passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday March 14, 2006. Marion at age 96. Beloved wife of the late Albert. Dear Mother of John, Elizabeth and Roger (predeceased). Mother in law to Elsie and Shirley (predeceased). Truly missed by her grandchildren Scott and his wife Brenda, Crystal, Cindy, Ken, Mark and Scott. Caring great-grandmother of 9 and one more soon to come. Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa with Funeral Service in the chapel Thursday March 16, 2006 at 1pm. Cremation Mt. Lawn Crematorium. The family would appreciate memorial donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's society. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Born May 20th, 1926 in Hungary, passed away peacefully in his 80th year on March 14th, 2006 at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Vicky for 58 years. Loving father of Beatrice (Peter) Northcott, Mary (Robert) Farrow, Les (Cathy) Sziklasi, Thomas (Hayley) Sziklasi and the late Victoria Hess. Cherished Grandpa and Papa to Stephanie, Samantha, Sandy, Rachael, Spencer, Roy, Alexandra, Jessica, Brian, Amanda, Amber, Braedon, Janine and Connor. Brother of Helen (Paul) Kastaly (Hamilton). The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to 6F Oncology at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa and especially to Dr. Lorne Stephen and Dr. Chiu. Evelyn was the last surviving member of her family. passed away peacefully on March 14, 2006 at the Versa Care Centre in Uxbridge, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Bonnie for 52 years. Dear father of Joseph (Deborah), and Nancy Sanguinetti. Proud grandfather of Chad and Abby Yakeley, Nicholas and Julianna Sanguinetti. Survived by his brothers Delbert, Garnet and sisters Ruby Miller, Beatrice James, Betty Winterstein, Marion Yakeley and Marjorie Keetch. Predeceased by his brothers Bill, Oliver and Ernest. In Lloyd's memory, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.

Our Hero, War Veteran of the 48th Highlanders. (WWII) Peacefully passed away, on Monday, March 13, 2006, at his home in Pickering, in his 82nd year. Bill Anderson, dearly loved husband of Jesse Anderson (Stebbings) and husband of the late Camille Roseanne. Loved father of Dianne Pitre of Oshawa, Paul Anderson, Kathy Weller, Julie Coady, and Patti-Anne Chatten of Scarborough. Poppa will also be sadly missed by his 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The family of Bill Anderson will receive friends at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Thursday, March 16th from 2-4 p.m and 7-9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, March 17th at 1:00 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or the War Amps of Canada.

Colleen was a strong, independent and loving woman. Her teachings were many and they will live on in the many lives that she touched. God's wide arms have opened up for Colleen and will keep her forever in His loving care. May 4, 1943 March 13, 2006 Joanne Wind, much beloved wife, mother and grandmother, sister, aunt, teacher and caregiver, passed into God's glory on Monday March 13 of pneumonia. For many years Joanne was a special education teacher at Immanuel Christian School. She had a special love for children, especially those who faced challenges with learning and developmental delays. During her last years, she herself bravely faced many handicaps that arose from a brain tumour. Joanne will be sadly missed by her husband Fred, her children: Heather & Art, Tricia & Dwayne, and Andrew & Amy, and her grandchildren: Gerrit, Justin, Marika, Zoe, Adam, Theo, Alex, Abigail and Isaac. Losing his battle with cancer, George passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 12, 2006 at the West Parry Sound Health Centre in his 68th year. Son of Margaret and the late George West. Loving father of David (Kathy) of Mississauga and Steven of Bowmanville. Proud grandpa of Elizabeth. Dear brother of Maureen (Glen) Parr of Parry Sound. George wished to be cremated and his ashes returned to Scotland, land of his birth. Beloved husband of Kathy and survived by a daughter Lorrie and son-in-law Lorry Pacheco of Calgary; And three granddaughters Emily, Ellen and Molly. He is survived by his sisters Josie Fairhart and Tom, Cathy Christensen and John, Ethel Goodrich and Cyril, two brothers Frank McPhee and Barb, Orville McPhee and Beth. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Catherine McPhee and his brother Ern. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jim will be remembered by all those who loved him for his great sense of humour.
