RONALD RAY JERNIGAN, 57, Parkside Place, Indian Harbor Beach, died Sunday, July 30. Mr. Jernigan was a retired BellSouth service adviser. Born in Orlando, he was a lifelong resident. He was a member of Lions Club of College Park and a life member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of College Park. JOANN JONES, 51, 122 Anderson Circle, Sanford, died Friday, July 28. Mrs. Jones was an assembly operator. She was born in Miami. She was a member of Mount Sinai M.B. Church, Miami. Survivors: sons, Louis D. Scott, Joe, both of Sanford, Eric, Miami; daughters, Erica, Miami, Patrice, Latrice, Jessica, all of Sanford; brothers, Joseph, West Palm Beach, Anthony, Miami, Michael Jackson, Immokalee, Joseph Brown, Belle Glade; sisters, Mary Sanders, Josie Wright, both of Miami, Tina Brown, Belle Glade; 24 grandchildren. BOYD SHELBY KELLEY, 82, Conure Street, Apopka, died Saturday, July 29. Mr. Kelley was a retail foods manager. Born in Middlesboro, Ky., he moved to Central Florida in 1959. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors: wife, Rachel S.; sons, Steven, Flagstaff, Ariz., Boyd B., Apopka; daughters, Marsha A. EUNICE KELSHAW-SCRAPER, 91, Maitland Avenue, Maitland, died Monday, July 31. Mrs. Kelshaw-Scraper was owner of a beauty shop. Born in Otwell, Ind., she moved to Central Florida in 1970.
