The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rivers of Living Waters Church International with interment in Roselawn Garden Cemetery.

ALBANY - Denise Ann Jones, 47, of 513 Wells Avenue died Monday, January 13, 2003, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Pentecostal House of Prayer with burial in Riverside Cemetery. Elder Willie B. Young Sr. will officiate.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Steubenville, Ohio, and a member of New Pentecostal House of Prayer.
Survivors include one daughter, Cynthia Jones of Birmingham, Ala.; one son, Timothy Jones of Albany; mother, Gladys Keaton Toye and father, Bennie Toye Sr. of Albany; three brothers, Steve Keaton of Augusta, Norman Creech of Ohio and Bennie (Jackie) Toye Jr. of Albany; two grandchildren, Foster L. EAST ALTON, Ill. - Sandra "Kay" Lowe, 58, of Cottage Hills, IL, formerly of Albany, GA, left us and went home with Jesus at 9:05 P.M. Monday, January 13, 2003, at Alton Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer.
Family visitation will be 1 p.m.- 3 p.m. Saturday at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights, ILL. There will be no funeral service.
Born November 1, 1944, in Americus, GA, to the late James and Lora (Lane) Beavers, Mrs. Lowe married Wayne Lowe, December 11, 1970. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend, and also an outstanding poet.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne Lowe; six children and their spouses, Valerie Lowe of East Alton, ILL, Jackie and Ken Collins of Burleson, TX, Michael and Tina Springman of Mitchell, ILL, Tracy and Dawn Springman of East Alton, ILL, Rusty and Kim Springman of East Alton, ILL, Katrinna Lowe of Wood River, ILL; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; her aunt, Delma Johnson of St. Simons Island, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Anne and Charlie Bauch of Stewart, FL; and brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Nancy Beavers of Leesburg, GA.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

ALBANY - Timothy Wilford Mauldin, 38, of Albany, was killed in a vehicle accident Thursday, January 16, 2003.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hall & Hall Funeral Home with interment in Baker Cemetery in Berrien County with the Rev. Donnie Sloan officiating.
Mr. Mauldin was born in Tifton and was a self-employed landscape contractor.
Survivors include his mother and father, Myrtice and James Mauldin of Albany; daughter, Tawnya Brooke Mauldin of Sylvester; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Brenda Mauldin of Leesburg; grandparents, Willie and Gladys Mauldin of High Springs, FL; two nieces, Heather and Holly Mauldin of Leesburg; one nephew, T.J. Mauldin also of Leesburg.
The family will receive friends at Hall & Hall Funeral Home today from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m.

ALBANY - The graveside funeral service of Billy Lucas Richardson, 71, of 159 Westfield Road, Leesburg, who died Thursday, January 16, 2003, will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Ken Chancellor will officiate.
A native and lifelong resident of Albany, Mr. Richardson was born to Earnest and Delia Richardson on June 4, 1931. He was a retired accountant and a member of the Golden Key Club and Lakeside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Rudasill Richardson of Leesburg; a stepson and his wife, Robert and Lori Rudasill of Albany; a stepdaughter and her husband, Connie and Bob Arn of Rocky Mount, N.C., and three grandchildren, Robbie and Chris Arn and Jeremy Voss.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. today (Friday) at Mathews Funeral Home.

ALBANY - Clyde James Ross, 68, of 1662 McArthur Street died Saturday, January 11, 2003, at Palmyra Nursing Home.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Albany with interment in Lebanon Cemetery in Plains. The Rev. Dr. James Rodgers will officiate.
A native of Sumter County, Mr. Ross was born September 6, 1934. He was a retired truck driver for Florida Cemetery Company. He attended Sumter County public schools and was a member of Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church.
Survivors include three sisters, Annie Rhodes and Alice Jones, both of Albany and Mary Ann Raven of Americus; one son, Clyde Ross of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Athelia Ross and Phelisha Ross, both of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.

ALTHA, Fla. - Gracie Mae Ivey Tillman, 85, died Monday, January 13, 2003.
She was a native of Clio, AL, and moved to Altha, FL, in 1954. She was a member of Altha First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Tillman was preceded in death by her husband, S.C. Tillman; two sons, Stephen Coleman and C.G. Tillman; and a daughter, Rita Tillman Weber.
Survivors include three sons, Lewie "Bo" Tillman and his wife Jo of Albany, GA, Joe Tillman and his wife Jennie, and Jimmy Tillman; a daughter, Glenda Tillman, all of Altha, FL; a sister, Margaret Robinson of Dothan, AL; eight grandchildren, Jamie Tillman of Tallahassee, FL, Stephanie Coxwell of Bristol, FL, Jessica Brown of Atlanta; April Cross of Quakertown, PA, Chris Adkins of Altha, FL, Max Tillman of Los Angeles, CA, Jonathan Tillman of Altha, FL, Luke Weber of Quakertown, PA, and Coleman Tillman of Altha, FL, and two great-grandsons.
Services were held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Altha First Baptist Church. Interment was at Chipola Cemetery in Altha, FL.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Arcadia Missionary Baptist Church with interment in Riverside Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Raymond Polite will officiate.
A native of Dougherty County, Ms. Wright was born January 22, 1925. She was a homemaker and a member of Arcadia Missionary Baptist Church where she had been a member of the Senior Choir until she became ill.
Survivors include a brother, Nick (Rushia) Louketis Sr. of Albany; nephew, Nick Louketis Jr. of Albany; niece, Mary Hudson of Albany; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Meadows Funeral Home in Albany.

