Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Friday, December 9, 2005 at the age of 81 years. Frank, beloved husband of Doris. Loving father of Shirley and Al, Roger and Nancy, Michael and Lynne, Lesley Anne and Paul. Devoted grandfather of Joshua, Benjamin, Sarah, Peter, Heather, Joseph, Timothy, Emily, Jake, Hilary, Matthew, Lucas, Zack, Meghan, Alison, Noah and great-grandfather of Peter. Friends may pay their respects at the MORRIS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Sunday, December 11, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service complete in the Morris Chapel on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 11 a.m. Cremation. Peacefully, at home with her loving family by her side, God called her home on Friday, December 9, 2005, in her 87th year. Predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Thomas Dumond, in 1987. Cherished mother of Lois (Brian Lee, deceased) of Ajax, Althea (Ross Thompson) of Pickering, Marion (Cliff Newans) of Whitby, Gloria (Tom Sharples) of Ajax, and Donald at home. Loving grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 16. Survived by sister Ruth Breedon of Wasaga Beach and predeceased by sister Myrtle Denney and brother Wilfred Horner. Will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, and many friends. Funeral Service at Pickering Village United Church (300 Church St. N., Ajax) on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Interment - Erskine Cemetery. Loving husband of Edith “Mae” of 60 years. Dear father of Peter Jackman and his wife Maureen and Julie Munro. Caring Poppy to his grandchildren Kevin, Jeff, Tammy, Brooke and Jordan and his great-granddaughter Traviss. Cecil is survived by his sister Betty and her husband Jim Armstrong of Bowmanville. (Veteran WW II, Medical Corps) Suddenly, on Monday, December 5, 2005, at his home in Port Perry, at age 80. Loved son of the late Alfred and Eva Bryant. Don was predeceased by his brother Jack Bryant and his sister Eileen Repath, and he is survived by his brother Wally Bryant and his wife Enid, and his sisters Pat Hirst, Yvonne and her husband Ray Clark, June and her husband Paul Mathews, and Gwen and her husband Bob Grieveson. Don will also be missed by his nieces and nephews and his best friend Ron Duquette. A private family service will be held in the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, ''McDermott-Panabaker Chapel'', 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Monday, December 12th with Reverend Elaine Bidgood-Sveet officiating. Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday December 5th, 2005. Loving wife of Keith. Giving and beloved mother of Brian & Laura and Bob & Jami. Jean will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Hailey, Max, Grant and Emily. Daughter of Gordon & Doris Baker (predeceased). Cherished sister and sister-in-law of John & Marg Baker, Harry & Linda Baker, Gary & Sharon Baker, Les & Marie Goble, Bruce & Cheryl Goble. A Celebration of Jean’s life will be held at the Manver’s Arena on Tuesday December 6th, 2005 from 6 – 9 pm with Eulogy at 7:30 pm. In lieu of flowers Jean would like everyone to love and give to family and friends as she did, or a donation to the Cancer Society in Jean’s memory would be greatly appreciated.
