Burial will be in Penny Cemetery.
Mr. Fairbanks died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1999, in Monroe County Hospital. He was born Dec. 16, 1949, in Limestone County to Robert Patton and Willie Kate Bandy. He drove a tractor-trailer for Standard Trucking Co. He was the brother of the late Otis Bandy.
He is survived by four uncles, Henderson Fairbanks and Willie Fairbanks, both of Birmingham, Claybon Fairbanks of Chattanooga and Larry Wade of Decatur; and three aunts, Lynn Wade of Decatur, and Catherine Fairbanks and Wendetta Shoulders, both of Chattanooga.

Mr. Graham died Monday, Dec. 20, 1999, at Horton Hospital in Tullahoma, Tenn. He was born Oct. 12, 1907, in Decatur. He was a past member of First United Methodist Church and a retired carpenter and contractor.
He is survived by his son, Ron Graham of Decatur; one daughter, Shirley Dickenson of Ulster, Pa.; one sister, Lonny Kate Wise of Naples, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
Norma Lee Sharpley Henderson

HARTSELLE -- Graveside service for Norma Lee Sharpley Henderson, 91, of Hartselle will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Hartselle City Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Stegall officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Henderson died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born June 18, 1908, in Morgan County to Edgar Hatley and Cora Lee Sharpley. She was a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church of Hartselle. She was the widow of J.V. Henderson and the mother of the late Joanne Henderson.
She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Halford of Hartselle; one sister, Carolyn Logan of Hartselle, two grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Pallbearers will be Blake Tanner, Don Pouncy, Frank Stewart, Ike Groover, Douglas Stephenson, Ed Logan, Joe Speake and Horace Broom.

Mr. Jarrett died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. He was born May 18, 1911, in Limestone County. He was a member of Hobbs Street Church of Christ and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a Kentucky colonel and was retired from the Louisville (Ky.) Board of Education.
He is survived by his wife, Aileene Jarrett; one brother, Altis A. Jarrett of Athens; and one sister, Lillie Mae Mitchell of Athens.
Nephews will be pallbearers.

Mr. Johnson died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born June 20, 1940, in Morgan County to Harold William and Ruby Estelle Dugger Johnson. He was a machinist at Eaton Corp. in Decatur and a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Johnson; one son, John Johnson of Decatur; two daughters, Gina Kirby of Hillsboro and Jennifer Heflin of Trinity; four brothers, James Johnson of Selma, Thomas Johnson and Charles Johnson, both of Brooksville, and Fred Johnson of Illinois; two sisters, Linda Barrett of Madison and Sue Steele of Hartselle; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Johnson died Monday, Dec. 20, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Dec. 4, 1927, in Mississippi to Oscar and Sarah White Johnson. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church and played trumpet in the Sophisticated Swingers. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired from Monsanto after 33 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Verna V. Johnson; one son, W. Vernon Johnson of Madison; one daughter, Veanne J. Stewart of Franklin, Tenn.; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Sumrall of Sumrall, Miss.; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be William Craig Johnson, Jeffrey A. Stewart, Sidney Sumrall, Edward Grubbs, James Rowden, Jerry Alldridge, Wilson Morgan and Cecil Chandler.
Band members from the Sophisticated Swingers will be honorary pallbearers.

Mr. Palmer died Sunday, Dec. 19, 1999, at Swedish Medical Center in Colorado. He was born Oct. 25, 1940, in Morgan County. He was a veteran, a Southern Baptist and former Hartselle resident.
He is survived by his wife, Wilda F. Palmer of Littleton; one son, Greg Palmer of Denver; one daughter, Regina Palmer of Littleton; and one half brother, Kenneth Carter of Valhermoso Springs.
Terry Glenn Smith

Mr. Smith died today, Dec. 22, 1999, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born April 27, 1951, in Albertville to Emmett and Novis Smith. He was a town councilman and mayor pro tem of Priceville, and a chemical operator at BP Amoco Chemicals. He was a volunteer firefighter in Priceville and a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church.
He is survived by one son, Casey Smith of Priceville; two daughters, Heather Smith and Kelly Smith, both of Priceville; his parents of Priceville; two brothers, Dennis Smith and Al Smith, both of Albertville; two sisters, Debra Karr of Horton and Lara Price of Boaz; and one grandson.
Members of No. 5 Unit at BP Amoco will be pallbearers.
Members of Priceville Volunteer Fire Department will be honorary pallbearers.

Mrs. Tapscott died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999, at her home. She was born Nov. 25, 1932, in Detroit, Mich., to Max and Virginia Nelson. She was a homemaker and a member of American Legion Auxiliary and Xi Beta Upsilon, a chapter of Beta Sigma Phi.
She is survived by her husband, Don Tapscott; one son, Thomas Tapscott of Town Creek; three daughters, Donna Barnes of Decatur, and Sharon Moore and Karen Anderson, both of Hartselle; her parents, Max and Virginia Nelson of St. Clair Shores, Mich.; two brothers, Matthew Nelson and Bill Nelson, both of Michigan; two sisters, Dorothy Sarrach and Joanne Bishop, both of Michigan; and nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Dutton, Brian Dutton, Matt Tapscott, Josh Moore and Randy Alread.
