DAWSON - Lemonteen Davis Lowe, 87, of 1355 Bellflower Road, Dawson, GA, died Monday, November 11, 2002, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, Albany, GA.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2002, at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Weston, GA. The Rev. Nathaniel Jefferson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Lowe attended the public schools of Webster County, GA. She was a domestic worker.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories five daughters, Gussie Jones (Edward), Louise Small (Eddie), Rosie Carter (Ed), all of Dawson, GA, Bobbie Glenn of Trenton, NJ, Beverly Smith of Columbus, GA; two sons, Willie James Lowe of Preston, GA, and K.D. Lowe of Columbus, GA; a brother, Morris Davis of Hartford, CT; sister-in-law, Marjorie Davis of Richland, GA; two daughters-in-law, Ida Mae Lowe and Josephine Lowe, both of Dawson, GA; 29 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends. A very special family, Albany Community Hospice, Lisa Seymour, Barbara Guest, Linda Brooks, Lutricia Ball, Valerie Pickett, Cathy Patterson, Lucy Seay, Lisa Ford, Patsy Gerber, Clare Stoeckel, and Home Health Care, Karen Hunter and Mary Ross. A very special friend, Georgia Countryman.

NASHVILLE - Kim I'Na Zirkle, 39, of Nashville died Tuesday, November 12, 2002, at South Georgia Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Flat Creek Baptist Church with interment in Flat Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Mickey Lindsey and the Rev. Bob Holland will officiate.
A native of Mitchell County, Mrs. Zirkle was a homemaker and a shipping clerk with Nashville Mills. She was a loving mother and wife who died from complications during birth of her daughter, Markaela. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pelham.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Zirkle of Nashville; daughter, Markaela Zirkle of Nashville; three sons, Dustin Harper of Douglas and Zack Harper and Maison Zirkle, both of Nashville; father and mother, Eston and Lydia Morrison of Pelham; three sisters, Gwanna Strickland and Sheila Collins, both of Moultrie, and Cheri Bentley of Pelham; one brother, Charles Morrison of Wiggins, MS.
Visitation will be today after 3 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

A native of Opp, AL, Mr. Brannon had resided in the Albany area for the past 31 years. He was a member of Thundering Springs Baptist Church and retired from Flint River Textiles in 1990.
Survivors include his wife, Essie Lee Brannon of Leesburg; four daughters, Jacqulin Crawford and her husband Leo of Lake City, FL, Brenda Taylor and her husband Greg of Centerville, GA, Stephanie Meraz and her husband Juan of Leesburg, Robbie McCoy and her husband David of Leesburg; 10 grandchildren, William Calhoun and his wife Angel, Eugene Calhoun and his wife Rita, Debra Crawford, Matthew Crawford, Tommy Cook, Katrina Hudgins, Crystal Bell, Rhiannon McCoy, Ariella Brannon, Jesus Hernandez and seven great-grandchildren.

ALBANY - Clarence E. "Clem" Fisher, died Tuesday, November 12, 2002. The remains have been cremated.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Kimbrell-Stern with Masonic Rites.
A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Fisher had lived in Albany for 30 years. He was retired from MCLB. He was Past Master of Dougherty Lodge #591, Past Commander of York Rite, Past Monarch of Al Ban Grotto; he was member of the Moose Lodge, life member VFW Post 2785 and a volunteer at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Mr. Fisher served in the U.S. Army during World War II receiving a Purple Heart.
Survivors include a son, Gary L. Fisher of Hummelstown, PA; brothers, Russell Fisher of Palmyra, PA, James Fisher of Palmyra, PA, Marlin Fisher of Anvil, PA, Robert Fisher of Hershey, PA; sisters, Arlene Rhan of Bainbridge, PA, Jacqualin Halsell of Anvil, PA, Darlene Fischer of Palmyra, PA, Donna Schreckengast of Palmyra, PA, Elaine Witman of Mt. Joy, PA, and Sandra Reese of Hershey, PA.

CAMILLA - Verna Davis, 89, of 7263 Lodgetown Rd., Pelham, died Thursday, November 14, 2002, at her residence.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Elder Max Childs will officiate.
Pallbearears include Elwyn Childs, Leon Andrews, Bobby Sanders, William Miles, Steve Godwin, J.C. Dollar, Donald Brock, and Marion Gilliard.
Born September 17, 1913, in Decatur County, Mrs. Davis was a retired seamstress. She was a member of Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church. Mrs. Davis was married to the late Roy L. Davis and was the daughter of the late Gordon and Ann Sheperd Dollar.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, William "Billy" and Evelyn Taylor of Pelham; two granddaughters, Sheila Boylan and husband, Jim, and Sheree Lee and husband, Charlie; six great grandchildren, Lezlee Brand, Jimmy Boylan, Taylor Boylan, Sarah Boylan, Landon Lee, and Kamden Lee.

CORDELE - Wesley Roscoe Odom, 73, of Arabi, died Thursday, November 14, 2002, at Crisp Regional Hospital.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today in the chapel of Rainey Funeral Services. Burial will be at Arabi Cemetery in Arabi.
A native of Ashburn, Mr. Odom was born January 22, 1929. He was a self-employed farmer, cattleman, and sheppard. He served in the United States Army. He attended Pinecrest Baptist Church and was a member of Sycamore Lodge #210 F & AM. He served for 20 years on the Crisp Regional Hospital Authority. He was a member of the Messengers and Countrymen Gospel Groups. He was a founding member of Crisp Academy and served as chairman of the board. His parents were the late James Henry Odom and Leffie Eugene Odom. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ruth McKinny Odom; daughter, Gina (Odom) Strong; two brothers, Willis Odom and James Odom; four sisters, Corrie (Odom) Collins, Maude Ellen Odom, Nettie Odom, and Geneva Bryan (Odom) Wardlow.
Survivors include his wife, Jan Kay Odom of Arabi; sons, Dr. John Odom of Savannah and Marvin Odom of Cocoa Beach, FL; two stepsons, David Gilliam of Albany and Cap. Ken Gilliam of McDonough; stepdaughter, Michelle Gilliam Mathis; two brothers, R.H. (Skeet) Odom of Arabi and Joe Odom of Ashburn; three sisters, Tommie (Odom) Smith of Arabi, Cathryn (Odom) Vinson of Rebecca, and Esteen Odom of Ashburn; eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

BLAKELY - Doris Bonner Richardson, 81, of Blakely, died Thursday, November 14, 2002, at University Hospital in Birmingham, AL.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home with interment in Pine Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Richardson was a native of Carroll County, born September 26, 1921. She was a homemaker and a member of Beulah Baptist Church. She had lived in Early County since 1967. Her parents were the late Sanders Nichole Bonner and Evie Cagle Bonner.
Survivors include her husband, David Richardson of Blakely; two sons, Terry D. Richardson of Iron City and Gary E. Richardson of Blakely; four grandsons, David A. Richardson of Niceville, FL, Tracy S. Richardson of Richland, Curt R. Richardson and Steven M. Richardson, both of Blakely; three sisters, Lucy Camp of Douglasville, Helen Maddox of Carrolton, and Mattie Evatt of Seneca, SC.
