Keith M. Gale
September 24, 1924-September 17, 2009
Bentonville, Arkansas
Keith M. Gale, 84 of Bentonville, died Thursday September 17, 2009 in Concordia Care Center.
He was born September 24, 1924 in Des Moines, Iowa to Frank Gale and Anna Mofle Gale.
Keith served in the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean War.
He retired after 38 years with the RR Donnelley Publishing Company in Des Moines. He moved
to Northwest Arkansas in 1988 from Martensdale, Iowa Keith enjoyed camping, riding his
bike, and walking. Keith was a member of the First Baptist Church of Centerton where he had
worked in the church nursery.
Keith and his first wife Martha Wheelwright were married in 1948. Two children were born to
this union, Janet and David. Keith and Virginia Hommer were married April 10, 1960.
A memorial service will be announced and held at a later date.
Memorial services and cremation are under the direction of Stockdale Funeral Services, of
Rogers.
Memorials may be made in honor of Keith Gale to the First Baptist Church of Centerton,
Building Fund P.O. Box 220 Centerton, AR 72719.

Gary Wayne Hutcheson
September 4, 1949-November 9, 2009
Bentonville, Arkansas
Gary Wayne Hutcheson, 60, went to rest on November 9, 2009 in Springfield, Missouri. He
was born September 4, 1949 in Centerton, AR. He was simply known as "Hutch."
Hutch graduated from Gravette High School where he met and married his wife of 41 years
Paula Jo Keith on August 31. He served in the U.S. Navy. Upon discharge he attended the
University of Arkansas and earned a BA in Education. He began his coaching career with
Bentonville Public Schools in 1976. He coached girls basketball, softball, track, and football.
He then completed his Masters degree in administration. He served as vice principal at Walton
Jr. High. His most recent position was Facilities Director at the Tiger Athletic Complex.
Hutch was a devout Christian and lived each day exemplifying his love for God. He was a
Deacon at the Bentonville Church of Christ where he dedicated his time and efforts as Missions
Director. He made several trips to the Ukraine where he touched so many lives. Hutch led his
life with God first.
He enjoyed photography, bike riding, carpentry, working on his beloved Volkswagens and
pick-ups, being active in all kinds of sports but he loved spending time with his family
especially his only grandson Raef.

Hutch was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Fountain and step father Bill Fountain. He
is survived by his wife of 41 years, Paula, of the home, two daughters and one son-in-law,
Sherry and Brent Stalls of

Bentonville, Christy Hutcheson of Bella Vista; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Arnie and Susan
Hutcheson of Sulphur Springs and Everette and Launa Fountain of Holiday Island, AR. Gary is
also survived by Paula’s family, which was his own. Paula’s family, mother and father,
Hurshel and Billie Keith of Hiwasse, siblings, Alan Keith of Hiwasse, Larry and Regina Keith of
Hiwasse, Sally and Carl Bennett of Rogers, and Betsy and Mike Meek of Gravette and first
cousin Dan Taylor & wife Shirley of Powell, Missouri. He is also survived by beloved
grandson Raef Daniel Stalls, age 6, of Bentonville, several nieces and nephews plus a host of
friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Thursday November 12, 2009 at the Bentonville Church of
Christ with Walton Hook and John Dyak officiating.

Burial, with full military honors, will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery, west of Hiwasse.

Visitation will be 3-6:00 pm Wednesday November 11, 2009 in the auditorium of the
Bentonville Church of Christ.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bentonville Church of Christ Missions Fund,
904 N.W, 8th St. Bentonville, AR 72712.

Geoffrey Owen Kimbro
January 15, 1981-September 2, 2009
Rogers, Arkansas
Geoffrey Owen Kimbro, 28, of Rogers, Arkansas died Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in
Rogers. He was born January 15, 1981 in Torrance, California to George Wesley Kimbro III
and Linda King Kimbro.

