VOSS, FRANCES CECELIA -- Funeral services for Frances Cecelia Voss, 91, of Fresno will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Whitehurst Chapel. Mrs. Voss, a homemaker, died Saturday. Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. today at the chapel. Remembrances may be sent to the donor's favorite charity.
