HERSCHEL MONROE CARR, 87, Palm Lane, Orlando, died Friday, Nov. 5. Mr. Carr was an Army sergeant major. Born in Knox County, Tenn., he moved to Central Florida in 1972. He was a member of Maranatha Fellowship Church. Survivors: wife, Johanna; daughters, Eloise Crosby, Denver, Johanna Witson, Dottie Allen, both of Orlando; sister, Eloise Frisbie, Knoxville, Tenn.; brother, Edward, Louisville, Ky.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. JOAN MARIE COLLINS, 61, North Fowler Drive, Deltona, died Monday, Nov. 8. Mrs. Collins was a retired tax assessor. Born in Port Jervis, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1985. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, DeBary. Survivors: husband Stanley F.; daughter, Sara Lee Hutchingson, DeLand; sisters, Jean E. Brown, Deltona, Isabelle Mack, Orange City, Kay C. JOSEPH J. DEWLLEY, 54, 530 Squire Lane, Kissimmee, died Sunday, Nov. 7. Mr. Dewlley was a retired tax accountant. Born in Kingston, New York, he moved to Central Florida in 1995. FLORENCE EVELYN FLASCO, 92, Scarlet Road, Winter Park, died Saturday, Nov. 6. Mrs. Flasco was proprietor of a hotel. Born in Cleveland, she moved to Central Florida in 1960. She was a member of Republican Women's Club. She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Survivors: daughter, Dolores Hobbs, Hendersonville, Tenn.; brother, Leonard Spencer, Akron, Ohio; sister, Helen Crummel, Clearwater; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. GERALDINE R. FRESH, 76, 35 Brett Ave., Titusville, died Sunday, Nov. 7. Mrs. Fresh was a bookkeeper. Born in Titusville, she was a lifelong resident of Central Florida. She was a member of North Brevard Senior Center and North Brevard Historical Society. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. EVELYN S. GALLADAY, 78, Woodhill Avenue, Orlando, died Sunday, Nov. 7. Mrs. Galladay was a retired registered nurse. Born in Newton, Iowa, she moved to Central Florida in 1952. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Survivors: sons, Thomas, Orlando, Ragen, Clermont, Danny, Monticello, Tim, St. Cloud; sisters, Lucille Kelly, Newton, Iowa, Marjorie Fure, Kiester, Minn.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. LOUISE W. GALLAGHER, 70, Woodcraft Drive, Apopka, died Saturday, Nov. 6, of complications from surgery. Mrs. Gallagher was a program analyst for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Born in York, Pa., she moved to Central Florida in 1998. She was a member of Errol Country Club and Emily's List. She was a member of United Methodist Church, Apopka. CHARLES E. GREEN, 81, Gregory Avenue, Titusville, died Saturday, Nov. 6. Mr. Green was a commercial electrician. Born in Starks, Wis., he moved to Central Florida in 1977.
