SAVORY, Bessie Wilhelmina (Reid) - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizens Home, Carbonear, on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, Bessie Savory of Dildo, aged 72 years. Leaving to mourn husband Wilfred; daughters Diana (Christopher), Sandra, Rosemary, Lori (Scott); two granddaughters Christine and Abby; brothers Ray (Geneva), Harry (Juanita), Roy (Carol), Graham, Barry (Carmel); sisters Elaine (Doug), Annie (John), Joyce, Kathy (Denzel), Barbara (Ron), a large number of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Resting at Warren`s Funeral Home, Dildo, Wednesday, 12 noon to 10 p.m., Thursday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral service will be held from All Saints Anglican Church, Dildo, on Thursday, June 26 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. KENNEDY, George J.N. - Died September 2, 1999, Coburg, Ontario. Born August 1, 1932, Mobile. Son of the late Peter and Mary Kennedy. Leaving to mourn Edward, St. John`s, Bill (Mary), Outer Cove, Joe (Maureen), Scarborough, Catherine (Leo Hanlon), Coburg, with whom he resided during his illness, Helen Feehan, Outer Cove, Margie (Gerry Cple), St. John`s, Bernadette (David Fremantle), Coquitlan, B.C., Fr. Pat, Parish Priest, Kelligrews; also five nieces and twelve nephews and their families. Fondly remembered by Audrey Robinson (Toronto) and close friends in Ontario and this province. Mass of Christian Burial took place at St. Michael`s Church, Coburg, Ontario, September 4. A Memorial Liturgy will be held Sunday September 12, 12:30 p.m. at St. Edward`s Church, Longshore Road, Kelligrews for family and friends.

LITTLE, Frank James - Passed peacefully away at the Golden Heights Manor, Bonavista, on Friday, February 6, 2004, Frank James Little, age 68 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Margaret; son Perry; daughter Ann (Jerry); and grandson Taylor; also brothers: Albert and Doug; sisters: Glendene, Joan, Pauline, Doreen and Bonnie. REID, Robert (Bob) - Formerly of Bell Island. Passed peacefully away at his home in Toronto on Friday, April 06, 2001, aged 68 years. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary Reid. Lovingly remembered by sister Helen Connors (Hugh, deceased), St. John`s and brother William (Carrie), Grand Falls, and their families; as well as family and many friends in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Newfoundland; especially his friends: Pam Maher, Betty Saunders, Gus Connors and Margaret "Peg" Connors. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Pomeroy and Muriel Gushue of Newfoundland. MOONEY, Andrew - Passed peacefully away at the Salvation Army Glenbrook Lodge on Saturday, June 23, 2001, Andrew Mooney, aged 90 years. Former member of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Newfoundland Constabulary and the Mounted Police, retired employee of Golden Eagle. At the time of his death he was the longest serving member of the Knights of Columbus in Newfoundland. Predeceased by his wife Sylvia Turpin Mooney (1967). Leaving to mourn, his only son Gary; daughter-in-law Brenda and two grandchildren Jonathan and Ian, all of Mississauga, Ont.; special niece and nephew Sylvia Healey and Gabe Walsh; also friends at the Glenbrook Lodge. Leaving to mourn with loving and many humorous memories his wife Joyce, his pride and joy, daughter Marjorie; sisters Ida Lane, Monnie Jerrett (Eli), Carol Frampton (Gary); brothers: Ivan (Penny), Ray (Emily), Ross (Betty), Bob (Leanne); sister-in-law Doris and a large circle of relatives and many friends. Predeceased by her husband, James P. Adams; sons, Herbert and Edgar; daughters, Mildred Wiseman and Gladys "Queen" Young; son-in-law Herbert Williams. Leaving to mourn, her twin sister, Alma Bussey; daughters, Audrey Williams and Phyllis Mullins (Dick); sons, Douglas (Lillian) and Gordon (Marilyn); daughter-in-law Ruth Adams; sons-in-law Jack Young and Ches Wiseman. Left with fond memories are many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren too numerous to mention; as well as many special nieces and nephews; other extended family and close friends.
