Mary Marjorie 'Marge' Jones, 78, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.
She was born in Weston, W.Va., and moved to this area 32 years ago from Akron, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include her husband, Albert A.; two daughters, Debra Kay Cooper of Spring Hill and Lora Lee Cooper of Largo; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Victoria R. Vitale, 95, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area four years ago from Penbrook Pines, Fla. She was a housewife and a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include three sons, Joseph of Spring Hill, George of Riverview, Mich., and Arthur of Cape Coral; a daughter, Rose Teti of Spring Hill; a sister, Anna Iannarella of Penbrook Pines; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Virginia N. Ridenour, 77, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was born in Elwood, Ind., and moved to this area two years ago from Breinigsville, Pa. She was a homemaker, an artist, and a member of Xi Beta Phi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi and Spring Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Harry; a son, Hugh E. of Warminister, Pa.; a daughter, Lisa R. Duffy of Spring Hill; a sister, Elsie Zellers of Burkburnett, Texas; a granddaughter, Erin of State College, Pa.; and three grandsons, Joshua, Christopher and Mark Duffy, all of Spring Hill.

Annette P. Marchette, 74, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2001 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.

Timothy A. "Tim" Gouger, 62, formerly of Lake Lure, N.C., died Thursday, July 18, 2002 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. Tim was born in Hilton, N.Y. and came here 30 years ago. He was Catholic by faith and enjoyed golfing and boating. He is survived by his companion, Carol Huffstetler of North Carolina; one son, Scott of Brooksville; two daughters, Samantha and Sydney, both of Orlando; three sisters, Judy Lowell of Brooksville; Bett and Susie, both of St. Petersburg; three brothers, John of New York, Jerry of Wilmington, N.C., and Butch of New Port Richey; and two grandchildren. Eileen T. Horvath, 72, of Round Lake Beach, Ill. (formerly of Spring Hill), died Monday, July 14, 2002 in Round Lake Beach. She was born in Chicago and came to Spring Hill in 1990 from Round Lake Beach. She was Catholic by faith and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Round Lake. She is survived by two sons, William of Milwaukee, Wisc., and Robert of Lake in the Hills, Ill.; two daughters, Mary Ann Horvath of Round Lake Beach, Ill.; Theresa L. Garwood of Brooksville; one brother, William Lannon of Lansing, Ill.; and four grandchildren. Arrangements by Brewer & Sons Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Brooksville Chapel.

Valentin Tomasov, 94, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, July 20, 2002 at his home. Born in Tallinn, Estonia, he came here 20 years ago from Largo. He was a retired engineer for New York State and a World War II Merchant Marine veteran. Survivors include three sons, Ralph and Kenneth, both of Barker, N.Y., and Glenn of Lockport, N.Y.; daughter-in-law Susan Tomasov of Spring Hill; six grandchildren and four great-granddaughters. Dee Jay Clark, 18, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001 as a result of a car accident.
He was born in Bartow, Fla., and moved to this area three years ago from Citrus County. He was a student at Central High School, Brooksville, worked at T & T junk yard, and was a member of First Community Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother and father, Cecelia and Harvey of Brooksville; and a sister, Bobbie Ann of Brooksville.

Alexandra "Eleanor" Kopinski, 86, of Brooksville, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2001 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was born in Chicago, Ill., and moved to this area 30 years ago from Chicago. She was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include three daughters, Eleanor Dettlaff and Helen Janiak, both of Oaklawn, Ill., and Mary Ann Misevich of Naperville, Ill.; a sister, Sandra Grabowski of Chicago; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Kathryn Loretta Ward, 83, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Oct. 5, 2001 at Heartland of Brooksville.

Survivors include a brother, Joseph Ryan of Audubon, N.J.; a sister, Anita Leporati of Oak Valley, N.J.; two granddaughters; and a great-grandson.

Marguerite Tarbell, 82, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001 at Brooksville Healthcare Center, Brooksville.

Myrtle Elizabeth Henderson, 87, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001 at Heartland of Brooksville.
She was born in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and moved to this area 51 years ago from Tampa. She was a retired Registered Nurse from St. JosephÕs Hospital, Tampa, and a member of First United Methodist Church, Brooksville.
Survivors include four granddaughters, Marion Chungo, Kim Richards, Barbara Omohundro and Lou Lee; a grandson, Mike; and nine great-grandchildren.

William M. Schmauder, 77, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001 at Oak Hill Hospital.
He was a native of West Haven, Conn., and moved to this area 19 years ago. He was the former owner of Sawmill Package Store, West Haven, and a 20-year U.S. Navy career Chief Petty Officer and World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Letitia; a son, William R. of West Haven; a daughter, Linda S. Wells of West Haven; three granddaughters; a grandson; and three great-granddaughters.

Florence Mary Hlopak, 76, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001 at Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center, Hudson.
She was a native of Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to this area a year ago from Oaklyn, N.J. She was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include her brother, Albert of Spring Hill; and a great-niece, Maureen Davis of Spring Hill.

