In her 47th year. passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Friday March 31st, 2006. To be united with her mother Mildred and her father Ernest Dent. She will be sadly missed by her sister Krista, her brothers Dave & his wife Lorie and Gordon & his wife Paulette and all of her many friends and remaining family members. Special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville. You were all very special to her. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel at THE NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Monday April 3rd, 2006 at 1 pm. Memorial Donations may be made to The Cancer Society.

HUMBY, Laura
1943-2006 passed away peacefully, at home in Oshawa, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 31st, 2006, in her 63rd year. Laura leaves behind her mother, Rosie Comeau of Joggins, N.S. and her husband Carl. Survived by her sister Diane (Cecil Brown), brothers Bernie (Jean) of Tignish, N.S., Wayne (Eileen) of Toronto, Gornald (Ruby) of River Hebert, N.S., daughters Leca (Kevin), Tina (Bill), sons Rodney Brown (Brenda), Warren Brown (Della), Ernie Deroy (Beth) and step-daughters Tina Crawford and Terena Humby. Predeceased by her father, Fred Comeau. Laura will be dearly remembered and much loved by her 12 grandchildren. In keeping with Laura's wishes, cremation takes place immediately. Relatives and friends are invited to call at OSHAWA FUNERAL SERVICE ''Thornton Chapel'', 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) for visitation on Monday, April 3rd, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, April 4 at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

After a courageous battle with cancer, at Rouge Valley Health Center, Ajax on Friday March 31st, 2006 in her 85th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Robert Wilson (2003) Much loved mother of Wendy and her husband Jim and Patti and her husband Rodger. Cherished Nanny of Lisa, Chris, Jayme, Kyle, Jo Anne, Abbi, Darryl and Craig. Loved Great Nanny of Aidan and Emily. Survived by her brother Armand. HENSHALL, Grant George
(Member of the Ontario Provincial Police and former member of the Metro Toronto Police Service) - Peacefully on Thursday, March 30, 2006 at the Lakeridge Health in Oshawa. Grant Henshall, at the age of 55 years, beloved husband to Linda. Loving father to Scott and Le-ann. Loving grandfather to Ty. Dear brother to Gregg (Jill), Glenn and brother in law to Doug (Carol), Mike and Christine. Also remembered by his father in law Grant Sinclair, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Grant's family would like to express their thanks to the doctors and nurses in the I.C.U and the Dialysis Unit and the Peterborough Regional Health Centre and for the support of Grant's friends and co workers during this difficult time.

Irwin, on his 95th birthday, March 30, 2006, formerly of Uxbridge, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Grey Bruce Health Services, Markdale, Ontario. Dearly loved father of Earl (Carm) of Ocala, Florida, Lorna Brewitt (Bill) of Markdale, George (Diane) of Pontypool, and the late Marina Lockie (Byron), of Sutton, Ontario. Fondly remembered by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his loving wife Elva (Redshaw), great-granddaughter Destiny Brewitt, five brothers and three sisters. passed away suddenly, on Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, at the age of 17. Beloved son of Ingrid (Cameron) Fraser and Perry (Charlee) Feor. Loving brother of Cassandra, Jenna, Taylar, Alyshia and Denna. Adored grandson to Johanna Gonzales and Patrick Feor. Patrick will be deeply missed by all of his aunts, uncles, cousins, classmates, all educational assistants, and homecare workers Chris and Cindy. PACKARD, Brenda Lynn (nee Nicholson)
Began a peaceful rest at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa on Wednesday, March 29, 2006. Brenda, in her 44th year, was the much loved mother of Melissa Lynn and her husband Bob Brown of Guelph, Sabrina Lillian Joyce and her husband Joe Burton of Orillia and Kimberly Ann Packard of Kirkfield. Treasured daughter of Bill and Ruth Nicholson of Kirkfield. Dearly missed by her companion Errol Swales of Kirkfield and by her beloved pet Molly. Loving granddaughter of Rena Nicholson of Glenarm and the late Sam Nicholson. Predeceased by her grandparents Stella and Charles Patterson. Special sister of Dan Nicholson of Fenelon Falls and Wendy and her husband Tim Oakley of Cannington. Dearly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. JAMES, Eric
passed away peacefully at Sunnycrest Nursing Home, Whitby on Tuesday, March 28th, 2006. He leaves behind his wife Phyllis James, step-daughter Julia and husband Vodeck Fedorowicz of Whitby, step-son Peter Hitchcock, his wife Kim and their children Jasper and Austin of Toronto. He is fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Rosaline Rayman of Whitby and her family. Eric James spent his life making music. He displayed clear talent with his toy piano as a five year old child and within ten years was providing musical accompaniment in a London cinema at the twilight of the silent era. After serving in the entertainment division in the R.A.F. during WWII, he began his twenty year association with the BBC, performing on more than a thousand broadcasts. He went on to conduct, compose and accompany many well know entertainers. His greatest accomplishment was as the sole music associate to the late Sir Charles Chaplin. He emigrated to Canada in 1988 with his wife Phyllis where he published his autobiography entitled: Making Music with Charlie Chaplin.
