She was born in Chicago, Ill., and moved to this area 25 years ago from Chicago, Ill. She retired from Montgomery Ward, Chicago, and attended United Methodist Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include her sister, Audrey Richardson of Puyallup, Wash.; a nephew, Scott Richardson of Pacifica, Calif.; a cousin, Robert Nied of Holmes Beach, Fla.; and a niece, Joan Gilbert of Lombard, Ill.

Edna Fratianni, 78, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002 at Spring Hill Regional Hospital.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 29 years ago from Oceanside, N.Y. She was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include two sons, Michael A. of Houston, Texas, and Joseph T. of Lecanto, Fla.; a daughter, Carol DÕAcunto of Spring Hill; a brother, John Rooke of Long Island, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Earl Blair Saville, 77, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002 at Hernando-Pasco Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville.
He was a native of Romney, W.Va., and moved to this area 11 years ago. He was a farmer, charter member of Jersey Mountain Ruriatian Club, West Virginia, retired after 21 years from the U.S.D.A. Soil Conservation, Romney, and was a member of First Baptist Church, Weeki Wachee Acres.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey; a son, Royce B. of Romney; a brother, William V. of Romney; a sister, Dorothy J. Sanders of Keyser, W.Va.; and four grandchildren.

Robert A. Boutelle, 71, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2003 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.
He was born in Salamanca, N.Y., and moved to this area 13 years ago from Ashville, N.Y. He worked for National Fuel Gas, Buffalo, N.Y., for 37 years and was past member of Versailles Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley; a son, Robert of Two Harbors, Minn.; a daughter, Lenda Placzynski of Gowanda, N.Y.; a sister, June of Little Valley, N.Y.; two grandsons, Robb and Ryan, both of Perrysburg, N.Y.; two great-grandchildren; and three nephews.

David "Skip" Leight, 28, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003 at his home.

Survivors include his wife, Jenny; two sons, Kyle and Austin, both of Spring Hill; two daughters, Paige and Oksana, both of Spring Hill; maternal grandmother, Diane of Spring Hill; great-grandmother, Marilyn Conklin of Spring Hill; a sister, Jessica Hamilton of Connecticut; and several cousins.

Stella Marek, 75, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2003 at her home.

Survivors include her daughter, Kim Heap of Brooksville; a sister, Olga Musick of Warren, Ohio; and a grandchild.

Gwen Goldman, 86, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2003 at the Brooksville Hospice Unit.
She was born in West Liberty, Iowa, and lived in Hernando County for 32 years. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son, Michael Goldman of Brooksville; daughter Gale Morgan of Vicksburg, Miss., and her sister, Eleanor Foster of Port Angeles, Wash.

Francis Pingor, 78, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003 at his home.
He was born in St. Clair, Pa., and moved to Hernando County in 1989. He was a retired firefighter and World War II veteran. He served in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Olga of Spring Hill; three daughters, Jane Wilner of Haverhill, Mass., Alida Flynn of Edmonton, Canada, and Betsy Dunn of Tampa.

Olga C. Heanue, 82, of Spring Hill, died Monday, July 14, 2003 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., and moved to this area 18 years ago from Easton, Conn. She was a retired secretary in real estate and was a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her sister, Julia M. Gawne of Dearborn, Mich.; three nephews; and a niece.

Stella Deuso, 86, of Spring Hill, died Monday, July 14, 2003 at Oak Hill Hospital.

Survivors include three sons, Kenneth of Hinsdale, N.H., Clifford of Enosburg Falls, Vt., and Raymond of Halifax, Vt.; a daughter, Verna Peck of Brattleboro, Vt.; her companion, John Young of Spring Hill; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

John Farnsworth Baines Jr., 81, of Spring Hill, died Monday, July 14, 2003 at his home.
He was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to this area 26 years ago from Rockville, Md. He retired from Sealtest Dairy after 22 years of service and was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include four sons, Richard and Mark, both of Spring Hill, Brian of Abbottstown, Pa., and John of Chambersburg, Pa.; a daughter, Laura Morris of Spring Hill; a brother, Charles of Largo; three sisters, Betty Cooling of Frederick, Md., Charlotte Philipoom of Fairfax, Va., and Mary Goins of Chambersburg; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Thomas A. Crawford, 87, of High Point, Brooksville, died Tuesday, July 15, 2003 at his home.
He was born in Woburn, Mass., and moved to this area nine years ago from Westford, Mass. He retired from Raytheon after 30 years of service as supervisor of industrial inspections. He was a member of the High Point Golf Association and F&AM of Littleton, Mass., a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, and was known as "the blueberry man" in Westford because of his hobby of growing blueberries.
Survivors include his wife, Edith; a son, Thomas A. Crawford Jr. of Homer, Alaska; two daughters, Stephanie Gaskill of Orleans, Mass., and Barbara Crawford of Anchorage, Alaska; two brothers, Clarence of Roswell, Ga., and Alden of Sugar Hill, N.H.; a sister, Barbara J. Carlin of Daytona Beach; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

