RUTH P. MICHAEL, 92, Pegel Court, Oviedo, died Wednesday, Nov. 10. Mrs. Michael was a telephone operator. Born in Springfield, Ill., she moved to Central Florida in 1998. Survivors: son, Charles F. Jr., Pleasantville, Iowa; daughter, Patricia R. Stricklin, Springfield; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Family Funeral Care, Oviedo.

ANNE GALLAGHER MINGUY, 43, Iona Drive, Cocoa, died Wednesday, Nov 10. Mrs. Minguy was a prekindergarten teacher. She was born in Parkersburg, W.Va. Survivors: husband, Phillip Pauline; mother, Blanche Gallagher, Miami; daughters, Melissa, Kristin, both of Cocoa; brothers, Christopher Gallagher, Sanford, Timothy Gallagher, Coral Gables, James Gallagher, Miami. ARTHUR M. OLSEN, 80, 80 Royal Palm Circle, Port Orange, died Monday, Nov. 8. Born in New York, he moved to Central Florida in 1978. Mr. Olsen was a bus driver. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors: sons, Arthur, Bronx, N.Y, Steven, Mahopac, N.Y., Joseph, Hamilton, N.Y.; sisters, Nancy Miller, Brewster, N.Y., Betty Abel, Meridian, Miss.; six grandchildren. DORIS E. PARKER, 82, Climbing Aster Court, St. Cloud, died Tuesday, Nov. 9. Mrs. Parker was a clerk for a telephone company. Born in Lowell, Mass., she moved to Central Florida in August. ETHEL E. STEVENS, 95, Wittwood Court, Orlando, died Wednesday, Nov. 10. Mrs. Stevens was a homemaker. Born in Lockloosa, she moved to Central Florida in 1924. She was Baptist. Survivors: several nieces and nephews. Carey Hand Colonial Funeral Home, Orlando.

FRANK SVANCAR JR., 82, Simmons Road, Oviedo, died Wednesday, Nov. 10. Mr. Svancar was a retired builder. Born in Cleveland, he moved to Central Florida in 1946. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors: wife, Barbara; son, Frank III, Chuluota; daughter, Margaret, Oviedo; sister, Ann Barnett, Hudson, Ohio; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter. JESSIE C. TALLEY, 61, U.S. Highway 11, DeLand, died Wednesday, Nov. 10. Mr. Talley was a employee of Advanced Ordinance, Daytona Beach. Born in Grubbs, Ark., he moved to Central Florida in 1990. Survivors: wife, Charline; sons, Ricky C., DeLand, Timothy S., Orange City; daughter, Lisa R.
