Daughter of Bud and Jessie (MacEwen) Thompson of Norboro. Sister of Roger (Diane) Thompson, North Bedeque; Linda Shelvey, Hunter River; David Thompson (Barb Gaudet) Margate; Garth Thompson, Norboro; Scott (Wendy) Thompson, Halifax and Janet (Gordon) Keen, Pleasant Grove. Granddaughter of Lorna MacEwen, Kensington. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her grandparents Don MacEwen and Horace & Florence (Heaney) Thompson.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in Geddie Memorial Cemetery Spring Brook. At his late residence on Sunday September 14 th, 2003 of John D. Ward of Breadalbane aged 72 years.
Son of the late George and Janie (Chappell) Ward. Husband of Vera (Squires) Ward. Father of Donna; Carla (Russell); Randy (Tammy); Doris (Paul); Alan (Lin); Earl (Connie); Valerie (Mark) and Joy (Pius). Also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister Herbert, Melvin and Vera, also by a grandson Christopher Brander.

Brother In Law of Amy Bernard, Lower Freetown; Ralph (Edythe) Cobb, Long River; Tom (Marie) Cobb, Hamilton and Eileen (Don L.) Clark, Kensington. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Gladys Paynter and brothers Donald, Angus and Clarence Bernard.

Father of Debbie (Jim) Ferguson, Vancouver, BC; Peggy (Grant Gibson), Surrey, BC, Michael (Carrie Gleason), Mississauga, ON; Tom (Wendy Holland), Airdrie, AB; Kathy, Vancouver, BC and Karen (Don Richardson), Guelph, ON. ON. Grandmother of 13 grandchildren. Sister of Andrew (Joan) Young, Ayr, Scotland; Jean (Ed) Pagnotta, Lake George, New York.
Predeceased sons Andrew and Donald and her sister Rena Mazzio.

Archibald (Archie) F. Mann
At home on Sunday August 3 rd, 2003 of Archibald (Archie) F. Mann of 26 School Street, Kensington, aged 94 years.
Son of the late Fraser and Fannie (Brander) Mann. Husband of Mary (Dorgan) Mann. Father of Grant (Jeanne) Mann, Kensington; Blayne (Marguerite) Mann, Saint John, New Brunswick and Fraser Mann, Toronto, Ontario. Grandfather of Matthew, David and Laurie-Ann, great grandfather of Kaitlyn Campbell and step-grandfather of Katrina Mugford, Marcus and Yves Bulger. Also surviving are a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Fannie Sudsbury and brother Herdon and a brother in infancy.

R. Waldron Auld, M.D., C.M.
July 12, 1922 - May 30, 2002
R. Waldron Auld, M.D., C.M., Victoria St., Kensington, PEI died Thursday May 30 at the V.G. Site QE II, Halifax, NS. Born July 12, 1922 at Freetown, PEI, the son of the late Robert C. Auld and Margaret (Cameron) Auld.
He was a graduate of Prince of Wales College and Dalhousie University Medical School. He was a charter member of the Kensington Lions Club, former chairman of the School Board, former member of the Prince County Medical Society, the Donwood Institute Medical Staff and the medical staff of the East Prince Health Addiction Centre and Kensington United Church.
He is survived by his wife Barbara (Strong) Auld, daughter Barbara Anne Stonehouse (Don), son David (Joanne) and grandchildren Suzanne, Peter, Allison and Andrew. Predeceased by his sister Dorothy (Auld) Heighton.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Kensington United Church. Interment in People’s Cemetery Freetown, immediately followed by a reception at the Murray Centre of Kensington United Church. At the Moncton City Hospital, Moncton NB on Tuesday August 20th, 2002 of Joey Cole of Pleasant Valley and formerly of Summerside aged 15 years.
Son of Shelley (Nee Mosher) and Wade Smith of Pleasant Valley and Glenn Cole of Spring Valley. Brother of Jeff Cole and Daniel and Tyler Bridges. Grandson of Cecil and Frances (Fran) Mosher, Kensington and Charles and Jessie Cole, Spring Valley. Step-grandson of Georgie Smith (late Gerald), Charlottetown. Great-grandson of Audrey Mosher of Digby, NS. Nephew of Lori, Robbie, and Michael (Shelley) Mosher, Clarence (Katherine), Bruce (Sylvia), Norman (Judy), Stewart, Grafton (Susan) Cole and Nancy (Earl) MacLeod. Step-nephew of Joan (Eric) Parsons; Alden (Carol) Smith; Gail (Everett) Burt, Erroll (Betty) Smith, Opal (George) MacEwen, Ian Smith and Kevin Smith. Special cousin of Jeremy Mosher and Nevyn Mosher and many other cousins. Special grand nephew of Marlene (Dr. Dave) Thomas. Especially remembered and loved by his many Sea Cadet friends across Canada.
Predeceased by his uncles Stephen Mosher, Leland and Wyman Cole.

Daughter of the late Charles E. and Rebecca (Burns) Waugh. Wife of Archie B. H. Hutchinson and mother of Terry (Bonnie) Hutchinson, Dartmouth, NS. Grandmother of Tanya, Sara, Amy and Amanda and Great grandmother of Jessica. Predeceased by her brother Brewer Waugh and sisters Vera Waugh and Ruth Waite.

Born in Woburn, Massachusetts on March 25, 1929 daughter of the late Albert and Marguerite (Nolan) Sumner. Wife of the late William L. (Bill) Pendergast and the late Edward A. Gillespie. Beloved mother of Deborah (George) Grecco of Greenwood, South Carolina; Michael (Maribelisa) Gillespie of Boston, Massachusetts; (Edward Gillespie Jr. deceased), also survived by daughter-in-law Karen Giffune.
Step-mother of Maureen Pendergast (Sharon Pchajek); Theresa Pendergast and Karen (Joe) Hetzel. Loving grandmother to Paul Gillespie (Shani Gavin), Bryan, Belisi and Brandi Gillespie.
