She was born in Beckley, W.Va., and moved to this area a year ago from Frederick, Md. She was a medical secretary and a Protestant by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Alan; two sons, Keith Page of Frederick and Kevin Page of Chapel Hill, N.C.; a daughter, Kimberly Hohenstern of Frederick; a sister, Una Meade of Glendale, Ariz.; and three grandchildren.

Lola C. Ross, 90, of Brooksville, died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2002 at Heartland of Brooksville. Born in Bennett, Neb., she moved to this area 33 years ago from there. She was a homemaker and a Protestant. She is survived by a son, Roger D. of Fredericksburg, Va.; two daughters, Linda Hansen of Crossville, Tenn., and Shirley Stebbins of Brooksville; a brother, Darrell Jensen of Lincoln, Neb.; two sisters, Josephine Spring of Lincoln, Neb., and Jean Dimick of Sidney, Neb.; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Herta "Hattie" Recke, 97, of Hudson, died Friday, Nov. 15, 2002 at Bayonet Point Health and Rehabilitation Center, Bayonet Point. Born in Germany, she moved to this area 16 years ago from Long Island, N.Y. She is survived by three great-nieces, a great-nephew, a great-great nephew and a great-great niece. Florino P. Roscillo, 76, of Brooksville, died Friday, Nov. 15, 2002 at his home. Born in Woburn, Mass., he moved to this area 23 years ago from Winchester, Mass. He was a Stone Mason; a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II; a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Italian Club of Winchester and the Ridge Manor West Club; and a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Helen; three sons, Vincent of Lisbon, N.H., Anthony of Hernando Beach and Ben of Brooksville; a daughter, Frances Stapel of Ridge Manor; four stepdaughters, Judy Hamblin of Feeding Hills, Mass., Shirley Cullen of Bristol, R.I., Beverly Drapos of Worcester, Mass., and Nancy Bahadori of Lake Mary; a brother, Sam of Winchester, Mass.; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Betty Riggerlle, 83, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was born in Erie, Pa., and moved to this area 28 years ago from New York. She was an Episcopalian by faith.
Survivors include a sister, Ruth Jurs of Hamlin, N.Y.; a brother, George MacDonald of California; and many nieces and nephews.

Earl McLemore, 95, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville.
He was born in Texas, raised in Tennessee, and moved to this area 49 years ago from Tennessee. He was a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Artie; a daughter, Nadine Stanley; three grandchildren; four great- grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Edith Luppino, 87, of Brooksville, died Sunday, March 28, 2004, at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was born in Milbank, S.D., and moved to this area nine years ago from Oxford, Mich. She was a homemaker, a Lutheran by faith and attended Christ Lutheran Church, Brooksville.
Survivors include a son, Richard of Brooksville; and three sisters, Esther, Mabel and Viola.

Gloria Elizabeth Wayne, 76, of New Port Richey, formerly of Brooksville, died Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at West Pasco Hospice Care Center, New Port Richey.
She was born in New York, N.Y., and moved to New Port Richey 16 years ago from Brooksville. She had moved to Brooksville 21 years ago from Lake Wallenpauck, Pa. She retired as an elementary schoolteacher in Brentwood, Long Island, N.Y., after 20 years of service, and was a Catholic by faith.
She is survived by her son, Keith W. Wayne of New York, N.Y.

Marie A. Witten, 81, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Dec. 16, 2002 at Hernando-Pasco Care Center, Brooksville.
Born in Schenectady, N.Y., she moved to this area 30 years ago. She was a retired secretary for the U.S. government and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Brooksville.
She is survived by a stepson, Bunkie of Utah; two stepdaughters, Nikki Dunn and Terri Taylor, both of Lakewood, Colo.; a brother, Joseph Fischer of Sumter, S.C.; a sister, Margaret Smith of Schenectady, N.Y.; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Shelia A. Budowski, 46, of Brooksville, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003.
Born in Charleston, W. Va., she was a longtime resident of Brooksville. She worked in the daycare industry and was a Protestant.
She is survived by a daughter, Brandy Falagan of Tallahassee; her mother, Barbara Mason of Brooksville; two brothers, Roger "Butch" and Brian, both of Brooksville; two sisters, Marca Shade and Mary Lyons, both of Brooksville; and two grandchildren.

Elizabeth S. Jastrebski, 76, of Masaryktown, died Friday, Jan 3, 2003 at Tampa General Hospital.
Born in Creighton, Pa., she moved to this area 50 years ago from there. She was a retired accounting clerk for Community Hospital, New Port Richey and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Masaryktown, where she was the choir director and received the first St. Jude Award.
She is survived by a daughter, Adrienne St. Clair of Masaryktown; a brother, Stephen Surmik of Tuscson, Ariz.; and three sisters, Irene Surmik of Creighton, Pa., Stephanie Connolly, Pa., and Sylvia Bellinotti, Marion, Ind.

Billie A. Daiber, 79, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003 at her home.
Born in Lyndhurst, Ohio, she moved to this area 15 years ago from Ohio. She was a homemaker and active in the First United Methodist Church, Spring Hill.
She is survived by her husband, Conrad; a daughter, Sarah Priest of California; a son, Larry of Ohio; a brother, Frank; and two grandchildren, Joy and Evan, both of Ohio.

Michael S. Gray, 33, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003 at Spring Hill Regional Hospital.
Born in Worcester, Mass., he moved to this area 1-1/2 years ago from West Palm Beach.
He is survived by his wife, Micheline M.; a son, Ian Michael of Spring Hill; his mother, Debra, two brothers, Shane and Ryan and a sister, Kelly Casey, all of Chipley.