He graduated with a degree in Computer Information Systems and received his Masters in
Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He worked in the
Information Systems Division of Wal-Mart as a program analyst. He was brilliant, never met a
stranger and enjoyed life to the fullest.

He is preceded in death by his father George Wesley Kimbro III.

Geoffrey is survived by his mother Linda Kimbro-Nelson and stepfather Dick Nelson of
Monroe, Louisiana; one brother George Kimbro IV of Camarillo, California; maternal
grandparents Alvin and Cora King of West Monroe, Louisiana; and paternal grandfather George
Kimbro II of Hemet, California.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, September 4, 2009 at Word of Life
Fellowship, Hwy 102 West, Bentonville, Arkansas. Burial will be at Ivy Lawn cemetery in
Ventura, California at a later date.

John M. Fairhead, Jr.
October 19, 1945-August 9, 2009
Rogers, Arkansas
John M. Fairhead, Jr., 63, of Rogers, Arkansas died Sunday, August 9, 2009 at Mercy Health
Center in Rogers. He was born October 19, 1945 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to John M. Fairhead
and Iona Ballew Fairhead.
He graduated from Chaminade Prep High School in St. Louis and Arkansas State University and
was an avid Razorback fan. He enjoyed fishing, boating and sailing. He was the Commander of
The Beaver Lake Sail and Power Squadron. John loved his family and spending time with the
grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
John is survived by three children; John Paul Fairhead and wife Elizabeth of Jonesboro,
Arkansas, Meredith Blase and husband John of Monument, Colorado, Margaret Hall and
husband Heath of Greenwood, Arkansas; close companion, Sally Bowen of Rogers; one
brother, Mike Fairhead of Rogers; three sisters, Patricia Sharp and husband Wayne of
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Mary Lee Shipp and husband David of St. Louis, Missouri, Rosemary
Fairhead of St. Louis, Missouri; three grandchildren Will, Sarah and Abbey Blase of Monument,
Colorado.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at
Stockdale Funeral Services in Rogers.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 am Friday, August 14, 2009 at Blessed Sacrament
Catholic Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas with Father Mark Wood officiating.

Nina Dean Patton
September 20, 1925-October 10, 2009
Bentonville, Arkansas
Nina Dean Patton, 84, of Bentonville died Saturday, October 10, 2009, at Northwest Medical Center in
Bentonville. She was born September 20, 1925, in Osage, Arkansas, to Charles A. Ferguson and Mary
Shackelford Ferguson.

Married to Euel S. Patton on May 20, 1949, she spent the rest of her life devoted to him and her family. Nina
Dean was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bentonville where she worked with the Dorcus
Women’s Sewing Ministry, making baby quilts for the needy. As a member of the Merry Matrons Extension
Homemakers Club, she was currently serving as vice-president. For over twenty years, she has served as a
clothing superintendent at the Benton County Fair. Nina Dean spent many years of her life in the role of
Clothing Project Leader for the Centerton 4-H Club where she loved teaching young people to sew. She will
always be remembered as loving and giving by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers.

Nina Dean is survived by her husband of 60 years, Euel Sylvester Patton; two sons, James M. Patton and wife
Brenda of Bentonville, Arkansas; Vernon Patton and wife Darlene of Ozark, Arkansas; one daughter, Janice
Shofner and husband Bob of Centerton, Arkansas; one brother; Charles Ross Ferguson and wife Kathy of
Blackwell, Missouri; four sisters, Leah Ferguson of Bentonville, Arkansas; Marie Fulkerson and husband Harold
of Gentry, Arkansas; Minnie Lou Easley and husband Jackie of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; Nellie Travis and husband
Claude of Chiniak, Alaska; 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent for the Nina Dean Patton Memorial 4-H Scholarship fund to the
Benton County 4-H Foundation, 1204 S.W. 14th Street, Bentonville, Arkansas 72712.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Stockdale Funeral Services in
Rogers.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, October 16, 2009 at First United Methodist Church in Bentonville
with the Rev. Rex Dickey, and the Rev. Susan Ledbetter officiating. Burial will follow in the Bentonville
cemetery.