Survivors include a son, Kevin Boisvert of Spring Hill; a daughter, Gwendolyn Marie Boisvert of Spring Hill; and a brother, Lee S. Boisvert II of Spring Hill.

She was born in Strongsville, Ohio, and moved to this area a year ago from New Port Richey. She taught ceramics and was a Lutheran by faith.
Survivors include six sons, Rick of Cleveland, Ohio, Guy of Clearwater, David and Scott, both of Tallahassee, Lance of Spring Hill and Michael Tyre of New Port Richey; a daughter, Monique Padolak of Hernando Beach; and 11 grandchildren.

Dr. Dee F. Taylor, 85, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at his home.
He was born in Cambridge, Kan., and moved to this area nine years ago from Galax, Va. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran after 34 years of service as a meteorologist, a retired captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve, a member of the Retired Officers Association and a Protestant by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Elizabeth; a son, Richard D. Taylor of Macon, Ga.; a daughter, Elaine Edmunds of Brooksville; four brothers, Lewis Taylor of Osage Beach, Mo., Dr. Harold Taylor of Indianapolis, Ind., Melvin Taylor of Shawnee Mission, Kan., and Dr. Dean Taylor of Los Alamos, N.M.; a sister, Vera Lee Stewart of Whittier, Calif.; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Survivors include a son, George of Ontario, Calif.; a daughter, Sharon L. Millinghausen of Blue Bell, Pa.; a stepdaughter, Dianna Jankausky of New Hope, Pa.; and four grandchildren.

Theresa Prachar Wallace, 85, of Tampa, formerly of Masaryktown, died Tuesday, April 6, 2004.
She was a graduate of the Gordon Keller School of Nursing and worked many years for Dr. H.M. Cook and the Southwest Florida Blood Bank.
Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Wallace Casey-Buy of Tampa; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

Pearl H. Hallen 79 of Brooksville, died Monday, Dec. 30, 2003 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville. She was born in Cleveland, OH and moved to this area 10 years ago from Buffalo, N.Y. She was a homemaker and Episcopalian by faith.

Norman Ray Ladd, 74, of Spring Hill died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2003 at Oak Hill Hospital. Born in Owensboro, KY and moved to this area 2 1/2 years ago from Dallas, TX. He was a retired Mechanical Engineer with Frigiking of Dallas, TX before starting his own business, Conaire Air Conditioning Distributors. He was a U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran, member of the Indiana Club of Spring Hill and was a Shriner in Dallas. He attended the Grace Presbyterian Church, Spring Hill and was also a volunteer teacher in the Spring Hill area.
Survivors include his father: Auta Lee Ladd of Hopkinsville, KY; three sons, Paul Ladd of Spring Hill, Norman Ladd II of Tyler, TX and Mark Alan Ladd of Spring Hill; Brother, James Ladd of Diamondhead, Miss.; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Elizabeth C. Anderson, 84, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at Evergreen Woods Health Care Center, Spring Hill.
She was born in Elk Rapids, Mich., and moved to this area 20 years ago from Benzie County, Mich. She was in banking and was a member of VFW Post 9236 Ladies Auxiliary of Hernando Beach.
Survivors include a brother-in-law, Harlow Ehman; a sister-in-law, Bernice Rankin; and several nieces and nephews.

She was born in Queens, N.Y., and moved to this area 34 years ago from Levittown, N.Y. She was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis of Spring Hill and Gary of New Port Richey; a daughter, Joy Giardina of Las Vegas, Nev.; a brother, Al Vincinere of Levittown; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Robert F. Kirk, 81, of Brooksville, formerly of Tampa and St. Petersburg, died Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at Oak Hill Hospital.
He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to this area 12 years ago. He retired after 28 years as owner and operator of an automobile sales business. He was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School, past member of Brooksville Elks Lodge 2582, a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, and a Lutheran by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Eslene; a son, Robert F. "Robin" Jr. of Tampa; a stepdaughter, Connie Ducker of Brooksville; three grandchildren; three nieces; and a nephew.
