both of Athens; two sisters, Elizabeth Hardy and Nettie Pitman, both of Athens; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be R.J. Pitman, W.L. Miller, Henry Miller, William Stoner, Robert Miller and Phillip Pitman.