Robert R. Majiros, 65, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003 at Hospice Care Center, Brooksville.
Born in Shenandoah, Pa., he moved to this area five years ago from Fort Pierce. He was a retired air traffic control specialist for the FAA; a U.S. Air Force veteran of Korea; became a horticulturist, working at several local nurseries; and was a Roman Catholic.
He is survived by two sons, Ronald R. of Leoma, Tenn. And Robert M. of Fort Pierce; a sister, Nancy Duvanich of Henderson, Nevada; three grandchildren, Robert Andrew of Orlando and Robert Benjamin and Sarah Nicole, both of Fort Pierce.

William F. Ramos, 84, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Jan. 2, 2003 at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa., he moved to this area 18 years ago from Landsdale, Pa. He was a wireman for the ITE Electrical Systems, Landsdale, Pa.; was a WWII U.S. Army veteran, earning an Oak Leaf Cluster, Purple Heart, a Bronze Star Medal and a European African Middle Eastern Service Medal; a member of the DAV, Brooksville; and was a Catholic.
He is survived by his wife, Mary and several nieces and nephews.

Lorraine K. Peterson, 77, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003 at her home.
Born in Queens, N.Y., she moved to this area 17 years ago from Long Island, N.Y. She retired from the Lindenhurst Public Schools after 17 years as a switchboard operator; and was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Debra L. Chernis of Spring Hill; five sons, Joseph of Hartford, Wisc., David of Orlando, Paul of Long Island, N.Y., Andrew of Spring Hill and Mark of Long Island, N.Y.; a sister, Joan Wright of Spring Hill; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Stella F. Volcko, 73, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Jan. 3, 2003 at Spring Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Solvay, N.Y., she moved to this area 12 years ago from Syracuse, N.Y. She was retired from P&C Food Market, New York and was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; three sons, Paul A. of Marcellus, N.Y., Peter P. of Syracuse, N.Y. and Edward of Ames, Iowa; a brother, John Miczan of Camillus, N.Y.; a sister, Harriet Wilson of LaBelle; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Katherine T. Schneider, 86, of Timber Pines, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2003 at the Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit in Brooksville. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and came here in 1985 from Cutchogue, N.Y. She was Catholic by faith and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, George F. of Timber Pines; a daughter, Jacalyn C. Romanik of Orlando; a son, George T. of Cutchogue; a brother, Charles H. Thomas of The Villages; and 6 grandchildren.

Cynthia Lee Seymour. 55, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 at Brooksville Regional Hospital. She was born in St. Petersburg and came here three years ago from Ocala. She was a waitress and a Baptist.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Mel Helton of Ocala; a daughter, Rebecca Bissell of Doulens, France; two brothers, Richard Sweade of Brooksville and Greg Sweade of Little Rock, Ark.; and three grandchildren.

Daniel S. Rapoza, 77, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2003 at Spring Hill Regional Hospital.
He was a native of Fall River, Mass., and a resident of this area for the past nine years coming from Somerset, Mass. He was a long distance freight truck driver, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict, a member of AmVets in Somerset, St. Frances Cabrini Men's Club, and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; two sons, David of Jacksonville and Daniel Jr. of Ajo, Ariz.; daughter Debra Ann Galloway of Clearwater; a sister, Mary Louise Camara of Fall River, Mass.; and five grandchildren.

John D. Gulley, 86, of Brooksville, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2003 at Brooksville Health Care Center.
He was born in Greenville, Ala. and came here 44 years ago from Montgomery, Ala. He was a retired laborer and a member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two daughters, Annie. M. Johnson of Brooksville and Carrie M. Gulley of Winter Haven; two sons, John L. Gulley of Cleveland, Ohio and Therody Gulley, of Ft. Pierce; 18 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.

Elizabeth Black, 94, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2003 at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.
She was born in Blakely, Ga. and came to St. Petersburg three years ago from Brooksville. She was a member of the Lily Security Benefit Association and the Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church of Mondon Hill Road in Brooksville.
She is survived by one sister, Altha H. Peck of St. Petersburg and many nephews and nieces.

Audrey June Schlang of Brooksville died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 at the Hospice Care Center of Brooksville. She was 76.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Schlang moved to the area from Fort Lauderdale.
She was a retired school teacher and worked in New York. Schlang had a master's degree and a New York State doctoral equivalency. She was also a life member of Hadassah and was a member of the Jewish faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Amy Anderson and one grandchild.

George V. Morse Sr., 65, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2003 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson.
He was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and moved to this area 10 years ago from Tonawanda, N.Y. He was the retired owner and operator of East Street Pub in North Tonawanda and Buffalo.
Survivor include his wife, Jane; two sons, George V. Jr. of Clarence, N.Y. and Michael J. of Richmond, Va.; a daughter, Victoria A Smith of Tarpon Springs; a brother, William J. of Buffalo; a sister, Frances Mast of Blasdell, N.Y.; five grandsons; and a great-grandson.

Robert B. Cohoon Jr., 77, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville.
He was born in Salem, Mass., and lived in Marblehead, Mass. for most of his life. He retired from General Electric Company in 1983. He was a World War II U.S. Marines veteran, and received the Purple Heart for wounds received in the South Pacific Theatre. He was also a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Marblehead Masonic Lodge and Massachusetts Club, Spring Hill.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; two sons, Robert B. III of Orlando and Peter S. of Tampa; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

James Edward Bell, 65, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003 at his home.
He was born in Sedalia, Mo., and moved to this area nine years ago from Indiana. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean and Vietnam wars, a life member of the U.S. Army serving as a noncommissioned officer of the Museum Association, and a life member of VFW Post 10209 and American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Inge; two daughters, Ilona VanDuser of Seattle, Wash., and Candy Krugeleke of Sebring, Mich.; his mother, Edna Bell of Kirksville, Mo.; a brother, John of Spring Hill; a sister, Dee Davis of Fryburg, Ill.; and three grandchildren.
