Clyde attended the local schools in East Orange, N.J. He worked as a plant service worker at Duval County Community College in Jacksonville, FL. He leaves to mourn his demise, a devoted wife, Barbara; mother, Minnie Lee Burton; father, Clyde Mency Sr., all of Jacksonville, FL; father-in-law, Dea. Levi Lyles Sr.; stepfather, Richard Green; brothers, Paul Green (Geneva) Wayne (Diana); sister, Veronica (Fred) Calden; two stepdaughters, Kreytesa Khafidz (Ali) and Tammeka Payne; six step grandchildren, Destiny, Aliya, Breyanna, Alexis, Bria and Ahmad; two sisters-in-law, Gloria Lattimore and Clara Coleman; brother-in-law, Levi Lyles Jr.; one uncle, Moses Cuffey (Joyce); three aunts, Gertrude Lewis (Joe), Doretha McNair and Melverine Mitchell (Marvin) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many sorrowing friends.
The wake will be today, December 3, 2004, at 6 p.m. at New First Corinth Missionary Baptist Church, 6119 Bagley Rd., Jacksonville, FL.

Annie Will was educated in the public schools of Terrell County, GA. She worked for the Woodall family of Dawson, GA, for many years.
Sister Annie Will leaves to cherish her precious memories; seven children; two sons, Willie D. Slaughter Jr. of Junction City, KS, and Gary Slaughter of Dawson, GA; five daughters, Willie Pearl Antwih, Carrie Bell Salter and Shirley Ann Small (Clayton), all of Albany, GA, Laura Jean Johnson (Wallace) and Schuylar Davis, both of Dawson, GA; two brothers-in-law, Bro. Sammie Cutts of Dawson, GA, and the Rev. Willie C. Terry of Albany, GA; two sisters-in-law, Grace Cutts of Dawson, GA, and Mable Woodruff of Newark, N.J.; 35 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many sorrowing friends; a devoted friend of many years and many more, Beatrice "Ma Bea" Flournoy.

GORDON - Wesley Lee Wilson, 72, of Hwy. 18 died Tuesday at his residence.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Clear Creek Baptist Church. Burial in Asbury Church cemetery. The Rev. William Glover and the Rev. Maxie Threatt officiated.
The Rev. Wilson was born in Grady County, the son of the late Floyd W. and Ina Gainous Wilson. He was a graduate of Norman Park College and Mercer University. The Rev. Wilson served as Pastor of Clear Creek Baptist Church for the past 27 years and was a minister of the Gospel for 51 years. He was employed for many years with the Wilkinson County Board of Education as a school bus driver and in bus maintenance. The Rev. Wilson was preceded in death by his brother, E. Earl Wilson.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Robbie Fountain Wilson of Gordon; his children, Steve (Sandy) Wilson of Marathon, Fla., Tony (Laura) Wilson of Ivey, Jean (Donald) Thomas of Lizella and Keith (Renee) Wilson of Gordon; brother and sister-in-law, James K. and Ellen O. Wilson of Tampa, Fla., Patricia Wilson of Carrolton, Va.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sadie and Thomas Voyles, Elaine and Earl Sasser, all of Cairo, and Kay and Bruce King of Sneads, Al.; grandchildren, Brent Thomas, Chris Wilson, Ashley Wilson, Lindsey Thomas, Ryan Thomas, Brittany Wilson, David Thomas, Sheree Thomas and Tracey Johnson; great-grandchildren, Alex Long, Courtney Johnson and Jaycie Johnson.
Donations may be made to the Georgia Baptist Childrens Home.
