Survivors: daughter, Nancy Schmidt, Kissimmee; son, Jerry Skibbe, Kissimmee; stepdaughter, Arlette Rouse, Kissimmee; brother, Emil Darr, Dowagiac, Mich., Herman Darr, Decatur, Mich.; four grandchildren. Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, Kissimmee.

FLORENCE MARIE HILDEBRAND, 85, Overlook Road, Zellwood, died Thursday, Feb. 24, of respiratory failure. Ms. Hildebrand was a nurse. Born in Akron, Ohio, she moved to Central Florida in 1954. She was a member of Orange County Art League. She was a member of First Church of Religious Science, Orlando. Survivors: daughters, Constance Sedlacek, Jeanette Ross, both of Zellwood, Marie Smith, Apopka, Sharon Moore, Danville, Calif., Sharlene Smith, Minneapolis; son, Jim, Orlando, Edward Uhl, Akron, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Apopka.

RUTH J. HOFFMAN, 93, Volco Road, Edgewater, died Friday, Feb. 25. Mrs. Hoffman was a retired seamstress. Born in Frederick County, Md., she moved to Central Florida in 1995. She was a member of Shady Grove Church of God, Oak Hill. Survivors: daughter, Virginia Stitely, Edgewater; brother, Norman Houck, Tarrytown, Md.; sister, Marie Baker, Westminster, Md.; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. MILDRED C. IRVIN, 87, Lakeview Avenue, Titusville, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mrs. Irvin was a nurse. Born in Rome, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1958. She was a member of Moose Lodge, American Legion and Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Survivors: son, Mike, Mims; sisters, Frances Miglo, Brunswick, Md., Rosemary McMahon, Cumberland, Md.; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. North Brevard Funeral Home, Titusville.

ROBERT E. ITURRALDE, 78, North Mitchell Street, Kissimmee, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mr. Iturralde was a hospital data processor. Born in Havana, Cuba, he moved to Kissimmee in 1988. He was Roman Catholic. Survivors: wife, Brunilda; daughters, Maria V. Diaz, Kissimmee and Manuela Morales, Puerto Rico; sons, Robert A., Germany and Hector Diaz, Kissimmee; sister, Armanda Garcia, Miami; seven grandchildren, one great granddaughter. ALLEN D. JOSEPH, 85, Brantley Place Circle, Apopka, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mr. Joseph was vice president of Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Born in Morehead, Ky., he moved to Central Florida in 1998. He was a member of Masonic Lodge. He was Protestant. He was an Army Air Forces veteran. Survivors: daughters, Judy A. Petty, Boca Raton, Jo Anne C. Scheckel, Apopka; four grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Semoran-Forest City Chapel.

BARBARA B. KASTER, 72, Cricket Hollow Cove, Casselberry, died Wednesday, Feb. 23. Mrs. Kaster was an executive secretary. Born in El Paso, Texas, she moved to Central Florida in 1961. She was a member of Tuskawilla United Methodist Church. Survivors: five daughters; one son; three sisters; nine grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Altamonte Springs.

HARRY LEONARD, 86, Duncan Street, Deltona, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mr. Leonard was retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Co., Connellsville, Pa. Born in Connellsville, he moved to Central Florida in 1979. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, Rita M.; daughter, Wanda Lingenfield, Connellsville; brothers, Glen, Jacksonville, Donald, Gene, both of Arizona; sisters, Olive Wingrove, Scottsdale, Pa., Lillian Rouzen, New Mexico; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild. FLORENCE REGAN LEWIS, 83, Old Oak Tree Drive, Orlando, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker. Born in Georgia, she moved to Central Florida in 1938. ELOY R. LOPEZ, 69, Hidalgo Drive, Orlando, died Friday, Feb. 25. Mr. Lopez was owner of a transportation company. Born in Madrid, Spain, he moved to Central Florida in 1972. Survivors: wife, Willy M.; daughter, Virginia M., Orlando; sisters, Virginia A., Alicia, Marite, all of Spain; brothers, Alberto, Jose I., both of Spain. MARIE R. MANLEY, 87, South Seagrave Street, Daytona Beach, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mrs. Manley was a retired legal secretary. Born in Cincinnati, she moved to Central Florida in 1996. She was a member of Westminster-by-the-Sea Presbyterian Church, Daytona Beach, and past matron of the Tuscarora Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, Addison, N.Y. Survivors: daughters, Patricia Mae Drum, Ponce Inlet, Phyllis Kay Dann; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Settle-Wilder Funeral Home, New Smyrna Beach.

ORVILLE L. MATHEWS, 82, Sunset Drive, Longwood, died Friday, Feb. 25. Mr. Mathews was an electrician in the steel industry. Born in Sun, W.Va., he moved to Central Florida in 1978. Survivors: daughters, Mary McCutcheon, Winter Garden, Kathryn Marchione, Longwood, Tina Suskiewich, Orlando; sisters, Ruth Clark, June Vernagus, both of Sanford; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. CHARLES RUDOLPH MILLER, 64, Alabama Drive, Winter Park, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mr. Miller was an engineer in the aerospace industry. Born in New York, he moved to Central Florida 1990. AMELIA CARTWRIGHT MINTER, 51, Grizzly Court, Apopka, died Thursday, Feb. 24. Mrs. Minter was an operations supervisor at Washington Mutual. Born in Norfolk, Va., she moved to Central Florida in 1964. She was Methodist. Survivors: husband, William P.; son, David L., Salisbury, Md.; daughter, Amy C. Klamczynski, Altamonte Springs; father, Jesse L.
