JOSEPH "JOE" C. WHEATLEY, 83, North Carolwood Boulevard, Fern Park, died Wednesday, Sept. 27. Mr. Wheatley was manager of transportation and shipping for Martin Marietta. He was born in Baltimore. He was a member of the governing board of the Holy Name Society. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Church. RILEY H. WILKINSON, 74, Deer Run, Osteen, died Tuesday, Sept. 26. Mr. Wilkinson was a retired heavy-equipment operator. Born in Palatka, he was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. He was a member of the Osteen Baptist Church. Survivors: sons, Ben, Osteen, Dale, Deltona, John, Oviedo; daughter, Mary Ruth Turner, Deltona; sisters, Reece Sheppard, Jane Kemp both of Palatka, Nettie Sheppard, Hollister; twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren. ROBERT L. WIRICK, 92, California Ave., St. Cloud, died Monday, Sept. 25, of cancer. Mr. Wirick was a private consultant and a retired service representative. Born in Ohio, he moved to Central Florida in 1987. He was a member of East Brookfield Baptist Church, East Brookfield, Mass. Survivors: wife, Pearl, St. Cloud; daughters, Carol J. KATHERINE V. LYNCH, 98, Lake George Cove Drive, Orlando, died Wednesday, Sept. 27. Mrs. Lynch was a retired social worker for the Catholic Charities. DORIS ILENE MATSON, 54, Vista Del Lago Boulevard, Winter Garden, died Tuesday, Sept. 26. Mrs. Watson was a homemaker. Born in Warsaw, Ind., she moved to Central Florida in 1991.
