After a courageous battle with cancer passed away on March 19, 2005 at Southlake Regional Health Centre. A long term Beaverton resident and former Keswick and Richmond Hill resident will be fondly remembered by all who got the chance to know her. She loved the beauty of nature and serenity of angels. Peter moved to Oshawa when he was thirty five years old with his bride Florence, where he resided for the past fifty six years, of which fifty-two years were in the house that he built, with his wife by his side, then at Hillsdale Estates for his last four years. He was employed by General Motors, Canada, for thirty years and retired at the age of sixty six. He travelled extensively by car or bus so he could experience the entire trip and see all the points of interest along the way. The only exception was when he flew to Hawaii. He enjoyed meeting people and learning about everything. e was a gentle, kind and proud man.
