Peacefully at Ajax Pickering Hospital on Saturday, January 28, 2006 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth. Cherished father of Barbara and her husband Robert Cancilla, and Carl. Loving grandfather of Brandon, Andrew, Ryan and Kevin. Dear brother to Frank and his wife Barbara. Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and all who knew him.

LYON, James Watson
Retired with 30 years service at Kool Rad. Suddenly on Saturday January 28, 2006 at his home in Oshawa at the age of 63. James, beloved husband of Rosemary Lyon (nee Nesbitt). Loved father of William James Lyon and his wife Shelley of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Robert James Lyon and his wife Tammy of Courtice. Loved Grandpa to Shelby and Thomas and Loved Papa to Courtney, Madisyn and William. James is predeceased by his parents Daniel and Marion Lyon and a sister Marise Lyon. Friends may call at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa, on Wednesday February 1st from 7-9pm. Loved mother of Wendy Koeyers of Scugog Island, and Ernie Cawker of Janetville. Loving grandmother of Jodi and her husband Mike Patfield and great grandmother of Austen. Dear sister of Alice, Edith, Walter, Frank, and the late Arthur and James. The family of Madeline Cawker will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Tuesday, January 31st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Service to celebrate her life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, February 1st at 11 a.m. with Reverend Calvin Stone officiating. Peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2006, with family by his side, at Hillsdale Manor, Oshawa at age 94. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Darch). Only son of the late Effie and Lewis Corrin. Dear brother-in-law of Les, Gwen and Gloria Darch. Loved uncle of Ab Cox (Marion), Peter Cox (Heather), LeeAnne House (Danny), David Darch and great-uncle to fourteen nieces and nephews. As a young man he trained in Flint, Michigan for his career in General Motors. His passion was golf. He was a long time member of the Oshawa Golf Club. Many thanks to the caring and kind caregivers; his nephew Peter and wife Heather, his friend and neighbour Mary Hasiuk and her children, and the staff at Hillsdale Manor. Loving husband of Isabelle (nee McKee) for 55 years. Beloved father of his wonderful daughter Melissa (Missy) and her husband Don Dasti. Cherished grandfather of MacKenzie and Matthew. Peacefully among family at Ajax Pickering Hospital on January 27, 2006. Beloved wife of Michael. Loving mother of Donna Marie Nach de Hortiguela and her husband Carlos. Dear sister of Louis (Florence), Vernon, Melvin (Shirley), Phyllis McCabe (Sonnie), and Barry (Lorraine). Predeceased by her siblings Ernie, Vera, Eileen, Connie, and her parents Edward and Ethel Doyle. Auntie Reenie will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews and extended family. Noreen was a life time employee of Bell Canada and continued to touch many people and create many lasting relationships thereafter at PWD and Annandale Golf and Country Club. Survived by his wife Edna (Tomlinson) Bothwell and 3 children, Michelle Mathewson (Bothwell), Valerie Newton (Bothwell) and Jeffrey Bothwell. Beloved Grandfather of Andrew Bothwell, David Bothwell, Jessica Mathewson, Megan and Brooke Newton.
According to his wishes there will be Cremation followed by a Memorial Service to be held at THE NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Tuesday February 21st, 2006 at 11 am. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the ceremony. Interment at Bowmanville Cemetery. Friends and family are asked to donate to a Charity of their Choice.

BRADSHAW, Edward George
August 20, 1937 January 24, 2006 (of Port Hope, formerly of Oshawa) Beloved husband of Doreen (Shaver) Bradshaw (43 years). Loving father of Peter (Crystal), Paul (Tina), and Jason Bradshaw. Devoted Granddad to Eric, Madelyn, Azel and Eadie. Master to his beloved dog De-J (16 years). Brother of the late Marilyn, son of the late Irene and George Bradshaw. He will be sadly missed by many extended family, friends, former co-workers, his snooker buddies at Wilmot Creek, and his second family at Oshawa Friendship Group . Ed enjoyed a very successful career in sales with both Moore Business Forms Ltd and Data Business Forms. He loved his family, loved to tell a joke. He golfed, curled (Oshawa Golf), downhill skied (Kirby), camping, woodworking, renovating houses; he was very artistic, a world traveller, loved trivia, crossword puzzles and was an avid antique car buff. He was in service and on committees for many groups he joined over the years. Many thanks to Dr.S. Palinka, Lucy, Dr. Azzopardi, the nurses and rehab people at West Park Hospital, Northumberland Hills Hospital; the caring staff and volunteers at Community Care (Port Hope), Access Centre and Vitalair.
