ISO Patricia Elaine Anderson Spencer

I am in search of my mother's bio mother and 2 sisters. My grandmother gave birth to my mother on 12/7/1953. We have found my mother's older brother since he was adopted to a family member on my grandfather's side. It is believed that she also had 2 other daughters besides my mother and her brother William. My grandmother was married to Jack Spencer but after my mother was born Patricia left, taking only the 2 oldest girls. My mother was born in Nelsonville, OH. Her birth certificate lists Patricia's place of birth as Johnson City, OR. We have not been able to find any other info on Patricia or the other 2 girls and no one can remember the girls' names. If anyone has any information on Patricia Elaine Anderson Spencer please send me a note. Thank you!