Ronald Bryan Stover
October 10, 1964-November 3, 2009
Rogers, Arkansas
Ronald Bryan Stover, 45, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at
Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born October 10, 1964 in Muncie,
Indiana to James Ronald Stover and Ann D. Stover.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Cecil Stover and his maternal
grandparents, Edgar and Veachel Livingston all of Livingston, Tennessee.
Survivors include his daughter, Bryanna Stover, of Rogers; his parents of Rogers; two
brothers, Kevin Stover of Michigan and Greg Stover and wife Dawn and nephews Paxton and
Parker of Springdale; his paternal grandmother, Clarice Stover of Tennessee; uncles Robert
Stover of Houston, Texas, and Richard, Ray and Russell Stover of Tennessee; aunts Reba
Johnson, Ruby Jenkins, and Rhonda Walker of Tennessee and numerous cousins.
Bryan enjoyed life to the fullest and spent much of his free time boating and fishing. He loved all
outdoor activities. He graduated from Rogers High School in 1983 where he participated in
football. But his most enjoyable times were spent with the greatest love of his life, his daughter
Bryanna. Family vacations during the summer were especially loved by them both.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Friday, November 6, 2009 at Stockdale Funeral Chapel in
Rogers with Pastor John Barclay officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday, November 5, 2009 at Stockdale Funeral
Services in Rogers.
Memorials may be made in honor of Ronald Bryan Stover to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones
Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.

Eileen Wright
January 31, 1919-September 13, 2009
Rogers, Arkansas
Eileen Wright, 90, of Rogers died Sunday, September 13, 2009 at her residence. She was born
January 31, 1919 in Central City, Iowa the daughter of Burt I. McDonald and Ora Arnold
McDonald.
She joined a 'Rosie the Riveter' munitions crew during World War II to help support the war
effort at home, while her husband served in Europe. She was a life-long United Methodist,
most recently affiliated with First United Methodist Church of Rogers. Her wonderful desserts
and scrumptious biscuits testified to her skills in the kitchen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 66 years, Donald Edwin Wright in
2006; and one brother, George.
Eileen Wright is survived by one sister, Bethel Lowe of Lebanon, Missouri; three nieces, Karen
E. Harter of Belvidere, Illinois, Karla Lowe-Phelps and husband Russel of Lebanon, Missouri,
Kathy Duke and husband Marshall of Georgetown, Texas; two nephews, James Bottomley
and wife Cindy of Kentucky, and Tom Bottomley and wife Kay of Ohio.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Stockdale
Funeral Services in Rogers.
Graveside Services will be held at 5:00 pm Wednesday, September 16, 2009 following the
visitation at Rogers City cemetery with the Rev. Sandra Wanasek officiating.

Quan Chuong Chau
October 20, 1951-August 2, 2009

Quan Chuong Chau, 57 of Rogers, Arkansas died Sunday August 2, 2009 at Northwest
Medical Center of Springdale, Arkansas.

He was born October 20, 1951 in Saigon, Viet Nam to Xan Chau and Hao Luong.

Survivors include his wife Vang Phan of Rogers; a son Dang Chau and his wife Thao, of
Rogers; two daughters Binh Chau, of Rogers, Huong Nguyen, of Bentonville; a sister Lan
Chau, of Saigon, and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2-8:00Tuesday at Stockdale Funeral Services.

Betty J. Franklin
January 10, 1925-September 29, 2009
Lowell, Arkansas
Betty Jean Franklin, 84, of Lowell, died Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at Circle of Life in Springdale.

She was born January 10, 1925, in Cimarron, Okla. One of eleven children, she was the daughter of Homer and
Lena Thomas.

