Arthur Newsome
(Proud Veteran of 432 Leaside RCAF Squadron 1944, Born December 15, 1922 Milnsbridge Yorkshire UK) Peacefully at home on Thursday February 6, 2003 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Hilda (Hill) Newsome. Dearly loved father of Peter and his wife Linda (Day), David and his wife Kim (McClennan) and Phillip and his wife Lise (Hansen). Loving Poppa of Laura, David, Christopher, Heather, Sarah, Geoffrey, Perry, step grandchildren Jeff, Brent and step great granddaughter Payton. A special thanks to Dr. Knox, Dr. Kwan, the staff of the Trillium Health Centre Oncology Unit and the VON. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lakeshore Blvd. W. (between Islington and Kipling Aves., at 14th St., 416-259-3705) on Sunday from 2:30 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in celebration of his life.

Passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the McCall Centre on February 8, 2003 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Mary Robaluk. Dear friend of Ruth Golansky. Peacefully at the Credit Valley Hospital on Wednesday, February 12, 2003, at the age of 72. Elsa, loving wife of 44 years to Ewald. Loving mother of Anna and Linda. She will be sadly missed by her many family and friends in Canada, Austria and Germany. Elsa will be remembered by her family for her devotion and love of gardening. Peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2003 at St. Josephís Health Centre. Sylvia, beloved wife of the late Alan Storey. Loving mother of Doug and Jacqueline (Jackie) and her husband Arnold Stewart. Sylvia will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Melanie and Trevor. David Victor Penn (Tuttle)
Peacefully after a lengthy illness with cancer, Dave passed on Friday, March 7, 2003 at the Baycrest Hospital. Former employee of Massey-Ferguson Company, DeHavilland Aircraft, John Inglis and Frigidaire Companies. Formerly of 323 Lawrence Ave. West, Toronto. He was the son of the late Charles Victor and Margaret Murdock Gebbie Tuttle and the grandson of the late James and Agnes Neal Murray Gebbie. He is survived by his brothers Roy & his wife Thelma Tuttle of Peterborough and Bruce & his wife Margot Tuttle of British Columbia and many nieces and nephews. Dave will be sadly missed by many friends including Russell and Wendy Bromby, Kin and Lynn Chan, June Clarke, Bruce and Rosy Findlay, Hermann and Tilli Ruppert and Raymond Wilson. Cremation has taken place.

Arthur William Mollet
Suddenly, at his home, on Thursday, March 6, 2003, in his 91st year. Arthur, beloved husband of the late Lilian Jessie. Loving father to Dorothy and her husband Ted Walker, Dennis McCormack and his wife Helen, John McCormack and his wife Gail, Susan and her husband Bill Prychoda, Linda Lautsch, son in law Larry Duesbury and predeceased by sons Ronald, David and daughters Valerie and Margaret. Will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Karen, Stephen, Cheryl, Bradley, Valerie, Geoffrey, Gregory, Melissa, Mason, Garrett, Ryan and Brett. Cherished by his great grandchildren Nicole, Lauren, Eric, Matthew, Devin, Mitchell, Connor, Braden, Evan, Quinn, Elise and Morgan. Survived by sister Sheila and brother David. Helen Annette (nee Sala) Dennis
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Helen Annette Dennis (nee Sala) passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, March 9, 2003. Beloved wife and sweetheart of Alfred Dennis. Dear mother of Carolyn and her husband Neville Thomas, Joanne and her husband Brent Ham. Cherished grandmother of Calvin Ham. Survived by brother Greg and his wife Angela Sala, sister in law Joyce and her husband Wally Didych. Predeceased by sister in law Gail Dennis and by her beloved parents William and Lucy Sala. Violet Williams
Peacefully at Etobicoke General Hospital on Wednesday, March 12, 2003 at age 93. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Arthur Williams, devoted mother of Carolyn and her husband Bill Patton, Ron and Sandra, wife of James Stanton, cherished grandma of 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Roger Spicer
Peacefully after a lengthy illness with cancer on Friday, March 14, 2003 at the Toronto Grace Hospital with his family at his side. Roger, loving husband of 36 years of Geraldine. Loving father of Judy Spicer and her husband Scott Parish. Grampy will be sadly missed by Evan, Holly and Maeve. Roger is survived by his brother Rodney Spicer, Christine Wood and Elaine Carr. (Life member of RCC Branch 3 Ladies Auxillary) Passed away peacefully on March 15, 2003 at the Trillium Health Centre at the age of 82. Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael. Loving mother to David and his wife Karen, Patrick and his wife Theresa. Cherished grandmother to Jessica and Rachel. Will be sadly missed by many family and friends.
