DOYLE: Peacefully, at Wildwood Care Centre, St. Marys, Sunday evening, December 5, 2004, Gordon Patrick "Gord" Doyle, 77, formerly of London Ont. and Port Alberni, B.C. Loved father of Richard and Rosemary Doyle of Thamesford, Julie McCall and companion Dan Courvoisier of London and Nancy MacArthur of Brampton. Kindly remembered by their mother Phyllis (Patterson) Doyle of London. Loving grandpa of Meghan, Kimberly and Sean Doyle, Aaron and Ashleigh McCall, Adam and Shaylene MacArthur. Dear brother of Jo Silverman of Hamilton, Phyllis and George Longthorne of London. Sadly missed by his niece Shelly Silverman of Toronto. Fondly remembered by his former wife Gladys Doyle and her family of Port Alberni, B.C. Predeceased by brother Jim Doyle and sister Eileen Bristow, parents John and Josephine (Leavey) Doyle. A service for family and friends will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 1 p.m. The Rev. Harry Disher officiating. BAKER: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Saturday, April 09, 2005, Glen "Shorty" Baker of Dashwood, age 92. Beloved husband of Arnetta Pauline (Eveland) Baker of Queensway Nursing Home, Hensall. Loved father and father-in-law of Barry & Barb Baker of RR 1, Vienna, Dale & Connie Baker and Bryan Baker all of London, Donna & Bill Bishop of Turkey Point. Also loved by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Bob Baker, Bill & Marg Baker, John & Jan Baker, Meade & Dorothy Baker, Wanda & Adam Wilson, Betty Grenier, Irene Tyndall, Clara & Bill Brown, Glady & Grant McGregor, Bridgette Baker, Greta Baker, Frances Gibson and Norm Eveland. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Daniel and Jolayne Farrell of Hancock, MI., the late Suzanne Farrell (August 10, 2003) and John Farrell of Beach O'Pines, Grand Bend. Loving grandmother of 5 and Nana of 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Helen Brown and Bernice Brown, parents William and Margaret (Cavanaugh) McIntosh. Resting at the T. TURNBULL : CAROL and ALAN. Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Tuesday, August 12, 2003, Carol A. (Fuhr) Turnbull, in her 80th year, and on Thursday, August 14, 2003, Alan F. Turnbull, in his 79th year, both recently of Country Manor Retirement Home, Thedford, formerly of Grand Bend. Loved parents of Tim and Joanne Turnbull of R. R. #1, Grand Bend. Loving grandparents of Matthew Turnbull and companion Brenda Artico, Bradley Turnbull and companion Renee Bastien, all of Windsor. Carol will be missed by her sister Verta Brenner of Grand Bend. Also remembered by Carol's aunt Lottie Dunnneman of Stratford. Predeceased by her brothers Melvin, Earl, Ray and Harold Fuhr. Alan will be missed by his sisters Mary and Timothy Kember of Picton, Esther and Peter Warner of Grand Bend, brothers Eric and Betty Turnbull of Grand Bend, Carl and Lois Turnbull of R. Beloved husband of the late Marguerite Gertrude "Marg" (Hornsey) Hedley. Loved father of Brenda Winhold and companion Bill Pole of Zurich and loving papa of Taralyn and Lynsey Winhold. Remembered by his nephews Bob and Ev Hedley of Norval, Ron Hedley of Burlington, niece Linda and Jack Holbrough of Brampton and their families. Predeceased by his sisters Nellie and Josephine Hedley and brother Matt Hedley. Resting at the T. Beloved husband of Violet Jean (Kerrison) McQuarrie. Loved father and father-in-law of David and Cathy Day-McQuarrie of Woodham, Dianne Stanley and her friend Cuz of R. R. #1, Hensall. Loving grandpa of Holly McQuarrie, Bradley Tyler, Dayna Stanley and Deven Stanley.