Willie Roe, 84, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.
He was born in Iuka, Ill., and moved to this area 22 years ago from Indianapolis, Ind. He was a tool and cutter grinder for Allison Division of General Motors for 29 years, a former volunteer fireman for 18 years in Manilla, Ind., and a member of the WCO Senior Citizens Club, Walker Township Conservation Club, Indiana, and First Baptist Church, Weeki Wachee.
Survivors include his wife, Doris L.; a daughter, Eileen Rutledge of Spring Hill; a sister, Erma Shephard of Rushville, Ind.; a niece, Thelma Brown of Spring Hill; a nephew, Joe Brown of Rush County, Ind.; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Robert F. Roberts, 58, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001 at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa.
He was a native of Rome, N.Y., and moved to this area five years ago from Oklahoma City, Okla. He was a member of American Legion Post 186, High Point, Brooksville.
Survivors include his mother, Mildred; a brother, Darrell of Land OÕLakes; a sister, Katherine Wilson of Spring Hill; and two grandchildren.

Erick Kraese, 27, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2001 at Tampa General Hospital.
He was born in Phoenixville, Pa., and moved to this area 14 years ago from Valley Forge, Pa. He worked as a technician for Foundation Technologies, Crystal River.
Survivors include his parents, Ronald and Natalie of Spring Hill; two brothers, Brandon of Miami and Nicholas of Spring Hill; maternal grandmother, Oksana Zimovec of Spring Hill; maternal grandfather, Guri Poletajev of Brooksville; paternal grandparents, Herbert and Elizabeth of Ocala; and maternal great-grandmother, Leonila Poletajev of Brooksville.

Delores A. Pickering, 64, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001 at Kindred Hospital Central, Tampa.
She was born in Chattanooga, Tenn., and moved to this area 20 years ago from Port Richey. She was the owner and operator of a ceramic shop and a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Catlett and Jan Chandler, both of Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; two brothers, Jim Delaney of Birmingham, Ala., and Bill Delaney of Stevenson, Ala.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

B. Paul Taylor, 76, of Brooksville, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001 at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point.
He was born in Decatur, Ill., and moved to this area 27 years ago from Decatur. He was the owner of Taylor Airport Transportation and Removal Service Inc., a former employee of Turner Funeral Homes, former superintendent at Florida Hills Memorial Gardens, a member of the Masonic Lodge and attended Brooksville Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Jean; four daughters, Janet Martin and Paulette Amick, both of Decatur, Connie Major of Dunnellon and Toni Keithley of Deltona, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Phyllis Bales and Karen Matney, both of Terre Haute, Ind.; a brother, Reverend James of Danville, Ill.; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces; and a nephew.

Jack F. Baldwin, 72, of Brooksville, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001 at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
He was born in Chicago, Ill., and moved to this area seven years ago from Carpentersville, Ill. He was a retired mechanic, a U.S. Army veteran, and a member of VFW Post 2298, Brooksville.
Survivors include a son, Stephen of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a daughter, Sheryl Cohoon of Midland, Mich.; a brother, Robert of Spring Hill; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Esther Mary Blecke, 83, of Bushnell, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She moved to this area 25 years ago from her native Addison, Ill. She was a retired cook at the Riverside Restaurant, Nobleton, and a member of the Nobleton Community Church and its Ladies Group.
Survivors include four daughters, Barbara Harris of Brooksville, Vera Ratcliff of Sullivan, Ind., Diane Boyd of Bolingbrook, Ill., and Sandra Rhodes of Bushnell; a brother, Roy Freier of Bushnell; a sister, Eleanor Mitchell of Owen, Wis.; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Survivors include three daughters, Pamala Fox of Lewes, Del., Carol Barnshaw of Brazaria, Texas, and Patricia J. Guzzo of Aston, Pa.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mason E. Acreman, 70, of Hudson, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001 at Oak Hill Hospital.

Velora Wahl Sosnoski-Olive, 81, of Miami, formerly of Timber Pines, Spring Hill, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003.
She was born in Butler, Pa., lived in Bethpage, N.Y. for 38 years, moved to this area 11 years ago and moved to Miami three years ago. She was retired from Plainedge Public Schools.
Survivors include a son, Don Sosnoski of Miami; a daughter, Raylene Sherman of McFarland, Wis.; two brothers, Purney and Dale Wahl, both of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two sisters, Donetta Landis and Deana Morgan, both of Pittsburgh; and six grandchildren.

Everett E. Shearer, 68, of Brooksville, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003 at Citrus Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Brooksville. He sold vegetables and palm trees which he planted and grew and was a Protestant by faith.
Survivors include a son, Everett E. Shearer Jr. of Brooksville; two daughters, Lisa C. Shearer and Teresa K. Senterfeit, both of Brooksville; and three grandchildren.

Warren J. Kolloch, 79, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003 at Oak Hill Hospital.
He was born in Chicago, Ill., and moved to this area seven years ago from Salem, Wis. He was a gunsmith, a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
