FRANCES L. ORLANDO, 66, 1860 Bridgewater Drive, Melbourne, died Friday Feb. 18. Mrs. Orlando was a homemaker. Born in Gloucester, Mass., she moved to Central Florida in 1985. JORGE L. PARET, 48, West Oak Ridge Road, Orlando, died Friday, Dec. 31. Mr. Paret was a self-employed auto mechanic. Born in New Jersey, he moved to Central Florida in 1979.
