Age 45 years. Suddenly at home on Tuesday December 13, 2005. Loving husband and best friend of Debbie. Cherished Dad of Konnor, Kayla, Kyle, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Jessica and Jason. Beloved son of Harvey and the late Joan Robinson. Mark was the rock and center of his family, he loved them and was devoted to them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held at THE NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville 7-9 pm Sunday December 18, 2005. Funeral Service will be held in our Chapel at 1 pm Monday December 19, 2005. Cremation. Memorial Donations may be made to The Salvation Army.

(came from Italy in 1948; worked for the City of Oshawa for 33 years) - Suddenly at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday December 13, 2005. Giuseppe Rosati in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Gilda Mastrangelo. Dear father of Theresa & her husband Vincent Iantomasi. Dear grandfather of Marina & her husband Antonio Albis, Lino & his wife Claudia Iantomasi, Joseph & his wife Paula Iantomasi, and great grandfather of Olivia, Vincent, Christian, Madison and Cole. Brother of Lucia Petti & her husband the late Luigi Petti of Niagara Falls, and the late Peter Rosati & his late wife Dora. Survived by nieces & nephews in Niagara Falls. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the People Church on Friday December 16, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum. Peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 in his 61st year after a courageous battle with cancer. Philip, beloved husband and best friend of Diane Dunn. Dear grandfather of Steven Pearce and Corinne Pearce; Stephanie Bateskey (Ted), April Roest (Mark), Martin Ryalen (Sarah); Sarah and Amanda Friel and great grandfather of Emily and Nolan Roest; Jack Bateskey; Murray Pearce. Brother of Don (Edith), Clayton and Robert (Joan) and brother in law of Roy Breen. Missed by many nieces and nephews. At William’s request there will be no Funeral Service. Loving grandfather of Christopher and Josh Elford, Jason Chambers, Daniel Ortins and Cassandra, and Justin Chambers, and great grandfather of Marissa and Summer Elford. Dear brother of Marie Sedman (Jim deceased), Velma Stevens (deceased), Jean Alldred (Everett), Alex Chambers (deceased), and Freda Chamberlain (deceased). August 1907 - December 2005 On December 12, 2005, at the age of 98, our mother, grandmother, aunt and friend entered peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Irene is survived by her youngest son, Orville (Myrna) of Edmonton, son-in-law Carman Richardson, daughter-in-law Ruth Spiers, sister Clara Moring, 5 grandchildren, Karen Bedley, Paul Richardson, Janice Edwards, Judy Jeske, David Spiers, 14 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Irene was predeceased by her husband Elmer in 1965, her daughter Helen Richardson in 1981, her son Donald in 2001 and four sisters, Myrtle Woodcock, Leora Lassiter, Leona Starr and Mildred Armstrong. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan or Calvary Baptist Church. Dear brother of Angelo & his wife Maria. Brother in law of Rosa Petrelli & her husband Gino, George Carone, Chella Paparella, and Maddalena Paparella. Lovingly remembered by his grandsons Philip, Christopher, Julian, Matthew and Marcus Paparella, and by his granddaughters Daniella, Giuliana, and Laura Marotta. Survived by dozens of nieces, nephews, and cousins, in Canada, Italy and USA including Maria, Sean, Guy, Debbie, Sandi and Vito, Dorina and Nick, Pina and Mike, Joe and Vincenza, Nino and Silvia, Julia, Antonio, Maria and Franco, Gianni, Maria-Grazia, Vito, Nicola and Francesco. (Member and Past President of Oshawa West Lions Club) After a courageous battle with heart failure on Saturday, December 10th, 2005 at Lakeridge Health Corp. - Oshawa at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Jeanette Phalen (nee Bovair) of 46 years. Survived by his brothers John Phalen and his wife Linda of Ottawa, Perry Phalen and his wife Rosemarie of Bowmanville, Ted Phalen and his wife Betty Ann of Oshawa and by his sister-in-law Kathy Hand of Newcastle. James will be sadly missed by his friends, neighbours, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Audrey Kight, Judy Noble and by his brother Joe Hand.
