Grandmother of Jamie and Terry. Sister of Helen Hubbard of Oshawa. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. At Margaret’s request there will be no service. Cremation. Suddenly, at Lakeridge Health Corp. Oshawa on Wednesday, July 31, 2002, Sue, in her 55th year. Loving mother of Derek Hepburn and spouse Darlene of Vancouver. Beloved sister of Judy and husband Hany DeVries of London, and Rick and wife Lindsay Baxter of Whitby. Sadly missed by nieces Lisa and husband Andy Johnston, Kelly and husband Milt Kailis, Sarah Baxter and great-niece Rachel Kailis. Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E. Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Friday from 7-9 p.m. A service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, August 3, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. Interment Thornton Cemetery. Sue was a volunteer at The Carriage House Retirement Residence and a longtime employee of the Police Credit Union (Toronto). Vicky, loving wife of Lorne Hardy, Sr. Dear mother of Bonnie Beth (Gary) of Pontypool, Gordon Hardy (Jennifer) of Leskard, and Lorne Hardy, Jr. (Jennifer) of Leskard. Oma will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Garet, Autumne, Austin and Cple. Survived by many sisters, brothers, and extended family. Friends may call at NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St. S. It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of James Albert Tanner (April 25, 1920 - July 31, 2002). Predeceased by his mother lsabell (BelIa) Tanner. Survived by his wife of 59 years Dorothy May Tanner (nee Missen) and his children James (Jacquelynn), Audrey (Keith), Ronald (Eileen), Judy (Tim), David and Edward. Cherished Poppa to Jason (Carissa), Clayton, Adam, Michelle (Peter), Tania, Becky and Mathew. Great-Poppa to Ashton, Shaelyn and Hunter. Fondly remembered by close family friends, Darlene, Andrew, Joanne, the Jackson, Henderson and Snell families. Much appreciation for the comfort and care provided by the staff at Ajax/Pickering Hospital and Extendicare Oshawa. Private family service and Interment. Proud grandfather of Mike Bragg, Lindsay Barker, Justin and Hannah Bragg. Mr. Bragg will be resting at the W.C. Town Funeral Chapel, 110 Dundas Street East, Whitby on Thursday August 1 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A service in the chapel on Friday August 2, at 11:00 am. Cremation. On Tuesday July 30, 2002 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville after a courageous battle with cancer in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Erna Neuhaus. Loved by his niece Margitta Ade and her husband Bill, and nephew Roger Bergmann and his wife Vicki. Brother of Inge and her husband Fritz, and the late Helmut. Brother in law of Gertrud all of Germany. Fondly remembered by great nieces and nephews Linda, Michele, Theresa, Stephanie, Christina, Ted, Helena and Karl. Ed will always be remembered for his great sense of humour and his kindness. Private family services will be held at Mount Lawn Cemetery. Cremation. OULTON, Phyllis -

passed away at Sainte-Anne de Kent, NB on Tuesday, July 30th, 2002 at the age of 64 after a lengthy illness. Born in Bouctouche, NB on October l4th 1937; she was the daughter of the Late Gerard Berthe and Rita Leblanc. She is survived by four daughters, Katherine Walker (Joseph), Sherry Samson (Douglas), Misty Oulton (Frank) and Melissa Cple (Ray), two sisters Jeannette Marcoux (Paul-Emile) and Gisele Douaire (Robert), brothers Raoul (Maria), Paul and Marcel (Joanne), two grandchildren, Shane and Tyrone, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband Ron Oulton and second husband Guy Leblanc; and brother Jean-Maurice. July 13, 1957 - July 30, 2002. Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Welder, Artist, Retired Soldier. Father of Katelyn and Adam (Bowmanville). Remembered by Laurie. Son of Mary Smith (Manning). Brother of James (Dawn), Donald (Geri), Douglas, Brian (Lesia), Stephen (Mary Lou) of Ladysmith B.C., Philip (Ailleen), and Rosemary Jones (Mathew). Predeceased by brother Thomas. Uncle and Great Uncle to numerous Nieces and Nephews. Friend to many. A welder by trade. Peter was also a talented artist, a past member of the Ontario Regiment (Armored). Peter served with the United Nations Peacekeeping forces in the Middle East (Egypt 1977).
