Peacefully, on Friday, January 21, 2005, at the Foster brooke Nursing Home in Newcastle, at age 83. Murray Wilson beloved husband of Isabell (nee Winter) of Port Perry. Loved father of Melody and her husband Roger Moase of Port Perry. Step dad of Jan and her husband Joe Bonnici of Whitby, Kimberly and her husband Greg Rahme of Calgary, Jay Neill of Whitby. Loving grandpa of Brad and Darryl Moase, Shona and her husband Ryan Parliament, Jennifer and Lauri-Ann Aldred, Stefan Bonnici, Darby and Josh Rahme. Great Papa of Jacob Nesbitt. Dear brother of Keith Wilson and his wife Helen of Oshawa. The family of Murray Wilson will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott Panabaker Chapel", 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905 985 2171) on Sunday, January 23rd from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Monday, January 24th at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Olga McKellar officiating. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Deering Family or the Canadian Cancer Society.

AXWORTHY, E. GERALD (JERRY)
Formerly of Brantford, Ontario In his 79th year, peacefully, at home, with his family in Newcastle, Ontario after a short but valiant battle with cancer, on Thursday, January 20, 2005. Jerry will be sorely missed by his wife of 58 years Ella Marie (Lou), his three children, Anne (Bill Wilson), Glyn (Paulette) and Wray (Lisa), 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Also by friends and fellow Snowbirds in Sarasota and new friends at Wilmot Creek. A member of the Royal Canadian Dragoons in World War II, Jerry returned home from overseas to a life of service to his family and community. Past President and Lifetime membership in Optimist International, past member of Doric Lodge (Brantford) and current member of Jerusalem Lodge, Bowmanville, Masonic Order. In retirement from the municipal civil service, an avid golfer, fisherman, boater, amateur thespian and raconteur. The family would like to thank the staff of Lakeridge Health Oshawa and Bowmanville hospitals

FALKNER, Rudolf
Born August 27th, 1919 in Monnheim Germany. passed away suddenly at home in his 86th year on January 20th, 2005. He was loved and will always be remembered by his wife Anneliese, his son Peter (Linda), daughter Gabriele (Stephen), and his grandchildren Mylissa, Mike (Michelle), Kathy, Jessica, Rebecca, Stevie and Krissy.

McKEAN, Ann
Peacefully on January 20, 2005 at the Community Nursing Home in Pickering. Loving and devoted mother of Greg (Marilyn), Carol a and Stephen (Kay). Much loved mother-in-law of Trudy. Cherished Nana to Lindsay, Alex, Stephanie, James, Peter, Corrie-Ann, and Marieke.

PLITZ, Hazel Pearl
Peacefully at the St. Thomas-Elgin Hospital (Continuing Care), on January 20, 2005, Hazel Pearl Plitz of West Lorne and formerly Port Perry, in her 81st year. Born in Orono, Ontario, daughter of Victor and Leona Farrow, she is dearly loved and sadly missed by her husband Gus of 61 years, daughters Carolyn Plitz of Norwich, Linda Clark of London and Wendy Goodall of West Lorne; grandchildren Kim, Terri, Sarah and David; great-grandchildren Joey, Douglas, Christopher, Aidan and Madison Lee. Dear sister of Raymond, Marjorie, Betty, Dorothy, Doreen and Marion. She was predeceased by brothers Bill, Lawrence and Laverne, and sisters Myrtle and Edna. If desired, donations to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.

SINCLAIR, Catherine Cathy (Nee McLaughlin)
passed away peacefully on Thursday January 20, 2005 in her 89th year. Daughter of the late Patrick and Annie McLaughlin of Scotland. Proceeded by her loving husband Harold Sinclair in 1983. Loving mother of Patricia (Charlie) Harrigan of Hamilton, Sheila (Archie) McGrory of Hamilton, Kathleen (Bob) Orrett of Oshawa and Margaret (Leo) Musacchio of Norwalk, Connecticut. Fondly remembered by 15 loving grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Relatives and friends will be received at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Friday January 21st from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday Jan 22nd at 1pm. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

TUCK, Lorraine
passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 20, 2005, at Bay Ridges Long Term Care in Pickering, at the age of 82. Cherished mother of Jennifer and her husband David Naylor. Beloved Nana of Amy and Mark. She will be fondly remembered by her sister Celia and her husband Tom Prescott of London, England. Special thanks to the staff and caregivers of the Alderwood Wing of the Bay Ridges Long Term Care facility. A family service has been held. ADAMS, Darwin, S.
Died suddenly on January 19, 2005. Recently retired from Pickering Nuclear plant after 33 years of service. Sadly missed by his beloved wife, Helen (nee Drindak) and children, Christopher, Jason (Jessica), and Jennifer. Son of the late William (Bill) and Alice Adams, and dear brother of Joanne (Tom) Andruschuk, Gail (Bert) Beauchamp, Marlene (the late Joseph) Del Mastro, Donna (Bill) Gay, Barry (Nancy) Adams, David Adams, the late Wayne Adams and brother-in-law of Paul (Linda) Drindak, and Michael (Sandy) Drindak. Remembered as well by his many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 1pm at Holy Family Parish (905-665-6470), 91 Ribblesdale Drive, Whitby. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers would be appreciated by the family.
