Katherine T. Trella, 81 of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was born in Meriden, Conn., and moved to this area 18 years ago. She worked as a solderer for International Silver Company, Meriden, for many years and was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Frank; a daughter, Joanne Zimmer of Spring Hill; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Tracy F. Hainsworth, 78, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2002 in Cape Coral Hospital.
She was born in Elmira Heights, N.Y., and moved to this area two years ago from Warsaw, N.Y. He was a retired truck driver for B.R. DeWitt, New York, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, a member of the VFW of New York and Brooksville Moose Lodge 1676, and a Methodist by faith.
Survivors include a son, Tracy of Holley, N.Y.; four daughters, Roberta Fuller of Cape Coral, Evelyn Santullo of Warsaw, Marilyn Todaro of Silver Springs, N.Y., and Sharon Meader of Belfair, Wash.; two brothers, Raymond and Lavern, both of New York; a sister, Mildred Washburn of New York; eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

August Settembre, 84, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2002 at Oak Hill Hospital.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 15 years ago from Uniondale, N.Y. He was a member of the Sons of Italy, New York, Forest Oaks Senior Citizens Club and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine; two daughters, Ursula of New York City, N.Y., and August of Saddle River, N.J.; and a sister, Rose Mascio of Scarsdale, N.Y.

Jake A. Smith, 73, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2002 at Spring Hill Regional Hospital.
He was born in Kearny, N.J., and moved to this area 15 years ago from New Port Richey, Fla. He was retired from the airplane salvage parts industry.
He is survived by two brothers, Leonard and Doug Smith, both of Toronto, Canada.

Alan John Nieves, 52, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002 at his home.
He was born in Staten Island, N.Y., and moved to this area 13 years ago from Sayerville, N.J. He was a carpenter by trade as well as an accomplished musician, having received several music awards. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of the Latin American Club, Spring Hill, and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include two sons, Alan J., Jr. of Jacksonville and Erin S. of Spring Hill; a brother, Glenn J. of Spring Hill and David E. of Charleston, S.C.; a sister, Brenda A. Caceres of Spring Hill; his stepmother, Bessie Nieves Pacheo; and two grandchildren.

Augusta A. Richter, 84, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was born in Queens, N.Y., and moved to this area 13 years ago from Hollis, Long Island, N.Y. She was a church secretary for Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Hollis, for many years and was a Lutheran by faith.
She is survived by her husband, Edward.

Angela DiGuglielmo, 79, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2002 at her home.
She was born in Newark, N.J., and moved to this area 16 years ago from Hopatcong, N.J. She was a data processor for Warner-Lambert Co., Morris Plains, N.J., and a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include two daughters, Arlene Meyers and Deborah Gearhart, both of Spring Hill; a sister, Mary Politano of Bloomfield, N.J.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Brenda Smith Campbell, 53, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2001 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.
She was born in Harlem, N.Y., and moved to this area eight years ago. She was a CNA for the nursing industry and a member of Holy Band D.T. Church.
Survivors include four sons, Stephen Smith of Spring Hill, Gregory Smith of Homestead, Fla., and Michael Smith and Glen Smith, both of Bronx, N.Y.; a daughter, Camille Smith of Bronx; her mother, Annette Smith of Spring Hill; a sister, Alma Bacon of Bronx; and 19 grandchildren.

John Whelan, 51, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001 in Spring Hill.
He was born in Hackettstown, N.J. He was the owner of Whelan Construction Company for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia; a son, Sean of Spring Hill; a daughter, Melissa of Spring Hill; his parents, Lynn and John of Spring Hill; a brother, Lynn; and a sister, Maureen Glazer.

Anna Grimes, 88, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2001 at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
She was born in Czechoslovakia and moved to this area 15 years ago from Wintersville, Ohio. She was a homemaker and attended Spring Hill Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Hibbs of Lake Villa, Ill.; two brothers, Mike Mriz of St. Clairsville, Ohio, and Vasil Mriz of St. Peters, Mo.; two sisters, Margaret Williams of Spring Hill and Helen Mozden of Las Alamos, New Mexico; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Patrick A. Caruso, 80, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2001 at Beverly Health & Rehabilitation Center.
He was a native of Roslyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 19 years ago from Long Island, N.Y. He was a volunteer at Hernando-Pasco Hospice and a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, where he was an usher and a member of the Knights of Columbus and Holy Name Society.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn; a daughter, Debbie Colvin of Spring Hill; two sons, Joseph of Rocky Point, N.Y., and Craig of Spring Hill; and four sisters, Josephine Grillo and Millie Augustino, both of Port Washington, N.Y., Rose Ashman of Minnesota, and Julia Mitchell of Dallas, Texas.

Samuel Winchester Reeves III, 88, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001 at his daughter's home in Norcross, Ga.
He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to Vero Beach, Fla. in 1975 from Cape May, N.J. He moved to this area 16 years ago from Clearwater.
He retired from the U.S. Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel and also from DuPont Chemical Corporation. Until 1988, his summer residence was in Cape May Point, N.J.
Survivors include three daughters, Katharine Reeves Stilley of Brandon, Miss., Mary Barbara Reeves Sykes of Norfolk, Va., and Janet Reeves Orr of Norcross; three granddaughters, Elizabeth Champlin, Jessica Sykes and Julia Orr; and four grandsons, Patrick Behroozi, James Orr IV, David Orr and Jonathan Sykes.

Harry A. Kelber, 73, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, May 3, 2003 at his home.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to this area 12 years ago from Columbus, Ohio. He worked as a truck driver for Roadway Trucking. He was an Ohio Air National Guard veteran, a member of the Teamsters Retirees Club, Columbus, the 1970 "National Truck Drivers Rodeo Champion, and a Pentecostal by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Clara; a daughter, Patricia King of Pataskala, Ohio; a son, William E. of St. Petersburg; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He is survived by three sons, James of Farmerville, Texas; Joel of Dallas, Texas and Stewart of Garland, Texas; three daughters, Carleen O'Meara of Phoenix, Ariz., Marilyn Lam of Brooksville and Sharon Hamilton of Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Cecilia Smith of Brooksville and Virginia Taylor of Dunnellon; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Peter A. 'Pete' Stephenson, 84, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2001 at his home.
Born in Marine City, Mich., he moved to this area 22 years ago from New Baltimore, Mich. He retired from Perfection Pattern Co., Detroit, after many years, and was a member of Pattern Makers League of North America and St. Frances Men's Club.