Betty was a devoted wife and mother who left her job at Daisy in 1972 to take care of her granddaughter, Robyn,
because she said 'there’s no one that can take care of that baby like me.' Thereafter, she was affectionately
known as 'GaGa.'

In her spare time, Betty enjoyed crocheting, crossword puzzles and playing cards. She loved to travel and went
on several cruises in the Caribbean. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lowell.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. 'Bob' Franklin, whom she married on September 19, 1947.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Thrasher (and her husband David) of Rogers and Peggy Cannon (and her
husband Mike) of Montgomery, Texas; three brothers Vernal Thomas of Sandy, Utah, Bobby Thomas and
Jimmy Thomas both of La Pine, Oregon; one sister Phyllis Leslie, Knoxville, Tennessee; one granddaughter
Robyn Schaub (and her husband Adam) of Dallas, Texas;; two grandsons Brian Cannon and Sean Cannon, both
of Houston, Texas two great-granddaughters Avery Schaub and Cecily Schaub of Dallas, Texas.

A celebration of Betty’s life will be held Friday, October 2, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Lowell, with
Brother Gary Thomas and Brother Ben Rowell officiating. The family will greet visitors in the church narthex
following the service. A private family graveside was held in Benton County Memorial Park, of Rogers.

Memorials may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72745 or the First
Baptist Church of Lowell, 409 S. Johnson Street, Lowell, AR 72745.

Carol Sue Kenneally

Carol Sue Kenneally, 62, of Rogers died Sunday, September 27,
2009 at her residence in Rogers. She was born February 28, 1947
in Knoxville, Tennessee to James B. Akins and June Brewer Akins.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Paul Matthew
Kenneally.
She is survived by one son Shaun Kenneally of Rogers; one daughter
Karolyn Kenneally of Rogers; and one brother James R. Akins of
Carrolton, Texas.

Aaron M. McDermott

Aaron M. McDermott, 35, of Rogers died Monday, October 5, 2009. He was born March 8,
1974 in Humboldt, Iowa to Michael L. McDermott and Ruth Bird McDermott.
He worked in sales at Meeks for 15 years. He enjoyed all sports, especially football and
baseball. He loved his family and valued the time he spent with his two sons.
Aaron is survived by his wife of 12 years Melissa McDermott; two sons, Corbyn Michael
McDermott and Chandler Ray McDermott; his father Michael McDermott and wife Linda of Lu
Verne, Iowa; his mother Ruth Kennicker of Bella Vista; maternal grandparents Gordon and
Esther Brock of Humboldt, Iowa; one brother Joseph McDermott and wife Kristan of Lu
Verne, Iowa; and one sister Lisa Johnson of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

A visitation will be held from 5 to 7:00 pm Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at Stockdale Funeral
Services in Rogers.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, October 8, 2009 at KeyPoint Church,
1710 Southwest Commerce Drive, Bentonville with Pastor Shane Roth
officiating. Burial will be at the Rogers cemetery.

An Educational Scholarship Fund has been established for Corbyn and Chandler McDermott,
and memorial donations may be made to the 'Aaron McDermott Memorial Fund' at any Arvest
Bank.

Anna M. Pulse
February 9, 1933-September 6, 2009
Avoca, Arkansas
Anna Pulse 76, of Avoca, died Sunday September 6, 2009 at Circle of Life
Hospice in Springdale.
She was born February 9, 1933 in Batavia, Iowa to Ernest Walker and
Breta Porter Walker.
Anna owned and operated three H&R Block Tax companies in Iowa. She
was active with Meals On Wheels; loved to garden and travel. Anna
moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1983 from Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
She is survived by one son, Ronald Pulse of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; one
brother, John Walker of Green Valley, AZ; three sisters, Mary Lehmann of
Columbia, SC, Wanda Earls of Myrtle Creek, OR, Audrey Oakes of
Avoca, AR; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in honor of Anna Pulse to Circle of Life Hospice,
901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72764.
No Services will be held.
