HERBERT ELLWOOD PRAY JR., 76, Hawthorne Circle, Winter Springs, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, of congestive heart failure. Mr. Pray was a retired forklift operator for Martin Marietta. Born in Philadelphia, he moved to Central Florida in 1960. He was Baptist. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors: daughters, Constance A. VALENTINA RIVERA-COLON, 89, 1401 Kansas Ave., St. Cloud, died Thursday, Feb. 17. Mrs. Rivera-Colon was a tobacco farm worker. Born in Puerto Rico, she moved to Central Florida in 1998. Survivors: sons, Agustin Solivan, Jose Solivan, Antonio Solivan, Cristobal Solivan, all of Atlantic City, N.J.; daughters, Rutil L., Isabel, both of Atlantic City; six grandchildren. JORGE ISAAC SANCHEZ, 20, East Orange Street, Lake Alfred, died Monday, Feb. 14. Mr. Sanchez was a construction worker. Born in the Dominican Republic, he moved to Central Florida in 1989. He was a member of Eternal Gospel Seventh-day Adventist Church, Orlando. EVELYN SEYCHEL, 78, Hamlin T. Lane, Altamonte Springs, died Friday, Feb. 18. Mrs. Seychel was an account clerk for Bell Telephone Co. Born in Queens, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1975. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church. THELMA F. BLACKBURN, 87, South Lakemont Avenue, Winter Park, died Sunday, Feb. 13. Mrs. Blackburn was a homemaker. Born in Jacksonville, she moved to Central Florida in 1995. She was a member of Miami Woman's Club and United Daughters of the Confederacy. She was a member of Central Baptist Church of Miami. He was president of the Central Florida Branch of the Florida Society for the Prevention of Blindness. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