Mr. Felder died Thursday, January 9, 2003, in an Albany hospital. He was the son of the late J.D. and Carrie Rumph Felder, born in Houston County, a member of Friendship Baptist Church of Henderson and he worked as a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Ruthie M. Felder of Pinehurst; two sons, John D. Felder Jr. and Timothy Felder of Tampa, Fla.; a stepson, Bobby L. Hightower of Unadilla; four sisters, Patricia Felder of Henderson, Tina Riley of Jacksonville, Fla., Nettie Ruth Parker of Morrow and Vera (George) West of Elko; a host of grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law; one aunt.

The funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at Trinity United Methodist Church. The Rev. Gene Yelverton and the Rev. Hal Lasseter will officiate and interment will be in East View Cemetery in Cuthbert.
Mrs. Jackson was born March 24, 1921, in Orange County, FL, daughter of the late Gus F. Hodge and Geneva Eliza Carden Hodge. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Luther Franklin Jackson of Cuthbert; son, Charles Presley Jackson of Hawkins, TX; daughter, Carol Jackson of Cuthbert; 10 grandchildren, Brian Christopher Jackson, Charles Douglas Jackson, Charlene Jackson Knight, Curtis Dewayne Jackson, Kenneth Duane Jackson, Quinn Garrison Bates, Cindy Garrison Harrell, Alisha Jackson Smith, Cassandra Jackson Harris and Danny Lee Jackson; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Jackson; a sister, Anna H. Ornston; and a brother, John Hodge.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 18, 2003, at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Terrell County, GA. The Rev. Plez Nelson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Mary Nell attended the public schools of Terrell County, GA, and furthered her education at Monroe Area Vocational Technical School in Business Education in Albany, GA. She joined the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and served faithfully until God called her from labor to reward.
She leaves to cherish her memories two brothers, Deacon James Albritten Jr. of Sasser, GA, and Joe Ward (Elizabeth) of Hartford, CT; one sister-in-law, Gillis P. Albritten of Albany, GA; three nieces and seven nephews of which she reared, Della Mae Albritten, Laura Albritten, Juanita Albritten, Alfonza Albritten, Theodis Albritten Jr., Daniel Albritten (Melissa), Marion Albritten (Ann) and Myron Albritten, all of Albany, GA, Bobby Albritten (Patsy) of Snellville, GA, David Albritten (Kathi) of Oxnard, CA; three aunts, Susie Albritten and Ruth Houston, both of Albany, GA, and Carrie Houston of Sasser, GA; one uncle, Robert Thomas Albritten (Mittie) of Birmingham, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Lovein Funeral HOme with interment in Westview Cemetery. The Rev. Junior Swain will officiate.
A native of Berrien County, Mrs. Nix was born November 26, 1914. Her parents were the late J. Henry Mathis and Toy Patten. She was a homemaker and the widow of Willie Burnice Nix, who died in 1980.
Survivors include three daughters, Billie Ruth Wright of Nashville, Gay Glover of Pelham, Ava N. Kelley of Hawkinsville; three sons, Wendell "Sonny" Nix of Bainbridge, Emerson Nix of Valdosta, and Wilson Nix of Red Oak, Iowa; a sister, Marie McConnell of Valdosta; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6 p.m.- 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Jack Jones, David Bentley, Donny Watson, Kevin Staines, Charles Barnes and Larry Morey.
Born August 11, 1923, in Mitchell County, Mrs. Poitevint was a homemaker and a member of Springhill Freewill Baptist Church. She was married to the late Perry Lewis Poitevint and was the daughter of the late Horey Jefferson and Pearlie Glausier Morey. Mrs. Poitevint was preceded in death by a son, Perry Lewis Poitevint Jr.
Survivors include four daughters, Joann Jones of Albany, Betty Watson of Albany, Shirley Ahern of Albany and Janice Salter of Worth County; two sons, Jimmy Poitevint of Lakeland, Fla., and Ricky Poitevint of Albany; a sister, Thelma Morey of Albany; two brothers, James Morey of Leesburg and Ocie Morey of Albany; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. today at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home.
