Dear father of Paul and Beth Cross of Bowmanville, and Stephen Cross of Orlando Florida. Loving step-father of Robert and Debbie Blandford of Winnipeg, David and Laurie Cross of Winnipeg, and Robyn and Brian Pick of Belleville. Cherished grandfather of Sheyne, Hannah, Elliott, Charles, Kyla, Danica, and Ryan. Also survived by his brother Colin Cross and sister Pat Honeywood, both of the U.K. A Memorial Service will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St. E., Cobourg, on Wednesday, August 29th, at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a Charity of choice would be appreciated.

Paul Nelson of Oshawa, Carol and husband John Wellman of Orono, Sharon Beattie of London. Step-father of John Adams and his wife Carol of Texas and Bob Adams and his wife Jean of Scarborough. Dearly remembered by 5 grandchildren, 2 greatgrandchildren and his extended families. Will be sadly missed by the family of the late Anna Plett. Cecil was a coordinator of the Bible Club Movement in the Oshawa area initiating after-school Bible Clubs, teaching religious education in the schools, and founder of Crusaders Bible Camp in Omemee. To the present, he was Pastor of Missions at Faith Baptist Church in Whitby. Suddenly, at the family residence in Pickering, on Friday, August 24, 2001, Anne Papania passed away. Beloved wife of Michael Papania. Loving mother of Tina, Lisa, and Michael. Sister of Anthony, James and Una, Nora, Joyce and Bernie. Grandmother to Jordan, Jesse, Nicole, Daniel, Michael and Cheyenne. Mother-in-law to Ronnie, Ann, and Shawn. Iris was born in Oshawa and passed away August 22, 2001 at Mamwood Life Care Centre, Bowmanville in her 87th year. Iris worked 25 years with Goodwill Services. She was predeased by her husband William Marshall Cliff and their daughter Patricia Fantham. Iris is survived by her son Bill Cliff of Ottawa, her daughter Marilyn and her husband Robert Siblock of Bowmanville and son-in-law Dave Fantham. Dear sister of Roy Sawyer and his wife Peg. Loving grandmother of Tricia & Shawn Cooper, Marshall Siblock, Bill Cliff, Laura & Serge Crete, Matthew Cliff and great-grandmother of 3 great-grandchildren. Iris will be dearly missed by special friends Joan Hockin, Paul, Carol & Shannon Ferguson and Eileen Lane. She is at rest now. Special thanks to the Marnwood staff - a great bunch of gals.
