After a lengthy illness, Peggy passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa on Monday, March 25th, 2002 in her 72nd year. She was the much loved Nana to her seven grandchildren, Kristen, Jamie, Lauren, Chris, Jesse, Angela and Conner and dear aunt of several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Dr. Harold Breen and his wife, the late Margaret Breen (nee Hart) of Ottawa and sister of the late Maxine O’Connell of Detroit, Michigan.
