It is with deep sadness, the family of Howard McGirr announce his passing on November 2, 2003.
Cherished husband and best friend of Norma Hardy-McGirr. Loving father of Allan Howard (Trudi Ekvall) Vancouver, B.C., Ryan Howard (Cathie Boutilier) Waverly, N.S., Kelly Suzanne (Robert Murray) Pinawa, Man. Proud Granddaddy of Emily, Adam, Katherine, Bronwyn, David, Calvin, Ken, Ritch, Carly. Warm appreciation to dear friend, Dolores Morrell. Dear Brother-in-law of Reuth Sproule. Loved companion of Charlotte.
Howard was Vice-President (retired) of Carlton Cards. Residing in St. Stephen, N.B. since 1989, he was active in the community and served in Rotary.
Friends are welcome at Avondale, 96 Todds Point Road on November 6, 2003 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Betty will be sadly missed by her three grandchildren Michael Young (Wanda), Matthew Leachman and Jill Jackson one great granddaughter Mackenzie Young and her step-grandchildren John and Rachel Ames.
A family service will be held at St. David s Church on Friday June 8, 2007 at 1 PM. followed by a celebration of Betty s life at 59 Oak Haven Road at 2 PM . Donations to the Alzheimers Society or Lincourt Manor would be appreciated by the family.
