She was predeceased by her parents William and Emmaline Barker. Married to Frederick James Porter on February 15, 1941 and predeceased her on March7, 1990. She is survived by four children: Louise Chambers of Midlothian, Texas, Lorraine Porter of Scarborough, Fred Porter (Shaureen) of Oshawa, and Joan Johnson of Oshawa. Lily had seven grandchildren, Jim (Melody) of Midlothian, Texas, Sandra Chambers of Midlothian, Texas, Steven Porter and Lori Porter (Craig Button) of Oshawa, Doug, Adam and Tim Mapes of Oshawa. Lily is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, Alisha, Elijah Chambers of Midlothian, Texas, Kayla Chambers also of Midlothian Texas, Stevie of Oshawa, Sarah Porter of Oshawa, Jonah Reid of Oshawa, Hailey and Dakota Button also of Oshawa, and Allyson Blanchfield of Oshawa.
