Leo S. Gallant
Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown on Friday, October 22, 2004 of Leo S. Gallant of Souris aged 72 years.
Beloved husband of Christine Scharman. Much loved father of Derek (Lauraine Simpson), David (Shelley Yeo), Kim (Ensor) McNeill, Randy (Paula), Robert (Andrea Nason), and their mother Joyce Gallant, Shawn (Nancy MacInnis) Scharman, Gail (Kent) Bruce. Loving grandfather of 19 grandchildren. Also left to mourn are brothers Mike (Catherine) and Leonard, Sisters Lillian Cheverie, Genet (Alex) Grant, Elaine Luton and Sister-in-law Blanche Gallant. Predeceased by his parents Harmony and Adele Gallant and brothers Clarence, Frank and Melvin.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. till time of funeral.
Funeral to be held Tuesday morning from St Mary's Church Souris with funeral mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Internment in the Church Cemetery.
If so desired donations to the Souris Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of PEI would be appreciated.

Elmer Joseph Gallant
Peacefully and surrounded by his loving family at the Souris Hospital on Friday, July 18, 2003 of Elmer Joseph Gallant of Souris West in his 86th year.
Veteran of the second world war. Beloved husband of the late Mae (nee Dugas) Gallant. Loving father of Eugene (Denise) of Sudbury, Ont. Bobby (Mary Anne), Lucy, Ferdie (Florence), Kay (Weston) Coffin, Mary (Hessell) Campbell, Camilla, Terry (Jean), Billy all of P.E.I. Sadly missed by 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.Also Survived by his sisters-in-law Edna Jennings, Anne Dugas, Evelyn Gallant and brother-in-law Eddy Gauthier, nieces Mary (John) Hughes, Carol (John) Cameron, Linda (Ronnie) Cahill and by Jimmy Campbell. Predeceased by his parents Felix and Lucy Anne, brothers and sisters Art, Edward, Ambrose, Ferdie, Minnie and Celina.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Monday morning from 9:00 a.m. till time of funeral. Funeral to be held Monday morning from the St Alexis Church Rollo Bay with funeral mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Internment in the church Cemetery.
If so desired donations to the Souris Hospital ' Care You Can Count On Campaign' or the St Alexis Church Restoration Fund would be appreciated.
Members of the Souris Legion are requested to meet at the funeral home Sunday evening at 7 p.m. for a legion service.

Alban 'Bing' Gallant
Peacefully at the Colville Manor Souris on Friday, September 12, 2003 of Alban 'Bing' Gallant of Souris West aged 92 years.
Beloved husband of Albertine (nee Daigle) Gallant. Loving father of the Late Rev. George 'Bing' Gallant (Liana) and their children Genevieve, Jamie, Joshua, Justin and Emily of Ottawa, Maurice (Julia) of Toronto, Grandchildren Nicholas, Jeffery, Monique and their mother Michelle Harris. Sadly missed by sisters Clarisse Gallant of Souris and Sr. Louise Gallant CND of Charlottetown, Sister-in-law Louise Gallant of Charlottetown and several nieces and nephews. Also left to mourn are Albertines sisters Yvette Doroin, Cecile (George) Poirier, Sr. Maria Daigle CND, Antoinette Cormier and Alma Blanchard. Predeceased by his Parents Domitien and Eugenie (Martin) Gallant, brothers Edward and Paul, sisters Alvina, Margaret, Marie Anne and Belle.

Mary 'Marion' Wilson
Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Monday, October 17, 2004 of Mary 'Marion' Wilson (nee McCormack) of Goose River aged 62 years. Beloved wife of 44 years to George Wilson. Loving Mother to Janie (Dannie) MacKinnon, Goose River, Donna (Eric) Bowley, Midgell, Bernie, Charlottetown, Kevin (Kelly), Souris Line Road, David (Annette), Charlottetown, Brad, Goose River. Loving Grammie to Paige, Joseph, Spencer, Daryll, Douglas and Matthew MacKinnon, Colin, Nicole and Ryan Bowley, Natasha, Samantha and Alex Wilson. Great Grandmother to Brandon Collette. Sadly missed by Mother Bertha McCormack, Bear River. Also left to mourn are Brothers and Sister Arnold (Marie), Calgary, Elaine (Earl), Bear River, John (Shannon), Calgary, Frank (June), Fortune, Eldon (Mary), Montague, Sheldon (Anne Marie), Vancouver, Stanley (Nora), Red House and Floyd (Mildred), Bear River. Wilson, Goose River, Frank & Teresa Wilson, Goose River, Chris Wilson, Ontario, Jimmy & Blanche Wilson Dartmouth, Eugene & Paula Wilson, Toronto, Geneva & Grant Sherwood, Toronto. Johnny 'Gus' MacCormack
Peacefully and surrounded by family at the Souris Hospital on Monday, October 18, 2004 of Johnny 'Gus' MacCormack of the Souris Line Road in his 82nd year.
Beloved husband of the late Mary (Nee Chapman 1993) . Loving Father of John James (Joy), Joey (Darlene), Jean (Blair Sheehan), Anne MacCormack, Helen (Derrick) Donnelly. Dear Grammpie of Michael, Megan, Stefan & Renee MacCormack, Courtney MacCormack and Noah Donnelly. Predeceased by son Roland, Parents Laughlin & Mary MacCormack and sister Helen.

Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Thursday, October 14, 2004 of Ken Lutz of Souris West aged 71 years.
Beloved husband of Marion (nee MacLean). Loving Father of Kenny & Louanne of NFLD, Stephen & Laurel of Morrell, Bonnie McInnis of Souris, Scott and Kim Jennings of Souris. Fondly remembered by 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Survived and sadly missed by Sisters and Brothers Joan McIntosh, Rita Lutz, Linda Lutz, Dorothy MacSwain, Pat Tang, Robert Lutz, Richard Lutz and Edward Lutz. Predeceased by Sisters Doreen Mason and Blanche Lutz and brother Roland Lutz.

John Francis MacIsaac
The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital II Halifax on Sunday, October 3, 2004 of John Francis MacIsaac of Rock Bara aged 72 years. Beloved husband of Myrna MacIsaac (nee McDougall). Loving father to Michelle (Paul Jenning) MacDonald, Ray (Tracey), Brenda MacDonald (Dave), David (Marlene) MacDonald, Dean MacDonald (Donna), Joe MacIsaac (Caroline). Also left to mourn are grandchildren Jason, Alex, Chelsea, Ryan, David, Tayler, Laura, Miranda,Jessica and Sisters Kitty MacAulay and Brenda (Donnie) LaBrech. Predeceased by sister Celia Bennett.

Funeral to be held Thursday morning from St Columba Church Fairfield with funeral mass to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Cremated remains to be interned at a later date. Peacefully at the Colville Manor Souris on Saturday, January 17, 2004 of Helen Mary MacIsaac of Souris aged 90 years. Beloved sister of the late Rosella MacIsaac.

Peacefully at her residence and surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 1, 2004 of Irene Theresa MacCormack (nee Hughes) of Souris aged 76 years.
Beloved wife of the late Elmer MacCormack. Loving mother of Peter (Brenda), Donna (Arthur MacKay), Marilyn (Larry Dunphy), Stevie, Gerard (Marie Fitzpatrick), Jackie (Karen), Pauline (Eddie Campbell), Cathy (Stephen Peters), Bernadette (Shane MacLean), Donnie (Pat Davidson). Survived by Sisters and Brothers, Mary O'Keefe, Mildred MacDonald, Martina Coran, Beatrice MacCormack, Peg Coker, Gertrude MacDonald, John Hughes, Norbert Hughes and James Hughes. Also sadly missed by 27 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Parents Stephen and Alice Hughes and Sisters Joan Jarvis and Virginia Gallant.

Suddenly as a result of a highway accident in Fortune Bridge on Sunday, September 12, 2004 0f Chad Vernon Garrett of East Baltic aged 23 years.
Loving Son of Vernon and Anne (nee Hennessey) Garrett. Dear Brother of Crystal and Darcy. Nephew of Norma (Harold) MacKenzie of Fortune, Ethan (Lila) Garrett of Charlottetown, Rowena (Hillard) MacKinnon of Charlottetown, Marilyn MacDonald of Charlottetown, Revell Garrett of Charlottetown, Elva (Robert) Myers of Head of Hillsboro, Mary (Malcolm) Campbell of Stanhope, Joey (Regina) Hennessey of Elmira, John Hennessey of Charlottetown, Shirley (Dave) Hannah of Coquitlam, B.C.,Frankie (Lorraine) Hennessey of Souris, and Sterling Hennessey of Charlottetown. Sadly missed by numerous Cousins and Friends.
