Pauline Grigsby Pauline Grigsby, 96, of Bradford, died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003. She was a 60-year member of the First United Methodist Church at Bradford and recently became a member of St. James First United Methodist Church in Little Rock. She taught school for 33 years. At retirement, she was a high school librarian and English teacher. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for 52 years. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Fletcher of Little Rock; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. Services were Feb. 11, at the First United Methodist Church in Bradford, with interment in Calvin Cemetery in Alicia. Memorials may be made to Bradford First United Methodist Church, 408 W. Greene Stella Pauline Greene, 85, formerly of Bogota, N.J., died Friday, Feb. 7, 2003. She was a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post 5561 Auxiliary, Bogota. She is survived by sons Henry T. and Dr. George S. of Las Vegas, and Donald J. Greene, Lt. Col. USAF (Ret.) of Jacksonville; a brother, Arthur Koliadko of E. Willivory Cherry Willivory Cherry, 61, Jacksonville, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2003. Services were held Saturday, with burial in Brooks Cherry Cemetery. Adams of Cabot, Arkansas, while surrounded by his family entered into his new life in heaven. He was born March 29, 1934, at Antioch, Arkansas, to Raymond and Lydia Adams. He lived in El Paso, Arkansas and attended school in Searcy. Jimmy was a businessman, having Adams Pest Control of North Little Rock and Adams Pest Control in White County. He was a member of North Little Rock Lions Club; a former member of the North Little Rock Rotary Club; Arkansas Pest Control and National Pest Control Associations. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Jimmy lived his life as a Christian man. The joy of his life was his family. Carmel Baptist Church, Cabot, with burial in Rest Hills Memorial Park at Sherwood. Mary F. Massey Mary Frances Massey, 82, of Hot Springs, formerly of Sherwood, passed away Feb. 6, 2003, at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Guinn R. Massey Jr. She was born Aug. 14, 1920, the beloved daughter of Robert and Rose Hart of Arkadelphia. She was retired in 1976 from the Little Rock Air Force Base as chief telephone operator, having been employed since the base was opened in 1955. She was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Coast Guard. She was a devout Christian and a member of First Baptist Church in Hot Springs. She was an active member of the Burwell Sunday School class. The members of the Burwell Sunday School class were honorary pallbearers. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, whose constant smile and optimism will always be cherished. She loved hunting wildflowers, making porcelain birds and reading books.
