Irish Relatives

Posted By: Richard Hayes (cblmdm72-241-199-69.buckeyecom.net)

My Hayes relatives came from Ireland, but I do not know in which county they lived. A William Hays was in America about 1800. A David Hays came to America about 1817. Both were living in Saratoga County, NY at the time of the 1820 Census. William was born about 1776; David about 1796. William was a farmer. David was a linen weaver who grew his own flax. Both were members of the Baptist church. I think that both were from Ulster, but I do not know where. Can anyone help me find there persons in Ireland?
