Peacefully at the Colville Manor Souris on March 28, 2003 of Sidney Anderson aged 78 years. Loving brother of Florence Bernard of Souris, Joe Anderson of NFLD, Jean Hill of N.S. Also left to mourn are numerous nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris no visiting hours by personal request. Funeral to be held Monday afternoon from St Mary's Church Souris with funeral service at 2 p.m. Internment in the Holy Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery Georgetown. If so desired donations may be made to the Souris Hospital or the Colville Manor would be appreciated.

Cedric R. Allen
Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Friday June 6, 2003 of Cedric R. Allen of Souris and formerly of Cape Spear, N.B. in his 78 yr.
Beloved husband of Gertrude Allen (nee Gillam-LaBrech). Loving Step-Father of Donald (Derenda) LaBrech of Souris, Mel (Louise) LaBrech of Souris West, Johnny (Fluff) LaBrech of Cornwall and Cindy (David) Bruce of East Baltic. Sadly missed by 11 Step-Grandchildren. Predeceased by 4 sisters and 1 brother.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris with no visitation by personal request. Remains transferred to the Jones Funeral Home Port Elgin, N.B. for visitation on Monday June 9, 2003 at 2 p.m. till time of funeral. Funeral to be held Monday afternoon from the Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Funeral Service to be held at 4 p.m. Internment to follow in the Bayfield Cemetery. Sarah Jane Aitken
Peacefully at the Colville Manor Souris on Friday, November 29, 2002 of Sarah Jane Aitken (nee Coffin) of Fortune in her 88th year.
Beloved wife of the late John Aitken. Loving mother of Everett (Ginny) Aitken of Fortune. Sadly missed by granddaughters Sandra (Jason) Jenkins of Elksgrove, California and Susan (Jeff) of St Ann Manitoba. Also left to mourn are sister Elizabeth Wigmore of Charlottetown and Bill Coffin of Ajax, Ontario. Predeceased by infant daughter Ruth brothers Reg, Guy, Fred, Frank sisters Mildred, Ina and Silvia.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held Monday afternoon from the bay Fortune United Church with funeral service at 2 p.m. Internment in the church cemetery. Jocelyn David Coffin
Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Monday, November 22, 2004 of Jocelyn 'Josh' Coffin of Fortune aged 89 years. Beloved Husband of Clara Coffin. Loving Father to Doug (Tillie) Coffin of Fortune and Donna (Walter) Ching of Souris. Fondly remembered by 6 Grandchildren Suzette (Stuart) Acorn, Pam (Terry) MacAulay, Brad (Beckey) Coffin, David (Darlene) Ching, Clarke (Michelle) Ching, Duane (Julie) and also by 8 Great-Grandchildren Chelsey, Zachary, Ryan and Steven Acorn. Cailyn MacAulay, Meghan, Calvin and Emily Ching. Survived by Sisters Letty Townshend and Ruby Barrett, Sisters-in-law Estelle MacEwen and Minn Campbell. Also remembered by numerous nieces and nephews and best friend Rocko.

Blanche O'Donnell
Peacefully, following a brief illness at the Lennox Nursing Home Charlottetown on February 25, 2003 of Blanche Elizabeth O'Donnell aged 91 years.
Born in Souris, P.E.I. she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Malone) O'Donnell. Blanche was retired from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston.
Beloved sister and aunt and a very special lady to all who knew her. Survived by sisters Mrs. Hilda (Jack) Culkins and Mrs. Rita (Les) Collins; sister-in-law Mrs. Doreen (Chester) O'Donnell as well as several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by sister Grace and brothers Chester, Lester and Ernest.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. till time of funeral. Funeral to be held Friday morning from St Mary's Church with funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Internment in the Church cemetery at a later date. If so desired donations to the St Mary's cemetery fund would be appreciated.

Mary Mossey
Peacefully at the Colville Manor Souris on Saturday, February 8, 2003 of Mary Mossey (nee MacKinnon) formerly of Bothwell in her 87th year.
Beloved wife of the late Bernard J. Mossey (August 6, 1993). Loving mom/mother of Marguerite (Steve) Connolly, Irene (Howard) Shean, Tim (Norma), Bernadette (Maynard) Paquet and Brian (Marie). Also left to mourn and sadly missed by 16 grandchildren , 13 great-grandchildren: brother Joseph (Barbara) MacKinnon, sisters Bertha (Peter) MacAulay, Anna Larkin, Marion MacDonald and Marie (Roch) Paquette.
Predeceased by her parents Raymond & Theresa MacKinnon, Sons Vincent and his wife Frances and Gerald, grandsons Chris Mossey and Jason Paquet, Sister Mary Irene CSM and brothers Allan and Ron.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. till time of funeral. Funeral to be held Tuesday morning from St Columba Church Fairfield with funeral mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Internment in the church cemetery. Helena "Annie" Mooney
Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Wed. November 27, 2002 of Helena "Annie" Mooney (nee Cahill) of Rollo Bay aged 82 years.
Beloved wife of John Mooney. Loving mother to Patricia Doucette-Mooney Rollo Bay, Francis Mooney Charlottetown, James (Frances) Mooney Charlottetown, Bernard Mooney Hamilton, Ontario, Charles (Kathy) Mooney Souris West, Louis (Sue) Mooney Stoney Creek, Ontario and Gerald (Dianne) Mooney Rollo Bay. Sadly missed by 24 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and sister Mary Cahill Hamilton, Ontario and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by son Joseph, brothers William, Elliott and Frank.

Peacefully at the Colville Manor Souris on Saturday, December 7, 2002 of Laura G. Holland (nee Gallant) of Souris aged 91 years.
Beloved wife of the late James Holland. Loving Mother of Willy (Eleanor) of Elmira, George (Cecile) of Elmira, Emeric (Helen) of Souris Line Road, Artie (Bunny) of Souris and Joyce (Friend David) of Souris. Sadly missed by 24 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren and 1 niece.
Predeceased by son Michael.

Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, October 27, 2002 of Beverly Lee Gregory of Red Point aged 30 years. Beloved daughter of Anthony Gregory and the late Margaret Gregory (nee Whalen). Loving sister of Rosemary Llewellyn and fondly remembered by nieces Samantha and Brooke.

Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, October 14, 2002 of A. Roy Brown of Dingwell Mills, aged 75 years.
Beloved husband of the Late Mabel (nee Blackett) Brown. Loving father of Sheila Conohan, Wilma (Charles) Wilt, Florence (Barney) Wilt, Gary (Norma) Brown, Donna (Kevin), Shirley (Joey), and Darrin (Laura). Sadly missed by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, brothers Maurice, Stanley, Finbar, Nelson sister Mae and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by son Arthur, brother Bobby sisters Ella Mae, Clemie, Cinderella, Hilda and Thelma.
