Loving mother of Wayne, Lorraine (Frank Ipsen), and Glenn (Kathy). Cherished grandmother of Sean, Kirsten, Ashley and Brandon. Dear sister of Edwin Milton, Arnold Milton, Dorothy Denton and Margery Herndler. Friends may call at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King St. W. (Masters of Forestry, U.B.C.) Suddenly at his home in Whitby on Friday, July 20th, 2007 in his 86th year. Dearly beloved husband of the late Leona. Loving uncle of Susan Gordon (John) and their children, Jonathan and Kristina, and Sandy Lupo (Santo) and their children, Garner, Candace and Kate-Lynn. He will be fondly remembered by many relatives and friends. John proudly served his country during WWII as a navigator with the R.C.A.F. John and Leona always looked forward to their drives in the country to visit family and friends and to enjoy the peacefulness of nature. Visitation and Service were held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, July 25th, followed by Interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, July 20, 2007 at the age of 60 years. Ann will be dearly missed by sons, Paul, Michael and Eric, grandson Simon and daughter-in-law Shannon; common-law husband Bruce Winning; aunt Gloria, cousin Guy, and nieces Eileen, Elizabeth and Erica. Her kindness, wisdom and generosity will continue in the hearts of family and many, many friends. Cremation has taken place at Bowmanville Crematorium and a private family graveside service will follow at a later date. A Memorial Gathering of Friends will take place at the ORONO TOWN HALL on Friday, July 27, from 6 8 pm. Peacefully, on Friday, July 20, 2007, at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Johanna and the late Catherine (nee McNicoll). Loving father of Ian (Mary), Floyd (Susan), Arlene (Roger) and predeceased by Kenneth. He will be missed by his grandchildren Brian (Cindy), Stephen, Andrew, Laura, Vanessa and Jacqui. Step-father of Hannelore Bode. A service to celebrate Norman's life will be held at the Uxbridge Baptist Church (231 Brock Street West) on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Uxbridge Baptist Church or Focus on the Bible would be appreciated by the family.

Was taken from us suddenly, on Thursday July 19th, 2007. Jim is sadly missed by his loving soulmate and wife, Treva of 30 years. Jim was deeply loved by his 3 wonderful children, Jim Jr., Chrissy, and Rob, all at home. Jim also leaves behind the light of his life, his grandson Anthony. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Margaret (Bill Velleneuve), Jean (Dave Jaworski), and Christine (Al Barriault). Retired Salvation Army Officer after 44 years service. Peacefully after a lengthy struggle with Alzheimer decease on Thursday July 19, 2007 at Sunnycrest Nursing Home, Whitby at the age of 81. Ruby loved sister of Dorothy Carroll, Vera Campbell, Frances McCaw, Johnny Cotter and the late Edna Scott and the late Howard Cotter. Aunt Ruby will be fondly remember by her many nieces and nephews. WW11 RCNVR, Convoy Escort, stationed out of Halifax. Retired 30 year dedicated employee of Canada Post, Oshawa. Al passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Wednesday, July 18th, 2007, in his 83rd year. He was the dearly beloved husband of the late Jean Clark and will be sadly missed by his children Shirley and Brent Flintoff, Jim and Debbie Clark, Mark and Janice Clark, his grandchildren, Steve (Deanna) Flintoff, Larisa (Todd) Barbour, Theresa (Shawn) Ryder, Matt (Shawna) Clark, Chuck (Jen) Clark, Wendy, Mike and Sarah Clark and great grandchildren Lily, Tasha, Jake, Deacon, Aaron, Taylar and Owen. Survived by his sisters Edna Hawkins (John predeceased), Ruth (Vern) Wright and Diane (Ron) Kirkland. Predeceased by his parents Ray and Bea Clark. He lived his life in Oshawa until moving to Strathaven Retirement Centre in Bowmanville this past April. His family sincerely thanks his friends and the staff at Strathaven, as well as Bowmanville EMS and Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Emergency and SCU staff for their valiant efforts to keep him with us longer.
