He was a member of Cassadaga Community Church, Cassadaga, N.Y. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. CHARLOTTE I. PEPLOW, 79, Fairway Circle, New Smyrna Beach, died Monday, Oct. 2. She was a homemaker. Born in Peoria, Ill., she moved to Central Florida in 1979.
