Brother Everett F. Byrne

I'm tring to find my brother. His name is Everett F. Byrne. He would have been born in 1933, which would make him about 74 yrs. old. I have tried to find him for about 30 yrs and have had no luck. He was born in Champaign/Urbana Ill. His mother died 10 days after his birth. Please let me know if you know him or anything about him and where he lives. I would just like so much to know him.
